데이터 품질 기준은 반드시 현업의 입장에서 바라봐야 하며, 현업의 마인드가 데이터 품질에 가장 결정적인 영향을 미친다. 이에 따라 데이터 품질을 향상시키기 위해서는 현업이 데이터 품질 관리에 직접 참여할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 값(Data Value)에 대한 데이터 오너 (Owner)를 부여하여 데이터 품질 오류 시 현업이 직접 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스에 참여 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스는 데이터 품질 대상 및 기준을 정의하고 측정, 분석, 개선하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 데이터 오너 관리 방안은 보다 효율적인 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스를 개선 시킬 수 있을 것이다.

기업환경변화와 고객의 욕구증대로 인해 품질의 중요성이 강조되는 상창에서 종합적 품질경영(TQM)의 개념을 도입하고자 하는 노력이 제조업 뿐 아니라 서비스 부문, 공공부문, 의료부문 등으로 확대되는 상황이다. 특히 교육품질에 연구가 선진국을 중심으로 활발히 이루어지고 있는데 무형적인 특성을 가진 교육의 품질특성들을 측정하고 이를 개선하기 위한 전략적 방안 등을 강구하고 있다. 따라서 TQM의 기본 개념을 알아보고 우리나라 대학교육에 대한 적용가능성을 타진해보기 위한 연구가 필요하다고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 대학교육의 서비스 품질에 대한 구체적인 측정요인을 개발하는 것이다. 문헌조사를 통해 기존의 대학교육품질 측정문항들을 벤치마킹 하였으며 대학생 집단과 문항들을 검토하여 32개 문항을 확정하고 이를 224명의 대학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 요인분석을 실시하여 대학의 서비스 품질측정요인을 도출하였다.

This paper aims to describe the measurement and improvement of academic library service quality by ISA (Importance-Satisfaction Analysis). This research established service quality model on based LibQUAL+(R). It consisted of 18 items that formed three dimensions, affect of service quality, information control quality, and library as place quality. To execute this research, the service quality according the users' importance and satisfaction of library service is measured through Gaps model and ISA. The data for this case study was collected through the survey conducted the users of the H University library. By applying SPSS 17.0 and Excel 2007, the final 113 surveys were used for analysis.

소프트웨어의 품질 향상이란 상당히 중요한 관심문제 중에 하나이다. 최근 들어서 각 지자체에서는 시민의 안전과 아동 보호의 목적으로 CCTV를 설치하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제품화 되어 있는 CCTV의 품질 향상을 위해서 CCTV의 품질을 평가하는 방안에 대해서 제시하고 품질 측정을 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 메트릭을 제시한다. CCTV 품질 평가에 대한 메트릭은 현재 진행 중에 있는 국제표준 ISO/IEC 25000에 준하여 제시하고 CCTV 품질 평가에 활용하는 방안에 대해서 제시한다.

식품은 유통기간이나 저장기간 중에서도 여러가지 화학적 변화가 일어난다. 따라서 품질을 변질 시키거나 또는 품질에 영향을 주는 성분을 정확히 측정하여 그 제품에 영향을 주는 성분을 정확히 측정하여 그 제품의 수명(shelf-life)을 예측하는 일 또한 매우 중요한 일이다. 그러므로, 미량의 특이한 성분이라 할지라도 아주 정확하고 신속한 측정방법이 요망된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안의 하나로서 바이오센서를 생각할 수 있는데, 본고는 이제까지 식품공업에 있어서 바이오센서의 이용실태가 어떠한 상황이며 아울러 앞으로의 이용방안을 모색하고자 한다.

Recently, the wireless data communication infrastructure appearing before the footlights crosses the limit in the wire and develop into the fast speed. Particularly, the issue about the u-Healthcare service using this increases. And the investigation of the quality guarantee of the wireless data network is important for the smooth service providing. However, the quality control research about the wireless network is insufficient because the existing research performs the quality control between the termination about the wired network continually. This paper presented the mobile service quality measurement reference considering the radio environment,that is the method for satisfying the quality guarantee of the wireless data network user offered the u-Healthcare service as the research about this and user needs. For this purpose, wireless data quality measurement indicator and standard was selected. The quality measure evaluation plan was presented according to the service. And each service presented the quality index especially.

인터넷 서비스에 대한 수요가 양적 팽창의 단계에서 서비스 고품질화 및 다양화 등에 대한 질적 변화의 단계로 전환하는 환경 아래 국내외 통신 사업자들은 시장경쟁력을 가지고 차별화된 품질 서비스를 인터넷 사용자에게 직접 제공하는 등 다양한 노력을 추구하고 있다. 이와 같은 노력의 한 방안으로 각 통신 사업자 및 전문업체들은 품질측정 사이트를 제공함으로써 상품별 속도기상도, 지연시간 및 패킷손실률 등 다양한 품질 서비스를 가입자가 직접 느끼고, 만족하게 할 수 있도록 다양한 방법을 강구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 통신 사업자 및 전문업체들의 품질측정 사이트들을 통해 제공되는 다양한 품질측정 서비스 활동들을 비교 및 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 추후 나아갈 품질측정 사이트의 서비스 항목들을 제시한다.

현재 소프트웨어 품질에 대한 국제 표준이 새롭게 제정되어지고 있다. 소프트웨어 품질 측정을 위해서 사용하던 소프트웨어 품질 관련 국제 표준 문서인 ISO/IEC 9126을 소프트웨어 품질 측정 과정에 대한 표준 문서 ISO/IEC 14598과 함께 내용을 새롭게 정리하여 ISO/IEC 25000 시리즈 SQuaRE 프로젝트를 진행하고 있다. 소프트웨어 품질을 좀더 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 방안으로 새롭게 제정되어지고 있는 국제 표준에 대한 동향을 조사하고 국내 표준 동향 조사를 통해서 앞으로의 과제에 대하여 연구한다.

We are studying international standard about the software quality evaluation. The software quality has been more important on users and developers. In this paper, first, we study international tendency of the inside and outside of the country in software quality evaluation for evaluating the software quality objectively and quantitatively, Second, we notify a new direction for software quality standard of inside and outside of country. Third, we study on the testing method of software reliability for making use of the software reliability growth model. Fourth, we spread method about standard of the software quality evaluation, fifth, we research into the international standard ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 25000 series for evaluation of software quality testing, and we propose to the application plan of software quality testing.

This study aims to evaluate the quality of CD-ROM databases: Korean MARC on Disc and Korean National Bibliographies on CD-ROM. The five criteria(accuracy, completeness, consistency on the quality of data itself and ease of use, variety of retrieval function on the quality of database services) are used to measure their quality. The purpose of this study was to diagnose the quality of two CD-ROM databases mentioned above and to analyses the measured result of quality comparatively and to find out the problems of them and also to provide possible suggestions for their improvements.
