  • 외국어학습의 성공여부는 학습자의 강한 동기유발에 달렸는데, 현재 우리나라에서는 영어학습의 강세에 밀려 프랑스어를 포함한 제 2 외국어 학습 열의가 점차 사라져 가고 있는 실정이다. 각 대학에 프랑스어를 전공하는 학과가 존재하는 한, 프랑스어 교육은 계속되어질 것이나, 과거와는 달리 고등학교에서 프랑스어의 기초를 배우고 대학의 프랑스어 학과에 입학하는 학생의 수가 점차 줄어들고 있다. 또한 현재의 대학 입시 제도가 학생들의 학과에 대한 적성 여부와 상관없이 수능성적 결과 점수에 따라 학과를 정하게 되므로 처음부터 프랑스어를 배우고자 하는 동기가 결여된 상태에서 전공 언어 학습을 시작하게 된다. 프랑스어를 가르치면서 현장에서 가장 고심하게 되는 문제는 첫째 학생들에게 어떻게 하면 프랑스어에 대한 흥미를 유발시킬 수 있는가 하는 점이고, 둘째로는 대학 4년이라는 짧은 기간 동안 어떻게 하면 정확한 프랑스어를 학습시킬 수 있는가 하는 것이다. Linguistic Characteristics of the Proverb and it's Effective Application to French Learning (격언의 언어학적 특성과 프랑스어 학습 적용 방안)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the diversity of French learning materials and suggest a learning method to increase the efficiency of learning. In the first part, we explore the linguistic characteristics of the proverb. In the second part, we present the examples that can be utilized in actual learning. In terms of teaching methods, sharing a common cultural consciousness is important for language and communication between interlocutors. In view of this point, the proverb has an extremely important value in the linguistic dimension. It means that the proverb can serve as a very useful material for the comparison of the morphology and phonetics of French. The efficiency of learning can be increased if we can apply an adequate learning plan using proverbs in accordance to the learner's level and the learning contents.

  • 최근 컴퓨터 통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 교육분야에서의 컴퓨터 통신망을 이용한 학습의 효율성 증대에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 지금까지의 학습 방식은 교과목 특성의 개별성을 인식하지 못하거나 혹은 기술적인 문제점 등으로 인하여 학습자들에게 일관된 단답형이나 선다형의 학습 방식을 요구하여 왔다. 웹을 기반으로 한 원격 교육으로의 활용 측면에서 프랑스어와 같은 제2외국어의 경우, 한국어 환경에서의 프랑스어 악상 문자 입력이나 개별화된 저작 언어 개발 등의 문제점이 제기된다. $\lceil$Voila-web$\rfloor$ 은 한국어를 모국어로 하는 프랑스어 학습자들을 위한 교육 시스템으로 개별 교과목의 특성을 반영하고 능동적인 학습 방식을 통한 학습의 효율성 증대를 위한 시스템이다. 학습자들에게는 학습 자료의 전체적인 내용 흐름만을 제시하고 영역별 구체적인 자료의 전개는 다양한 교과 내용을 자유 항해할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다. 이는 학습자들로 하여금 통신망을 통한 컴퓨터 이용 학습의 장점을 기존의 학습 방식에 보완하여 보다 능동적인 학습 방식을 유도하여 학습의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

A Study on the Culture of the French Language (프랑스어 단어 속에 담긴 문화연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to select words with "shared cultural charge" that are unique in French culture and to study cultural content hidden in these words. It also explores the cultural phenomenon of same French borrowed words used in the Korean language. The study was conducted from two perspectives: perspective of internal French culture defined by Galisson and inter-cultural perspective. The first section of this study introduces the theory "lexiculture" and definition of the words "shared cultural charge." In the following section, among main items of 795 borrowed words in the Korean language, we examined seven words in areas such as clothing, food, and housing. We studied content of the French culture according to the following three categories: (1) dictionary definition, (2) cultural phenomena, (3) special phenomenon in idiomatic expression. Our study illustrated a special connotation beyond the dictionary definition of words. In the next section, we examined the birth of a new cultural phenomenon and process of acquiring a new meaning in the Korean language. Finally, we analyzed differences and similarities between linguistic and cultural elements in both cultures. In this study, we provide basic data for inter-cultural education between France and Korea.

  • This paper presents a case study on foreign language learning applications based on the speech recognition technology, aiming to grasp their current status and limitations of the technology applied to the foreign language speaking education, especially for English and French. As a result of examining the characteristics of the selected English and French applications by drawing on speech learning, it is shown that the use of speech recognition technology has the advantage of creating a speaking practice environment and giving feedback. However, in the case of feedback, there is a lack of appropriate calibration feedback which can help learners correct errors by themselves.

'Time' in French Cultural Education (한국 대학의 FLE 문화 교육과 '시간'의 문화적 특성 - 한국과 프랑스의 음주 시간을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify whether the concept of time conveys meanings similar to nonverbal communicative elements in foreign language education. This study surveys cultural traits of time from the French cultural education perspective. Anthropologist Edward T. Hall points out that each cultural community has developed a different perception of time and experience, and that time conveys the meaningful message nonverbally similar to the nonverbal elements such as space, gesture, eye movement, and facial expression. I investigated the time experiences of a drinking party in France and in Korea, from a cultural relativistic point of view. The subject of a drinking party was chosen on the ground that a drinking party is highly related to most people's daily lives and it also indicates how they have a relationship with others. I sought a new direction in foreign language cultural education by analyzing how cultural differences between the two communities, especially the relationships between individuals and organisations, ways to separate leisure and labor, and the nonverbal elements, are presented in the two drinking parties.

  • Recently, interest in fencing is getting increased in Korea due to good results in international fencing competitions and its exposure to the media. However, one of the difficult factors in entering fencing is the cost of initial equipment purchases. Solving this can contribute to expanding the base of fencing. For this reason, this study designed and developed a system that can replace the function of the remote control with a mobile application using Bluetooth communication and learn the function of the fencing scoreboard and fencing terms in French. Through interviews, fencing leaders and club members were asked to find out what was necessary in this study, and to mention the pros and cons of the test operation. It is expected that the fencing scoreboard will be lightweight and small, and it will help to spread fencing through cost reduction.

A Study on the Utilization of Digital Learning Support Tools in the Field of French Studies Education (프랑스학 교육 분야의 디지털 학습지원 매체 활용에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to investigate the current utilization and implications of digital learning support media in the field of French studies, and to explore future research directions. To achieve this, we conducted a comprehensive review of the use of digital media in various learning processes within French studies. Additionally, we examined the direct application of ChatGPT, an emerging technology, to learning by extending its use to foreign language and education fields. Our findings indicate that the application of digital learning support media in French studies is somewhat limited, with selective use in processes such as online class support media, pre-class learning, efficient learning and interaction, and self-directed learning. In the case of ChatGPT, our research found that no studies have been conducted within French studies, and very few studies have been conducted on its practical application in other educational fields. While ChatGPT has a wide range of applications and has shown positive effects on learners, ethical concerns have been raised regarding the quality, source, and reliability of information. Therefore, future research in French studies should focus on educational application and effectiveness verification in university teaching and learning situations, as well as interdisciplinary convergence with digital learning support media.

크라우드펀딩을 통한 자금유치 성공법: 자코토 교육법을 중심으로

  • 자본시장법 개정과 벤처 창업 활성화를 위해 크라우드펀딩(Crowdfunding)의 역할이 매우 중요해지고 있다. 크라우드펀딩은 자금 수요자가 자신의 사업이나 자금조달 목적을 홍보하여 불특정 대중(crowd)으로부터 자금공급 여부에 대한 집단지성(collectiveintelligence)을 이끌어내고, 온라인상의 전문중개기관(intermediation)을 통해 소액의 자금을 조달(funding)하는 행위이다(김세련, 2017). 본 연구는 2017년 4월부터 약 1년간의 질적연구로 주식 및 채권 발행을 통한 증권형 크라우드펀딩을 준비하여 성공한 기업 5곳의 면담 자료와 실제 현장에서 강사로 교육을 하면서 관찰한 참여관찰일지를 전사 및 코딩하였다. 이를 기반으로 첫째, 크라우드펀딩에 성공한 기업들의 특징을 밝혀내고 둘째, 크라우드펀딩에 관한 사전교육이 성공에 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 궁극적으로는 크라우드펀딩을 통해 성공적으로 자금 유치를 하기 위한 교육법을 밝혀내고자 하였다. 기존 교육방식에 자코토 교육철학을 접목시켜 자코토 교육법이 크라우드펀딩을 통한 자금유치 성공에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 밝혀낸다. 자코토의 교육법은 어떤 '설명'도 하지 않고 프랑스어를 완벽하게 배우도록 한 자코토의 실험이 누구나 알려는 의지를 갖는다면 새로운 것을 배울 수 있다는 지능의 동일성에 근거하여 학생들에게 알려는 의지를 불러일으키고 빠져나갈 수 없는 고리를 강제하여 스스로 앎을 얻도록 한 것을 말한다.

Stylistic analysis of grammar teaching and learning application plan - based on the gender of French nouns (문법 교육의 유형적 분석과 학습 적용 방안 - 프랑스어 명사의 성을 중심으로)

  • The objective of this article is to emphasize the importance of French grammar and apply effective ways in the course considering the results of investigations conducted by teachers and learners. In the first part, we observed different types of the theory of grammar teaching. The key point in choosing a theory of grammar is to adopt a learning objective defined by the level of learners. To do this, the teacher must find methods that enable learners to achieve a gradual grammatical knowledge. In the second part, we focused on the conscience of the learners et teachers in respect of the grammar's importance. Learners and teachers agreed on the importance of French grammar. However, it is essential to find effective methods that can not only attract the interest of learners but also give students the motivation towards learning French grammar. Regarding the correlation between the learning of linguistic communication and the teaching of grammar, it is very important to familiarize learners with the following facts: - The grammar is not an independent component of the other with regard to the teaching of French. - You can get a satisfactory result on learning grammar provided that it takes place in the course of linguistic communication. What we have proposed in this article is not an absolute solution to improve the course of French, with regard to learning grammar. However, we hope that this study could help to facilitate the teaching of French grammar.
