As the importance of information security grows, the demand of professionals in information security field is continuing to increase. In developing as information security professionals, however, there are practical problems to be solved in advance. This study defines the body of essential knowledge(EBK) for information security professional development; on the other hand, this study suggests a education program as a multidisciplinary major based on the EBK.

Recent dramatical development of computer technology related to internet technology intensifies the dispute over software of computer or smart device. Research on software has been flourished with political issuing of fierce competition among nations for software development. Particularly industrial growth in ethernet based big data and IoT (Internet of Things) has promoted to build and develop open source programs based on java, xcode and C. On these circumstances, issue on software piracy has been confronted despite the basic security policy protecting intellectual property rights of software and thus it is of substantial importance to protect the rights of originality of source program license. However, the other issue on source technology protection of developer is the possibility of hindrance to advancement in industry and culture by developing programs. This study discuss the way of enhancing legal stability of IoT application program development and reinforcing precision in inspection of program plagiarism by analyzing the source programs with newly introducing text mining technique, thus suggests an alternative protective way of infringement of personal information due to duplicating program.

As illegal distribution of the terrestial DTV broadcast program occurs very frequently in on-line, the needs to protect broadcast program have increased. In this paper, a new approach to implement a system for terrestial DTV broadcast program protection based on program protection information(PPI) is proposed. In our approach, the broadcast program is recorded with encryption according to redistribution condition of the PPI and packaged into a file with key information and PPI together. And we also define a set of domain protocol for supporting user fair-use of broadcast program. In the proposed system, copy control can also be provided by process of home domain management. Implementation results show that our system can protect broadcast programs with efficiency and can support conditional distribution within home domain in order to satisfy user fair-use.

정보보호관리자에 대한 직업교육훈련 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서 정보보호관리자에 대한 직무분석에 대한 체계적인 직무준석을 실행함으로서 정보보호관리자의 직무정의 직무흐름도. 직업명세서, 직무명세서, 작업명세서를 도출하였다 정보보호관리자의 직무는 4가지 책무와 13가지 작업으로 분석되었고 교육훈련 프로그램으로 18가지 교육내용과 7가지 교육과정이 제시되었다.

본 논문에서는 지상파DTV 방송프로그램 보호를 위한 하드웨어 PPI 전송서버를 제안한다. 제안한 하드웨어 PPI 전송서버는 방송환경에서의 안정성을 보장하기 위하여 소프트웨어의 PPI 스케줄러와 하드웨어의 PPI MUX로 구성하였다. PPI 스케줄러는 EPG를 PPI 보호신호와 프로그램 ID와 함께 편성하여 시간순서로 스케줄링하는 기능을 제공하며, PPI MUX는 EPG, PPI 보호신호, 프로그램 ID를 PSIP로 부호화한 후, 이를 MPEG-2 TS로 패킷화하여 실시간 출력하는 기능을 제공한다. 또한 하드웨어 PPI 전송서버는 기존의 방송 송출 시스템의 변경 없이 유연하게 연동시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 하드웨어 PPI 전송서버는 PPI 보호신호를 방송프로그램에 삽입하여 송출함으로써, 지상파DTV 방송프로그램의 무단복제, 불법배포를 제한하는 기능을 제공한다.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of the Fall Prevention Education Program (FPEP) on those providing direct care in elderly care facilities regarding fall-related knowledge, fall-related burden, and caring behaviors for fall prevention. The FPEP developed in the study was implemented for 80 minutes per session and four sessions in total. Participants included a total of 47 subjects, 24 in the experimental group and 23 in the control group. The program was implemented from July 16 through August 31, 2012. Data were analyzed using ${\chi}^2$-tests, Fisher's exact probability tests, independent t-tests, and analyses of covariance using the SPSS/Win 19.0 program. According to the pre-and post-test, the experimental group participated in the program showed an increase in fall -related knowledge (t=6.71, p<.001), a decrease in fall-related burden (t=-2.31, p=.026), and an increase in caring behaviors for fall prevention (F=49.50, p<.001) as compared to the control group. The results of the study demonstrated that the FPEP developed for those providing direct care in elderly care facilities was an effective intervention for decreasing fall-related burden and increasing fall-related knowledge and caring behaviors for fall prevention.

자본과 노력의 결실로 이뤄진 온라인데이터베이스의 정당한 가치를 보호하기 위해 우리나라는 저작권법, 컴퓨터프로그램보호법, 온라인 디지털콘텐츠산업발전법 등의 관련법을 제ㆍ개정해 이에 적극적으로 대처하고 있다. 구체적으로 데이터베이스의 보호를 강화하기 위해 2003년에 저작권법을 개정했다. 이것은 저작권법이 그만큼 빠르게 변화하는 추세에 적응하기 위한 노력이라고 평가할 수 있다. 아울러 컴퓨터프로그램보호법과 온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법을 제정해 시행하고 있다. 이에 이번호에는 온라인데이터베이스를 보호하는 저작권법, 컴퓨터프로그램보호법의 주요내용을 살펴보고 법적 문제를 다루고자 한다.

정보통신부는 컴퓨터프로그램저작물의 저작권자의 권리를 보호하고 프로그램의 공정한 이용을 도모하기 위하여 각종 프로그램관련산업 육성시책의 일환으로, 프로그램 저작권에 관한 사항을 심의하고 프로그램저작권에 관한 분쟁을 조정하기 위한 분쟁조정기관인 (재)한국컴퓨터프로그램보호회를 설립, '95년 1월 1일부터 운영하고 있다. 이에 신청절차, 분쟁조정절차 등 이 제도를 소개토록한다.

This study aimed to analyse the effects of a self-regulation group counselling program on self-esteem and self-control in adolescents on probation. In respect to sub-areas of the effects the self-regulation group counselling program had on self-esteem in adolescents, there were statistically significant differences in general self-esteem, social self-esteem and family self-esteem. Also, there were statistically significant differences in all the areas including impulse control and emotional control as sub-areas of self-control. Such results experimentally showed that the self-regulation group counselling program had a significant effect on self-esteem and self-control in adolescents on probation. Therefore, it is expected that the probability of repeating their crimes will decrease greatly if the subjects have self-esteem and self-control enhanced through the group counselling program. It is suggested further studies on the self-regulation group counselling program and its practical use are needed to enhance self-esteem and self-control in adolescents on probation.
