There is a growing tendency toward a vehicle demand and a utilization of traffic information systems. Due to various kinds of traffic information systems and increasing of communication data, the traffic information service requires a very high IT infrastructure. A cloud computing environment is an essential approach for reducing a IT infrastructure cost. And the traffic information service needs a provisioning scheduling method for managing a resource. So we propose a provisioning scheduling with conditional probability inference (PSCPI) for the traffic information service on cloud environment. PSCPI uses a naive bayse inference technique based on a status of a virtual machine. And PSCPI allocates a job to the virtual machines on the basis of an availability of each virtual machine. Naive bayse based PSCPI provides a high throughput and an high availability of virtual machines for real-time traffic information services.

IPTV는 방통융합의 대표적인 매체로 자리 매김하며 2008년 상용서비스를 시작으로 계속 진화하고 있다. 그러나, 초기 서로 다른 방식으로 IPTV 서비스를 시작함으로 인해 상호운용성 문제가 대두 됨에 따라, TTA를 통해 IPTV 분야의 표준화가 시작되어 현재도 다양한 IPTV 분야의 기 제정된 표준의 개정 작업 및 신규 분야의 표준화를 계속 추진하고 있다. 이렇듯 표준화가 진행됨에 따라, IPTV 단말의 사업자 간의 이동성을 보장하기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있으며, 그 중 하나로 IPTV 단말 프로비저닝 절차 표준화가 추진되어 현재까지 2번의 개정 작업을 통해 표준안의 보완/수정 작업 등이 진행되어 2차 개정판이 완료되었다. 이에 TTA에서는 해당 표준을 구현한 STB 등 단말과 서버에 대한 표준적합성 시험을 위한 시험규격을 개발하였다. IPTV 단말 프로비저닝 절차 표준에서는 단말의 네트워크 접속부터 펌웨어/소프트웨어 업그레이드, IPTV 서비스를 탐색하기 위한 정보 전달을 위한 절차를 정의하고 있으며, 각 절차별 데이터 형식 및 프로토콜을 검증하기 위한 시험항목을 개발하였으며, 표준안 검증 및 시험 서비스 제공을 위한 시험환경을 구축하였다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅의 가상화된 인프라 기반 위에서 IT 자원 및 애플리케이션 서비스를 관리하고 배포하는 작업이 클라우드 프로비저닝이다. 본 논문에서는 IT 자원을 할당함에 있어 전문적인 지식을 가진 관리자의 개입을 최소화하기 위해 일련의 자원 할당 작업을 자동화하였다. 자동화된 자원 프로비저닝을 통해 관리자는 특정 전문 지식 없이도 자원 할당 및 배포가 가능해져 이용자의 요구를 보다 신속하게 처리할 수 있게 되었다.

VM 간섭은 VM 프로비저닝을 할 때 예상된 VM 의 컴퓨팅 자원이 실제와 다르지 않도록 하기 위해 반드시 고려되어야 할 사항이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 예상된 VM 의 컴퓨팅 자원을 사용자가 보장받을 수 있도록 랜덤 워크를 이용해 간섭을 고려한 필요 자원을 구하는 방법에 대해 다루고 있다.

The differentiated service architecture is based on a simple model by applying a per-class service in the core node of the network. However, due to the simplified network behavior, the network structure and provisioning were more complicated. If a service provider wants the dynamic provisioning or better bandwidth guarantee, signaling protocol with QoS parameters or admission control method should be deployed in DiffServ network. However, these methods increase the complexity. Therefore, we proposed DPM2 mechanism for admission control in the DiffServ network. In this paper, we describe and survey the admission control methods that are applicable to IP networks and propose also the dynamic provisioning mechanism based on the bandwidth broker and distributed measurement based admission control and movable boundary bandwidth management to support heterogeneous QoS services in differentiated service networks. For the performance evaluation for proposed mechanism, we used ns-2 simulator.

Staging technique is used to provide files for a job in the Grid. If a staged file has large volume, the start time of the job is delayed and the throughput of job in the Grid may decrease. Therefore, removal of staging overhead helps the Grid operate more efficiently. In this paper, we present two methods for efficient file provisioning to clear the overhead. First, we propose RA-RFT, which extends RFT of Globus Toolkit and enables it to utilize RLS with replica information. RA-RFT can reduce file transfer time by doing partial transfer for each replica in parallel. Second, we suggest Remote Link that uses remote I/O instead of file transfer. Remote link is able to save storage of computational nodes and enables fast file provisioning via prefetching. Through various experiments, we argue that our two methods have an advantage over existing staging techniques.

Today, the development and performance of a variety of smart phones is increasing with the number of smart phone users were. Advances in mobile networks and devices are spread smart phones. Smart home was increasing the interest. But until now, the study of user-centric services that the service was not implemented. Therefore, in this paper, the situation of the user, the user-centric service model that provides a smart home provisioning system OWL modeling is proposed.

오늘날 네트워크 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 네트워크 트래픽 또한 증가하고 있다. 이는 네트워크 서비스 구성을 복잡하게 만들어 최종 사용자에게 전달되는 네트워크 기능의 동적 구성이 요구된다. Service Function Chaining (SFC)은 일련의 Service Function (SF) 세트로 구성된 새로운 네트워크 서비스 배포 모델이다. SFC는 특정 서비스에 따라 플로우를 분류하여 네트워크 운영자의 효율적인 서비스 제공을 보장한다. SFC의 성능은 SFC를 구성하는 SF Instance (SFI)와 상관 관계를 가진다. 이때 다수의 SFC 환경에서 단일의 SFI 사용 시, 트래픽 오버플로우가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 확장 가능한 SFC 프로비저닝을 위한 Monitoring as a Service (MaaS)를 제안한다.

IT 기술의 급격한 발달로 인해 개인의 생활뿐만 아니라 국내 기업들의 업무 환경까지도 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 이러한 변화 중 가상화 기술을 이용하여 업무의 효율성 증대와 경제적이며 관리 능률의 향상을 기대하며 가상화 환경을 도입하려는 기관이 많이 생겨나고 있다. 하지만 가상화 기술은 안정적인 서버의 운영이 뒷받침 되지 않는다면 막대한 피해를 줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 데스크탑 가상화 환경에서 프로비저닝(Provisioning) 과정을 이용하여 가상 서버의 시스템 자원을 최적화시키고, 최적화된 가상 서버에 사용자VM(Virtual Machine)을 할당하는 부하 분산 방안을 제안한다.
