This study intends to evaluate the quality of the KERIS UNICAT DB, and to suggest both theoretical and practical methods for the quality improvement of the DB. To the end. this study developed a quality evaluation model and verified the quality of the UNICAT DB in a comprehensive way, Emphasis was on analyzing the factors causing such inferior and substandard bibliographic records in the UNICAT DB. Also suggested are the management strategies and substantial guidelines to improve the quality of the UNICAT DB.

Quality of a new system is closly related to the quality of components in reuse repository. Quality assessment is essential to construct a reuse library. Definition of quality and method of assessment are totally different in reuse environments. User interface, functionality, performance are main factor in non-reuse development environment. However, reuse environment needs more reusability, extensibility, generality, and maintainability in quality assessment. This paper describes a development of quality assessment tool for multimedia object reuse conponents. Tool gets reuse components described by C++ or IDL, and analyses style, structure, coupling, strength, complexity, understandability, etc. Ultimatly the tool generate quality satisfaction degree for reuse programmers. Quality assessment services are supported in distributed object architecture, CORBA.

This study suggested the systematic steps for quality control, construction of the climatological reference series and homogeneity test and adjustment of temperature series in the Republic of Korea. It also attempted to evaluate more accurate magnitude of change using adjusted temperature data. All erroneous values produced by quality control were detected by internal inconsistency check. The method selected for homogeneity test in this study well defined fairly correct signals of station relocations. Therefore, this method might be regarded as the appropriate one to test homogeneity of temperature series of the Republic of Korea. The increase of temperature of the Republic of Korea after the adjustment were bigger than before the adjustment of annual and seasonal mean temperature. Adjusted temperature data produced by these steps will enable to evaluate more accurate characteristics and magnitude of climate change.

The purpose of this study is to develop the service scales of festival quality. We derived five constituent factors, service quality measures of local festivals through the extensive literature review in Previous studies. We named these qualities "COKITQUAL" that is consist of Convenience, Information, Kindness, Operation, Corporeity. We conducted the empirical analysis for the participants in "Hwacheon Sancheoneo Festival" to verify the "COKITQUAL". As the result, Information, Kindness, Operation affected positively on Festival Satisfaction among all SERVQUALs. However, Convenience and Corporeity did not positively affected on the dependent variable. And then, Festival Satisfaction positively affected on on Behavior Intention. This study developed the Service quality concerned with local festivals which is crucial fundamentals to quantify Festival SERVQUAL through empirical study. The proper applications and usage of these newly introduced local festival qualities enable to acquire the sustainable competitive advantage in local festival.

The A low-cost carriers(LCC)' website represents their public face to the world. Futhermore, distribution through their own websites is generally regarded as the being most cost effective for airlines The Internet website has become an effective marketing vehicle for low-cost carriers(LCC). The objective of this study was to examine theoretical relationship of website quality, e-satisfaction, e-trust, and e-loyalty to the low-cost carriers' website. The study sample included respondents who had visited any LCC websites in the last 12 months. Data were collected by conducting a web-based survey to maintain respondents' anonymity and overcome time and place constraints. From the 334 usable data obtained, hypotheses are tested using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that website quality, e-satisfaction, and e-trust are antecedents of e-loyalty in loyalty relationships between passengers and low-cost carriers' websites. Website quality positively influences e-satisfaction, e-trust while e-satisfaction. However, contrary to our expectation, e-satisfaction has a negative effect on e-trust. Managerial implications are provided following presentation of the findings.

This study confirmed the structural concept and preliminary statements based on concept definition of archival service quality, conducted statistical analysis, and developed the service quality scale equipped with validity and reliability. Developing the scale is unique for pubic institutions and expected to play a practical role in presenting for each archive more effective operation method to enhance service quality by diagnosing its status and identifying the differences from other archives.

Waste Stone and Waste Stone Powder are recycling some cyclic aggregate only. And the greater part of Waste Stone and Waste Stone Powder are reclaining or neglecting. To solve this problem, the government is proceeding development of cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder. However, quality standard for cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder has not been established. So cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder has problem of quality assurance. Therefore in this study, developed standard for Evaluating Performance of cementitious scagliola using waste stone and waste stone powder through survey of international standard.

초고속해상무선통신망 전국연안 구축사업에 앞서 해양수산부는 2017년에 강릉항, 부산항, 목포항에 시험망을 구축하여 해상 LTE망에 대한 다양한 시험을 실시하였다. 한국정보통신기술협회(이하 'TTA')는 한국형 e-Navigation 사업의 협동연구기관 자격으로 초고속해상 무선통신망 품질검증 업무를 수행하고 있다. 본 고에서는 2017년에 구축된 시험망에 대한 TTA 품질 측정 결과를 소개하고 전국연안 확산에 앞서 고려되어야 할 주요 시사점을 제시한다.
