드론을 이용한 등명기 광도측정 방안 연구

  • 해상환경에 설치된 유·무인 표지는 관리 목적으로 정기적인 광학검사를 수행한다. 접근하기 용이한 위치에 설치된 표지의 경우 측정장비를 사용하여 검사를 수행할 수 있지만, 접근하기 힘든 해상에 설치된 표지는 측정선을 활용하여 검사를 수행한다. 측정선을 활용한 측정방법은 예산문제와 측정품질에 영향을 줄 수 있기 때문에 변화가 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 드론을 활용하여 유·무인 표지의 광도를 보다 쉽게 측정할 수 있는 방법을 연구한 내용이다.

부로일러용 배합사료의 품질비교시험

  • 11종의 시판 부로일러용 배합사료의 품질을 비교하기 위하여 서울대학교 농과대학에서 사료의 일반성분 및 Ca, P의 분석은 물론 572수의 스타브로계 육욕종 병아리로 8주간 사양시험을 실시하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 부로일러 사료의 가격은 제조하는 공장에 따라 전기의 경우 공장도 가격이 kg당 41.00에서 45.00원까지, 후기의 경우 공장도 가격이 kg당 39.00원으로부터 43.20원까지, 대리점 가격은 40.20원으로부터 47.20원까지로서 상당한 차이가 있었다. 2. 부로일러 사료의 일반 성분 및 Ca, P 함량에 있어서 제조하는 공장에 따라 상당한 차이가 있었는데 전기사료의 단백질함량은 20.38$\~$23.98$\%$, 후기의 것은 17.14$\~$21.57$\%$였으며, Ca, P함량은 앞으로 개선의 여지가 많았다. 3. 부로일러 사료의 제조공장에 따라 병아리의 성장율, 사료섭취량, 사료효율 등이 현저하게 달라졌다. 대체로 최종체중은 1.74$\~$1.91kg(평균 1.82kg)이었으며 사료효율은 2.4$\~$2.6정도였다. 4. 부로일러 사료의 품질이 다르고 또한 kg당 가격이 달랐기 때문에 조수익성에 있어서도 사료에 따라 크게 달랐다. 증체나 사료효율에 미치는 영향이 비슷한 경우 사료의 가격이 싼 것을 선택하는 것이 경제적으로 유리하다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 5. 앞으로 이와 같은 유형의 시험이 주기적으로 이루어져야 사료의 품질개선을 통한 양계업자의 권익보호가 될 것으로 생각되므로 정부는 현행 사료검사제도에 생물학적 검사를 겸행하기를 건의하는 바이다.

  • This paper is about the results in Qualification Management activity performed between the Autonomous Test(AT) season(August. 2008) of Launch Complex and the 2nd flight test season(June. 10, 2010) of KSLV-I. All cryogenic fluids(LOX, $LN_2$) and compressed gases(Air, $GN_2$, GHe) were qualified by qualification management activity during AT(Autonmous Test), QT(Qualification Test) season for LP(Launch Pad) and LVAB(Launch Vehicle Assembly Building) and FT(Flight Test) season of KLSV-I. As the results, total 428 times of check analysis and 111 times of full analysis were performed.

Establishment of Plasma Working Standards for the Performance and Quality Assurance of NAT Screening Tests for HIV, HCV and HBV (HIV, HCV와 HBV 유전자 분석시약의 성능 및 품질관리용 Plasma Working Standards 제조에 관한 연구)

  • Background: Since Jan. 2012, for performance evaluation of viral reagents, analysis of domestic samples has been recommended in order to obtain approval from the KFDA when they are first introduced to Korea. This regulation requires the standard domestic materials driven from locally infected samples. We tried manufacturing the plasma working standards of HBV, HCV, and HIV NAT using a mixed titer of viral loads. Methods: Forty three HBV DNA positive plasmas, 25 HCV RNA positive plasmas, and 26 HIV RNA positive plasmas were evaluated according to viral load and genotype. Several plasma units, which had high-titer viral loads and the common viral genotypes in Korea, were selected as the source materials for each viral standard. To adjust the appropriate concentration based on the detectable range of variable viral reagents, the source plasma was diluted to several concentrations, divided into small vials, and analyzed for quantification. Results: The 13 plasma working standards, which had variable viral loads for the mixed titer performance panel of HIV, HCV, and HBV NAT, were produced. Conclusion: These national standard materials were first produced in order to supply the mixed titer performance panel for the viral NAT reagent of the level IV transfusion related high-risk group in Korea.

  • Three-level Skip-lot sampling plan split by two stages (Split2-SkSP0 is proposed by modifying multi-level skip-lot sampling plan proposed by Choi(1993), which has normal and terrace inspections on the first and the second stages, respectively. The plan is designed to work more higher level inspections when the quality of the submitted products are good, otherwise, return to the normal or the terrace inspection as fast as possible. Also, the formula of the operating characteristic function for the split skip-lot sampling plan is derived using the Markov chain approach. Also, operating characteristic properties of the proposed plans are studied and graphically compared with those of the multi-level skip-lot sampling plans.

  • In order to solve problems in automatic quality inspection of tablet capsules, computation-efficient image processing technique, appropriate threshold setting, edge detection and segmentation methods are required. And since existing automatic system for quality inspection of tablet capsules is of very high cost, it needs to be reduced through the realization of low-price hardware system. This study suggests a technique that uses low-cost camera module to obtain image and inspects dents on tablet capsules and sorting them by applying TLS curve fitting technique and edge-based image segmentation. In order to assess the performance, the major classifications algorithm of PCA, ICA and SVM are used to evaluate training time, test time and accuracy for capsule image area and curve fitting edge data sets.

Effect of Spice Powder on the Characteristics of Quality of Bread (향신료를 첨가한 식빵의 품질특성)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the basic information for bread with kinds of spice. The qualities of bread added with garlic, ginger, and cinnamon powder were investigated using sensory and mechanical evaluation. The result of sensory evaluation showed that the softness, color, brittleness, hardness, and chewiness of bread were increased as the amount of garlic, ginger and cinnamon powder increased. Lightness decreased by the addition of garlic, ginger and cinnamon powder, while redness and yellowness increased. Texture measurement showed that hardness, cohesiveness, springiness, gumminess and brittleness were the lowest in the breads with 1% garlic, ginger and cinnamon powder, and increased as the added amount of spice increased. A positive correlation was observed between the sensory and mechanical properties in general, while hardness and chewiness have negative correlation with sensory properties. Sensory properties of wheat flour odor, roasted taste, springiness and swelling were positively correlated with the acceptability. Breads with 1% garlic, ginger, and cinnamon powder showed a good overall preference.

Study on quality characteristics of fish paste containing Curcuma aromatica powder (강황 분말을 첨가한 어묵의 품질 특성 연구)

  • This study was conducted to promote the utilization of fish paste with 0, 2, 3, and 4% added Curcuma aromatica powder. The moisture, crude protein, crude lipid, and crude ash contents of the used Curcuma aromatica powder were 11.15, 6.25, 2.36, and 9.98%, respectively. For the Hunter color values, the L, a values of the fish paste decreased with increasing concentrations of Curcuma aromatica powder, while the b values appreciated. In the folding test, whose results reveal the flexibility of the fish paste, all the test samples showed AA results. In the texture meter test, the hardness, cohesiveness, and springiness increased with increasing concentrations of Curcuma aromatica powder, but the gumminess and brittleness of the fish paste were reduced. In the sensory evaluation, the color and taste of the fish paste with 3% added Curcuma aromatica powder were preferred over those of the other fish pastes. These results suggest that Curcuma aromatica powder can be applied to fish paste to achieve high quality and functionality.

  • Scanner which is a kind of optical devices is used to convert paper documents into document image files. The assessment of scanned document image is performed to check if there are any modification on document image files in scanning process. In assessment of scanned documents, user checks the degree of skew, noise, folded state and etc This paper proposed to how to measure geometrical modifications of document image in scanning process. In this study, we check the degree of modification in document image file by image processing and we compare the evaluation value which means the degree of modification in each items with OCR success ratio in a document image file. To analyse the correlation between OCR success ratio and the evaluation value which means the degree of modification in each items, we apply Pearson Correlation Coefficient and calculate weight value for each items to score total evaluation value of image modification degrees on a image file. The document image which has high rating score by proposed method also has high OCR success ratio.

  • In this paper, we propose a mobile remicon quality management system to enable inspection and correspondence with a smart phone in the field check of remicon. We also proposed a real-time slump data processing part to digitize field inspection and XML formats for data exchange with the server. We used the smart phone to transmit real-time image about field inspection of remicon and judged the error at the same time. By doing this, we shared the situation of the remicon products in the field and the head office. Based on the actual results, the development technology is used to determine whether the product is abnormal or not, and to provide appropriate information to the company and the site. Based on the analysis of raw material quality data, it is possible to present real time optimal blending ratio according to raw material import with raw material management data, which is the biggest problem of the ready mixed concrete industry.
