Analysis of Fatigue Truck Model for LRFD Code (LRFD 설계기준(안) 피로설계트럭 모형 분석)

  • A reliability analysis of the fatigue failure of highway steel bridges was performed by applying the Miner's fatigue damage rule for the fatigue design truck proposed for the LRFD code and for the current DB 24 truck. The limit state function for fatigue failure is expressed as a function of various random variables that affect fatigue damage. Among these variables, the statistical parameters for the equivalent moment, the impact factor, and the loadometer were obtained by analyzing recently measured domestic traffic data, and the parameters for the fatigue strength, the girder distribution factor, and the headway factor were obtained from the measured data reported in literature. Based on the reliability analysis, the fatigue truck model for the LRFD code was proposed. After applying the proposed fatigue truck to the LRFD code, 16 composite plate and box girder bridges were designed based on the LRFD method, and the LRFD design results for the fatigue limit state were compared with those by the current KHBDC.

  • A structural reliability analysis of fatigue truck model for fatigue failure of highway steel bridges was performed by applying the Miner's fatigue damage rule expressed as a function of various random variables affecting fatigue damage. Among the variables, the statistical parameters for equivalent moment, impact factor, and loadometer were obtained by analyzing recently measured domestic traffic data, whereas the parameters on fatigue strength, girder distribution factor, and headway factor of the measured data available in the literature were used. The effects of various fatigue truck models, fatigue life, ADTT, fatigue detail category, loadometer, and gross vehicle weight of fatigue truck on the reliability index of fatigue damage were analyzed. It is expected that the analytical results presented herein can be used as a basic background material in the calibration of both fatigue design truck and fatigue load factor of LRFD specification.

근육 피로도 분석시 사용되는 매개변수들간의 민감도 비교 연구

  • 근전도(EMG:Electromyogram)를 사용하여 국부 근육 피로(Localized Muscle Fatigue)를 정량화으로 분석 하기 위해 널리 이용되고 있는 AR(Autoregressive)모델의 1차 계수, RMS(Root Mean Square), ZCR(Zero Crossing Rate), MPF(Mean Power Frequency), MF(Median Frequency)를 선택하여, 근육이 발휘하는 힘과 시간의 흐름에 따라 근육 피로의 정도를 민감하게 나타내는 매개변수를 규명하였다. 피실험자 10명의 좌우 척추세움근(Erector Spinae Muscle)을 대상으로 등장수축(Sustained Isometric Contraction)조건에서 허리의 신전(Extension)운동을 실시하였다. 이때 발휘해야 하는 힘의 수준은 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, 75% MVC 로 정하였고 각 수준마다 20초 동안 근전도를 측정하 였다. 데이터 분석은 총20초 구간의 근전도를 0.5초 간격으로 나누어 매개변수들을 각각 구하고 분석을 실시하였다. 시간의 흐름에 대한 피로도 분석 결과, AR 모델의 1차 계수와 MPF가 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 낮은 수준의 %MVC에서는 AR 계수가, 높은 수준에서는 MPF가 민감한 반응 결과를 나타냈다. 그리고 근육이 발휘하는 힘의 정도를 분석하기 위해 주로 사용되고 있는 RMS 보다는 더 AR 계수가 모든 수준에서 뚜렷하게 차이를 보인 것이 확인되었다. 따라서 AR 모델의 1차 계수가 근육의 피로 정도와 힘의 수준을 다른 매개변수에 비해 더욱 민감하게 구별함이 입증되었다. 이러한 결과는 다른 분야에서도 근육 피로를 정량적으로 측정하는데 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각되며, 개인적 변이도를 고려한 확률 기법을 사용한다면 보다 정확한 근전도 분석이 이루어질 것으로 기대된다.있음을 알 수 있었다. 사료된다.의 결과는 자전거 에르고노미터의 결과가 트레드밀의 결과에 87.60%정도 나타났다.음을 관찰하였다. 특히 vitamin C와 E의 병용투여는 상승적으로 적용하여 간세포손상을 더욱 억제시킴을 알 수 있었다.mance and on TFP(Total Factor Productivity) growth which is a pure measure of firm performance.   • 복합재료의 피로특성과 해석방법에 대하여 간략하게 살펴보았다. 복합재료의 피로현상에 대한 이해의 폭이 넓어짐에 따라 앞에서 소개한 방법외에 파단모드별 연구, 역학에 기초를 둔 해석법, 유한요소법의 적용, 혼성복합재료(hybrid composites)의 피로수명 예측 등의 다양한 연구가 진 행중이나, 아직 정립된 피로수명 예측식은 없다고 말할 수 있다. 재료의 손상을 나타내는 매개 변수로서 강성변화의 유용성이 밝혀진 상태이므로 앞으로 이를 이용하여 실제의 현상을 표현할 수 있는 손상함수의 구성과 피로수명 예측에 관한 연구가 수행되어야 한다.

  • In this study, an optimum process to improve structural integrity was established by investigating effect of the process variables on fatigue lifetime of steel-sleeve repair welds in buried gas pipeline. Residual stresses in the repair welds were derived through sequentially-coupled temperature-stress analysis using ABAQUS, which is a commercial finite element analysis program. In addition, variations of operating stresses were derived by finite element linear elastic stress analysis. Fatigue lifetimes of the steel-sleeve repair welds were evaluated by substituting the derived weld residual stresses and operating stress variations into the structural stress/fracture mechanics approach as input. Parametric study using finite element analysis and fatigue assessment for various repair welding process variables were carried out to investigate the effects of the process variables on the fatigue lifetime. Finally, based on the effects of the process variables on the fatigue lifetime, an optimal process to minimize the welding time and economic costs and to improve the fatigue lifetimes was derived.

  • 본 연구는 이미지의 장르의 차이가 사용자의 시각 피로도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 실험은 20명의 대학생을 대상으로 각각 다른 감성반응을 위해 선정된 다큐멘터리, 사랑, 뉴스 및 스포츠 장르의 이미지를 각각 10장씩을 보여주고, 그에 따른 시각 피로도를 자율신경계 반응 측정(PPG, GSR,SKT)과 동공 영상 기록(동공 변화율) 및 주관적 설문(불쾌도, 긴장도, 피로도)을 하였다. 유의성 검증을 위하여 이미지의 장르를 독립변수로 그에 따른 종속변수를 개인차가 고려된 생리신호 결과와 동공 변화율(픽셀/초) 및 주관적 설문 응답 결과로 하여 일변량 분산 분석을 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 이미지의 장르에 따라 불쾌, 긴장 및 피로 할 경우 자율 신경계 반응의 특정한 패턴을 발견 할 수 있었다.

The Parametric Study Effecting on the Fatigue Life of Rail on High Speed Railway (고속철도 레일의 피로수명에 영향을 미치는 매개변수 연구)

  • With developing the next generation high speed railway, there need to be plans to make sure of running safety though researchs on the crack and break of rail by rolling contact fatigue. Therefore, this study performed the parametric analysis effecting on the fatigue life of rail using simplified equations. It analyzed the internal stress of rail according to the track quality, train velocity, wheel radius, track stiffness, sleeper space, wheel load. For the more, via the finite element method, it analyzed shear force on the rail head which could be changed by the early length of crack, angle of crack and temperature. As a result, this study continued the main parameter effecting on the fatigue life of rail.

  • In this study, direct tensile fatigue tests of the PS bar were performed in terms of diameter, minimum stress level, and maximum stress level. In the static test, the stress - strain curve and ultimate streng th of the PS bar were determined. Results of the fatigue test indicate that the diameter of the PS bar was not influenced by fatigue life. Minimum stress also had quite an influence on the fatigue of the PS bar. Thus, the fatigue characteristic equation was proposed in terms of stress range and minimum stress through statistical process. Strains on specimen that loaded direct tension were measured in the fatigue test, with the secant modulus of elasticity calculated from measured strains. The strain development consisted of three different stages, i.e., rapid increases during the initial fatigue life, uniform increases during the middle stage, and rapid increases until failure. The secant modulus of elasticity decreased during the fatigue life with increasing strain. However, stress level seemed to have no influence on the secant modulus of elasticity.

  • Objectives: We evaluated the level of psychosocial stresses and fatigue symptoms among clerical public officers and its related factors.Methods: The self-administered questionaires were performed, during the period between Dec. 5th, 2005 Metropolitan City. The survey items included subjects' socio-demographic and job-related characteristics, health-related behavior, degree of job demand, job autonomy, social support in work, type A behavior pattern, locus of control, sense of self-esteem, psychosocial distress and degree of fatigue.
