  • 소프트웨어 분야의 급격한 발전으로 인해 소프트웨어 품질의 중요성이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 그러나 많은 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트들이 정해진 일정 때문에 충분한 품질관리가 이루어지지 못하고 잠재적인 위험 요소들을 지닌 채 제품화되어 출시되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 위험 요소들은 소프트웨어의 결함으로 잠재하면서 언제든 고장(failure)을 일으킬 수 있는 가능성을 지니고 있다. 소프트웨어 개발 과정에서 발생하는 오류는 초기 단계의 오류일수록 최종 소프트웨어 제품에 미치는 영향이 크므로 초기 단계에 문제점을 점검하는 것이 더욱 중요한 문제일 뿐 아니라 생명주기 전 단계에 걸쳐 각 단계에 적합한 시험 항목을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 고품질의 소프트웨어를 개발하는 최선의 방법이 될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 생명주기 단계 중 분석 단계에 관한 테스트 항목을 개발하여 분석 단계에서 야기될 수 있는 문제점들을 최소화할 수 있는 방안을 마련하였다.

Project Scheduling Technique for New Product Development (신제품 개발 프로젝트 일정관리기법)

  • Although project management for new product development is a very important issue, only a few approach from project scheduling has been made. The traditional project scheduling research has focused on the project network with certainty, but the new product development project has some uncertainties in network; Some activities may not need to be peformed, and/or some precedent relationships between activities may not need to be kept. In this paper, a simulation model is introduced in order to reflect uncertainties in project network for new product development. This simulation model can be used as a project scheduling technique for product development. By repeating the simulation, the degree of the risk and the feasibility of the project can be assessed.

  • 전 세계적으로 기후변화의 영향이 심화되면서, 예상치 못한 가뭄 지속에 따른 물부족 문제 역시 심각해지고 있으며, 국제사회 및 국내외 기업들은 기후변화 심화에 따른 물 리스크를 관리하기 위한 Water Positive 시스템의 도입, ESG 경영, 환경공시 강화 등을 추진하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 최근 광주·전라남도 지역에서 가뭄이 발생하여, 기업과 지역주민들이 물절약 캠페인을 벌이고, 공장 정비 일정을 변경하는 등의 대응을 하고 있으며, 중앙 정부 및 지방 정부 역시 물 부족대응을 위한 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같이 기후변화로 인해 심화되는 가뭄대응에 대한 경제적 가치를 추정하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 특히 최근 지속되는 가뭄으로 물부족이 심각한 광주 및 전라남도 지역 주민을 대상으로 물부족 문제 대응에 대한 경제적 가치를 산정해보았다. 다양한 시나리오 하에서 분석이 가능하도록 단위 가치를 추정할 수 있는 선택실험법을 적용하였으며, 광주 및 전라남도 지역의 소득이 있는 1,000가구를 대상으로 지역별·연령별 표본설계를 하였다. 조사된 결과를 바탕으로 추정된 경제적 가치는 다양한 물부족 대응 프로젝트, 정책 등의 평가시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • In order to achieve the best performance of a project, uncertainties involved in the building construction process need to be identified in the planning phase of the project. Risk management plays a significant role in construction to minimize risk occurred due to uncertainties of a project. Although the importance of the risk management has been known to the construction industry, a more effective system should be developed to meet the demands of the industry. The purpose of this study is to develop the effective risk management system for scheduling the construction processes. The study provides a tool that can optimize the management system which would assist managers to identify schedule risks in the planning phase of the project.

  • The construction Supply Chain Management(SCM) plays a critical role to proceed construction projects successfully. It is necessary to develop a system to support better communication among various actors and to supply construction materials in the right place on time with unstable situations on site according to the planned construction schedule for effective Supply Chain Management. Therefore, the objective of this study is to propose an automated and intelligent process that can be used to utilize ubiquitous technologies in construction supply chain management. This process consists of various equipments that can collect, store, calculate and communicate data among themselves. This study deals with a conceptual idea in order to improve process and equipment in the supply chain management process.

  • In a construction project, process planning is an important factor in determining the success or failure of a project. In particular, it is necessary to systematically establish a process plan in the early stage because the finishing work of an apartment house involves more interference than the foundation work or the frame work. First, in this study the problems of Tact process management were identified, Based on the data from the case project, conventional Tact process management and compositive Tact process management were compared and analyzed. Second, cost analysis was performed on applicable plastering work to suggest the necessity and direction of compositive Tact process management. Third, the appropriateness of manpower according to the number of construction households is analyzed through cost analysis. Through this, the validity and effectiveness of compositive Tact process management were verified based on the results derived from this study.

  • Recently, construction projects have emerged in the form of program management, which is complicated by the large-scale of construction, and requires astronomical construction costs. In particular, projects that absolutely require management at the program level, such as large-scale construction projects, require overall control of the planned schedule and cost as a set of various projects, including infrastructure. But in Korea, there is no specific management standard for delays in construction. In order to avoid the risk of cost increase and project delay in the program-level construction project, it is necessary to apply more systematic management standards to prevent delay and to take a more preemptive response in the construction process. Therefore, in this study, a delay management index (DMI) was developed to successfully carry out large-scale construction projects at the program level and prevent delays in advance. In addition, case studies were conducted for large-scale construction projects, and a delay prevention system was established for program-level construction projects.

  • We would like to study and develop the optimized WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) considering project's range, schedule, cost and human resources management with defining phased work in main task and preceding and escorting relationships for effective small and medium enterprises' informatization through standardized PSDM(Production System Development Methodology). For more systemic and effective system built-up, it introduces production information with WBS study which is appropriate for the small and medium enterprises with setting up management items for enhancing system's reliability, quality, productivity, smooth communication among the participated enterprises such as the small and medium enterprises, IT enterprises, and supervision enterprises, and operational support including maintenance of the built system. This study is purpose of helping a lot of the small and medium enterprises and IT enterprises to build up the systems more effective and reliable within planned schedule using the standardized methodology.

  • Performance-based Project Delivery System(PPDS) is one of Project Delivery System that when owner ask for performance than constructor feel free to choose materials, technology, an engineering method. PPDS rank higher position than Performance Warranty Contract and Technical Proposal Bid. This study aims to propose Improvement Idea for PPDS that based Housing Performance Grading Indication System. 'Request-performance Checklist' is used as communication means(between owner and constructor) and a kind of corroborative facts make the procedures achievement of project like contract easier.

  • Most current BIM systems are focused on the visual information of work status in the design and construction stages. In a passive BIM system, 3D CAD tool can visualize the interference elements of design drawings, however, it cannot suggest a solution to solve the interference status. And 4D CAD tool in the construction stage can simulate the appearance of each activity by construction schedule, however, it cannot suggest an optimized schedule plan considering specified schedule condition of the project. Recently, many organizations need BIM solutions that can improve the work status beyond the level of simple visual information from BIM system. Active BIM system can provide the solutions to the project manager. This study suggests active BIM functions for the solutions and attempts to develop a 4D CAD engine to validate the usability of the functions.
