BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무지표 뿐 아니라 비재무지표의 활용도를 높여 기업의 성과를 측정하며, 재무, 고객, 내부 프로세스 그리고 학습과 성장의 시각에서 성과측정지표를 결정하고 이를 균형있게 관리하려는 접근법이다. BSC가 비재무지표의 활용도를 높인 것은 큰 성과로 여겨지지만 지표를 선정하고 이를 향상시키기 위한 요소를 찾는 것은 여전히 해결해야 할 과제로 남는다. 이 논문은 TOC 관점에서 BSC를 이해하고 BSC가 보다 성공적인 전략실행 도구가 될 수 있는 논의를 제안한다. TOC와 BSC가 서로 협력하여 성과를 거두기 위해서는 BSC가 성과지표를 원가회계보다는 쓰루풋회계를 활용하여 측정하고, 성과지표 선정에서도 제약과 비제약을 구분하는 기준이 도입되어야 할 것이다.

The time to market and productivity of embedded system needs a quality measurement process management of embedded software. But, defect management without preemptive analysis or prediction is not useful for quality measurement process management. This subject is focused on the defect that is one of the most important attributes of software measure in the process. Defining of defect attribute and quality measurement process management is according to understanding of embedded sw characteristics and defect data. So, this study contributes to propose the good method of the quantitative based on defect management in the test phase of sw lifecycle.

6시그마 프로세스는 정의(Define), 측정(Measure), 분석(Analyze), 개선(Improve), 관리(Control) 라는 다섯 Step을 통하여 문제를 해결하고 성과를 달성한다. 이 다섯 단계 중에서 측정 단계는 6시그마로는 길에서 매우 중요한 전이 단계로서 문제점을 정교하게 다듬고 근원적 원인 규명을 시작하는 데 도움을 준다. 즉 개선 하고자 하는 영역에 대한 사실적 근거를 제공 받기 위해 프로세스를 숫자로 전환 할 때 무엇을 측정하고 어떻게 측정 할 것인가를 결정한다. 측정단계는 주로 3 Step으로 이루어진다. Step 1 은 CTQ 특성치의 선정, Step 2는 성과기준의 정의, Step 3은 측정시스템의 분석이다. F사의 6시그마 발표자료 중 측정 부분만을 집중 분석하여 문제점 및 그 개선 방향을 제시하려한다.

본 연구의 목적은 IT 아웃소싱의 효익을 정성적이고 정량적으로 측정 가능하게 해 주고, 성과를 지속적으로 관리하게 해 주는 IT BSC 기반의 성과측정 프레임웍을 제안하고자 함이다. BSC는 전통적인 재무적 성과측정 방법에 고객, 내부 비즈니스 프로세스, 학습과 성장과 같은 무형의 효익 보완해 준다는 측면을 가지고 있어, IT 성과를 측정하는데 적용되어 왔다. 본 연구는 IT BSC를 통해 비즈니스 전략과 연계한 성과를 측정하기 위해 지표의 도출, 측정 데이터의 수집에서, 분석 보고에 이르는 전 과정을 제시하고 있다. 이는 IT 아웃소싱의 성과를 정량적, 정성적으로 측정하는 것을 가능하게 해 주는 방법론의 제시라는 데 의의가 있다.

The BSC methodology has recently increased its capability to apply the all of industries. However, this methodology would be inappropriate for the business innovation of public organizations. The major reason is that the profit is not the main issue for the public sector, where the financial perspectives are not clearly stated or formulated. This difference compared to profit organizations influences other perspectives such as study and growth, process. Therefore, a new approach is needed to solve these problems. The purpose of this study is to investigate a pertinent scheme for the public innovation, the method to integrate the process, and its expected effectiveness. Our research also covers the analysis configuration, approach to the process, and its related benefits

As global competition is more intensive, SCM is becoming more and more important in order to achieve competitiveness. It is necessary for firms to understand weak points among the integrated supply chain through supply chain assessment in order to implement SCM successfully and cost-effectively. In this paper, we review previous studies of SCM performance measurements and propose a supply chain assessment framework for shipbuilding industry, which is one of the major ETO industry. Based on 3 supply chain domains which are demand, supply, and product management, we decompose the whole supply chain process into 3 level lower processes and propose capability measurement matric for shipbuilding firms. A case study has been conducted to validate the proposed framework and results are presented at the end.

Electronic data management is getting important to reduce overall cost and run-time of clinical data management with the enhancement of data quality. It also critically needs to meet regulated guidelines for the overall quality and safety of electronic clinical trials. The purpose of this paper is to develop the performance evaluation framework in electronic clinical data management. Four key metrics in the area of infrastructure, intellectual preparation, study implementation and study completion covering major aspects of clinical trial processes are proposed. The performance measures evaluate the extent of regulation compliance, data quality, cost and efficiency of electronic data management process. They also provide measurement indicators for each evaluation items. Based on the key metrics, the performance evaluation framework is developed in three major areas involved in clinical data management - clinical site, monitoring and data coordinating center. As of the initial attempt how to evaluate the extent of electronic data management in clinical trials by Delphi survey, further empirical studies are planned and recommended.

본 연구는 즉흥과 역동적 환경 그리고 창업 성과와의 관계를 조사한다. 우선 즉흥성향과 즉흥행동의 개념을 분석하고 선행연구를 통하여 즉흥이 기업가정신 분야에서 어떤 영향을 주는가를 살펴본다. 또한 즉흥측정 도구를 사용하여 개인이나 집단의 즉흥 성향을 측정할 수 있는 개념적 틀을 제시하였고 역동적 환경에서의 즉흥행동이 벤쳐 기업의 창업성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 탐색해 본다. 문헌연구를 고찰한 결과 즉흥은 신생 고성장 기업에서 창업의도와 창업성과에 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 즉흥이 기업가정신교육에 포함되어야 한다는 기존 가설을 지지하고 이를 바탕으로 기업가정신교육에 즉흥 프로세스를 도입할 수 있는 개념적 틀을 제시하였다.

GE는 1995년에 자신들이 추진해 온 경영혁신의 일환으로 6시그마를 채택하면서, 이를 제조분야는 물론 비제조분야에까지 확대하여 많은 성과를 거두었다. 이에 일본의 소니 및 한국의 대기업들이 6시그마를 적극적으로 도입하기에 이르렀다. 국내에서는 삼성전관(현재의 삼성 SDI)과 LG전자(창원사업부)가 1996년에 처음으로 도입하기 시작하였고, 현재는 삼성그룹, LG그룹, 현대자동차 그룹, 동부그룹, 포스코, KT등 국내 굴지의 기업들이 도입하여 큰 성과를 내고 있어서, 현재 우리나라에서 성과가 좋은 경영전략이라고 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 산업측정 신뢰도 사업의 고객 만족도 향상을 위하여 6시그마의 전반적인 내용과 배정을 논의해보고, 이 사업에 맞는 적절한 세부과제에 맞는 6 시그마 프로세스를 전개 및 확산에 대해 논의한다.
