지상파DTV 방송프로그램의 온라인 상의 불법적인 배포가 활발하게 일어남에 따라서, 지상파DTV 방송프로그램에 대한 보호를 위한 여러 가지 조치가 시도되고 있다. 국내에서는 TTA를 중심으로 ATSC의 RC 기술자를 기반으로 한 방송프로그램 보호 기술 규격이 제정되었으며, 이를 기반으로 한 수신기에서의 방송프로그램 보호에 대한 표준화가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 방송프로그램 보호신호(Program Protection Information: PPI)에 기반한 지상파 방송프로그램 보호 방법에 대해서 소개한다. 제안하는 방법에서는 방송프로그램에 함께 포함된 PPI 정보의 재배포 조건에 따라, 방송프로그램을 암호화되어 저장한다. 사용자의 홈도메인을 기반으로 사적복제를 지원하기 위해, 해당 방송프로그램을 복호화 하기 위한 인증 정보는 도메인 정보를 기반으로 방송프로그램과 같이 패키징 된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 지상파 방송프로그램 보호방법은 방송프로그램을 보호할 뿐 아니라, 사용자의 사적이용을 지원하기 위한 홈도메인 기반의 제한적인 배포 기능을 제공한다.

본 논문은 웹 지리정보시스템 구축을 위한 응용프로그램 개발의 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 응용프로그램을 클라이언트로부터 분리시켜 서버 측에서 관리하는 방법이다. 클라이언트 시스템으로부터 응용프로그램을 분리하면 클라이언트 시스템이 사용자의 플랫폼으로 전송될 때의 네트워크 오버헤드가 감소하고 클라이언트 시스템을 수정하지 않고도 새로운 응용프로그램을 추가하거나 기존의 응용프로그램을 수정할 수 있게 된다. 하지만 분리된 응용프로그램과 클라이언트는 여전히 입출력을 연동할 수 있어야 하며, 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 응용프로그램 입출력 기술언어를 정의하여 사용한다. 또한 서버 측에 분리된 응용 프로그램의 관리를 위해 응용프로그램 관리자가 필요하게 된다. 응용프로그램 관리자는 응용프로그램의 수행을 담당하며 응용프로그램과 클라이너트 사이의 입출력 게이트웨이의 역할을 담당하게 된다.

With the advance of the Internet and computing technologies, e-learning is now a hot issue worldwide for providing the effective learning on the cyber-space. However, most of existing e-learning contents have been developed mainly based on text, including simple multimedia elements such as images, animations, and voices. This paper suggests a method effective for the computer programming e-learning. The method is based on program visualization using flowcharts. It features the stepwise hierarchical program visualization on the level of statements, the flowchart based visualization for control constructs of languages, visualization over whole programs, visualization compared with source codes, and interaction with users. Finally, we implement a system to realize the suggested method, and execute it for an example program.

본 논문에서는 Mobile C 언어 기반으로 만들어진 GVM 응용프로그램을 자바 기반의 모바일 응용프로그램으로 변환하는 절차를 제안한다. 자바 기반으로 변환된 모바일 프로그램은 높은 확장성 및 새로운 기능 추가의 용이함을 기대할 수 있다. GVM에서 자바 기반으로의 변환을 위해 필요한 구조를 분석하였으며, 이러한 구조로 응용프로그램을 변환하기 위한 6개의 단계를 제시하였다. 제안된 변환절차는 GVM 코드의 재사용에 중점을 두고 있으므로, 재사용을 통해 개발시간과 변환시간을 단축시킬 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 지상파DTV 방송프로그램 보호를 위한 하드웨어 PPI 전송서버를 제안한다. 제안한 하드웨어 PPI 전송서버는 방송환경에서의 안정성을 보장하기 위하여 소프트웨어의 PPI 스케줄러와 하드웨어의 PPI MUX로 구성하였다. PPI 스케줄러는 EPG를 PPI 보호신호와 프로그램 ID와 함께 편성하여 시간순서로 스케줄링하는 기능을 제공하며, PPI MUX는 EPG, PPI 보호신호, 프로그램 ID를 PSIP로 부호화한 후, 이를 MPEG-2 TS로 패킷화하여 실시간 출력하는 기능을 제공한다. 또한 하드웨어 PPI 전송서버는 기존의 방송 송출 시스템의 변경 없이 유연하게 연동시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 하드웨어 PPI 전송서버는 PPI 보호신호를 방송프로그램에 삽입하여 송출함으로써, 지상파DTV 방송프로그램의 무단복제, 불법배포를 제한하는 기능을 제공한다.

TV는 타 도메인과 달리, 사전에 정해진 시간에 콘텐츠가 방영된다. 그러므로 TV 프로그램 추천 시스템은 시청자의 현재 시각(time-context)을 고려해야 한다. 시간 기반의 TV 프로그램 추천 방법이 다수 연구되었지만, 대부분의 기존 연구는 특정 시간대(timeslot)에서의 시청자의 선호도를 계산하는 데에만 집중되어 있고, 시청 내역 전체기간에서의 선호도를 고려하지 않은 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 시청자의 지역 선호도와 전역 선호도를 모두 고려한 시간 기반의 TV 프로그램 추천기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 제안 방법에서는 시간대의 길이에 따라 여러 가지 선호도 모델을 사용한다. 여러 개의 선호도 모델로부터 산출된 선호도를 병합하여 가장 선호도가 높은 TV 프로그램을 추천한다. 실 데이터를 이용한 실험을 통해 기준방식과 비교함으로써, 제안 방법의 효용성을 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 네트워크 응용프로그램의 최적의 성능(QoS)을 보장하기 위한 우선순위 기반의 프로토콜 처리기법을 제안한다. 시스템 자원이 제한된 상황에서 다수의 응용프로그램들이 원활히 수행되기 위해서는 우선순위를 기반으로 자원을 배분하는 것이 바람직하다. 특히 우선순위 기반의 시스템에서 네트워크 응용프로그램의 성능은 운영체제의 프로토콜 처리방식에 따라서 좌우된다. 제안하는 기법은 프로토콜 처리율과 응용프로그램의 성능과의 관계를 추적하여 최적의 성능을 나타내는 지점을 검출하고, 우선순위에 따라서 프로토콜 처리율을 차별화함으로써 각 응용프로그램들의 성능을 조절한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 프로토콜 처리기법을 검증하기 위해서 리눅스 커널에 이를 구현하였으며 실험을 통하여 우선순위에 따라서 네트워크 응용프로그램의 성능이 보장됨을 확인하였다.

As the broadcasting programs produced by VJ are increasing, every broadcasting company has doubts as to how their program evaluations derive the objective evaluation results and proposes their own tailored program evaluation methods considering the change of the production system. The proposed quality evaluation items represent a new model in terms of the perfectness of VJ broadcasting program production and are used as a way to revise the current evaluation methods of the broadcasting companies. To derive the items which help to find the problems of VJ broadcasting programs, 30 specialists, such as PDs, VJs, and professors, are chosen as a specialist group, and the first experiment is performed to select the evaluation items of VJ broadcasting programs. Based on the result of the degree of importance of the evaluation items, 9 VJ program evaluation items are made. Also, the second experiment is performed in order to verify the proposed evaluation criteria. As a result of the experiment, the reliability of the proposed evaluation method is .939, which is proved to be significant. The selection of the quality evaluation items considering only the VJ broadcasting programs turns out to be significant as a new quality evaluation criterion.

This study analyzes the current status of reading programs in public libraries based on literature research and data from the National Library Statistics System to derive implications and, based on this, to determine policy directions necessary to revitalize reading programs in public libraries in the future. First, based on the implications derived from the analysis, a plan for securing and sharing data on reading activities in public libraries. Second, the results of a correlation analysis of factors related to the planning and operation of reading programs present to suggest ways to revitalize sustainable reading programs. Third, the improvement of reading program evaluation indicators and expanding qualitative evaluation and creating an official mechanism to collect opinions from public libraries on a regular basis by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korean Library Association. Fourth, a cooperative network between public libraries that held reading competitions was proposed.

We propose the representation of a improved dynamic object-oriented program dependence graph so as to process the slicing of object-oriented programs that is composed of related programs in order to process certain jobs. We also propose an efficient slicing algorithm using the relations of relative tables in order to compute dynamic slices of object-oriented programs. We programmed the algorithm by using fortran and Visual C++. The procedure that computes the dynamic object-oriented program slices using the improved dynamic object-oriented program dependence graph(IDOPDC) is divided into four steps. Consequently, the efficiency of the proposed improved dynamic object-oriented program dependence graph(IDOPDG) technique is also compared with the dependence graph techniques discussed previously. As a result, this certifies that an improved dynamic object-oriented program dependence graph is more efficient in comparison with the traditional dynamic object-oriented program dependence graph(DOPDG).
