Information System (IS) Outsourcing is one of the powerful alternatives to guarantee the competitive advantages in the rapidly changing business environment. Most studies on IS outsourcing area have focused on the Critical Success Factors(CSFs) influencing the Success of IS outsourcing or the performance measuring the success of IS outsourcing projects. The CSFs or the performances which measures the success of IS outsourcing project have limitations to explain how to succeed in doing IS outsourcing project. This study uses Real Options Approach to make IS outsourcing projects' success by recognizing and minimizing IS outsourcing risks.

In this study, we develop a four phase model of ERP implementation, which includes Chartering phase, Project phase, Shakedown phase, and Onward and upward phase. We then examine how the completeness of each phase influences the implementation success as well as the completeness of next phase. The results of this study show that project phase and onward and upward phase both have significant impacts on the implementation success. We also find that all relationships between the completeness of previous phase and next phase are significantly positive.

Supervision work deals with important data necessary for the performance management on building construction sites in accordance with the Building Act. Therefore, this study attempts to use the data from supervisory reports to measure the performance of private building projects. Performance measurement is important for systematic management. However, there are only a few cases in which performance measurement is performed because it requires strenuous efforts to collect data for measurement. First, this study derived 6 performance areas and 15 indicators through a few rounds of expert group discussions. Then, we confirmed the performance indicators with high feasibility of data collection through a survey of supervision experts. It is expected that the data of supervisory reports can measure systematically performance and assist in speedy diagnosis of private building construction sites.

The Construction Industry become to large. So, construction management is needed. In Korea, an organic law about construction industry was made in 1996. And CM was introduced, too. But CM is not activated with institutional inertia. A reason Is a perpetual friction between CM and Gamri. And it is not thoroughgoing enough about supply of CM's effect with Chf Best Practice checklist and Key Performance Index. This study will develop the CM Best Practice checklist with CM's work and technique in project-dimensional. The CM Best Practice checklist will guide to have a good result.

This paper analyzes the effect on productivity by measuring Function Point per MM(man-month) in a software development project and code inspection which performed in Agile methodology, and introduce the method of applying MDA/MDD technology in the e-government standard framework project. MDA/MDD which recently raising its head is technology that increase software development productivity through automatic transformation form abstract model into lower abstract model, or from model to code. but, many Lessons obtained through the case studies, the analysis suggests a limited effect measurements. In this study, efficient development methodology and utilizing a e-government framework to measure the effectiveness of the MDD to the new measures through a case study applied to real information system development process. In addition to, managing information modeling through integrated repository presents a traceability and visibility.

Recently, the urban regeneration project has been performed actively at home and abroad. The stake-holders in urban regeneration project are various and complicated, and has large scale during a long life period. Also they show the characteristics of a mega-project and most mixed-use form. Therefore, the urban regeneration has a lot of potential risk factors from project beginning to completion. It means they need efficient and continuous risk management in terms of performance measurement. But the current domestic construction project does not reflect risk management in view of performance measurement. This study proposes the risk management methodology by mapping risk factors with major performance indexes of the urban regeneration project.

For a holistic and precise assessment of safety benchmarks within a construction venture, it's paramount to delineate between the intrinsic features of the construction and its real-time, on-site performance metrics. In this study, we delved into genuine accident instances to discern the interplay between these construction attributes and on-ground performance determinants in relation to safety mishaps, employing the binomial logit analytical framework. Our scrutiny underscored that construction expenditure profoundly modulates the likelihood of fatal occurrences. Notably, variables pertinent to on-site safety protocols wielded considerable influence over both fatal mishaps and accidents implicating multiple personnel. These revelations intimate that while ascertaining the safety quotient of a construction initiative, a mere classification and recalibration based on fiscal dimensions can elucidate much. Yet, a comprehensive safety appraisal necessitates transcending quantitative indices, such as frequency of mishaps or casualty rates, to encapsulate the multifaceted interventions and strategies adopted at the construction locale.

It is no simple matter to measure and manage the quality of Software which is invisible. However the importance cannot be ignored as the software development project is getting bigger and complex. This study analyses and compares the methods of software quality improvement. Further it formulates rules for Code Inspection and verifies the efficiency and the effectiveness by applying to practical project. The study get the following results. First, the study organizes theoretical content about the methods of Software review. Second, the study formulates rules for Code inspection and demonstrates the result through the case study. Third, the study performs the quantitative dater management through code inspection.

Construction productivity is a key factor for efficiency evaluation of construction work process, project performance measurement, and basic data of work plan in construction industry. However, although construction productivity is important in construction industry, gathering methodology and analyzing methodology of productivity data are not well-organized therefore productivity data is not utilized in the construction industry The purpose of this study is to develop productivity prediction system using data mining technology based on activities and to suggest frameworks about productivity data collection, accumulation.

Enterprises should set up realizable goals and continually control the goals from apprehending whether they can be realized or not so that the enterprises grow consistently. Furthermore, from supplementing parts to be improved, goals are reset and the result should be controlled in order to fit to them. Lately, a lot of discussions about the results of organizations, projects, and companies are being realized in construction field. Particularly, in construction management, effective and professional control activities throughout the life cycle of facilities as well as the stage of business implementation of construction work are needed. About the result measurement of the construction management, lots of most domestic researches stay in the level of establishing basic concepts. Also, since characteristics of the construction field and the construction management were not reflected properly, it is in a situation that the result control system is not applied to on-site real works. Hence, this study intends to suggest fundamental data for measuring objective results from extracting result areas and key performance indicators of the construction management using Balanced Score Card.
