Development of Measurement System for Welding Bead Shape using LabVIEW (LabVIEW를 이용한 용접비드 형상 계측시스템 개발)

  • Recently, as consumer's claim fur car safety is increased, quality inspection method fur welding zone is strengthened. Therefore, from the methods that depend on welding zone bead shape size of seat frame in macrography or passive examination, the quality control by whole recording inspection is required. In this study, the system that is measuring automatically if worker checks welding bead fur quality inspection of seat frame is developed using LabVIEW. If the quality standard for the bead width and length of welding zone is inputted, the system measures automatically whether welding zone is bead length or bead width. Measured data is preserved by points and quality recording of welding zone is stored. The car seat きme welding zone is applied and experimented. The results gave good influence o9 the quality control of work efficiency.

Analyses of Flavor Qualities of Vegetable Oils by Gas Chromatography (가스크로마토그래피에 의한 식물성 기름의 향미품질의 분석)

  • Soybean, hydrogenated soybean and corn oils, which were exposed to fluorescent light for different periods of time, were evaluated for sensory qualities by subjective sensory evaluation and instrumental gas chromatographic analysis. Sensory evaluation was conducted in 8 laboratories using a 10-point hedonic scale with a total of 95 panel members. The correlation coefficients between sensory scores and predicted sensory scores by gas chromatographic analysis for the 8 laboratories varied from 0.10 to 0.99. However, most laboratories had better than 0.90, which was considered excellent. The correlation coefficients between sensory scores of the 95 panel members and predicted sensory scores using the amount of 2. 4-decadienal isomers in oil determined by a gas chromatographic method for soybean, hydrogenated soybean, and corn oils, were r=0.96, r=0.97, and r=0.97, respectively. The correlation study suggests that it is possible to obtain realistic results of oil flavor qualities from the instrumental evaluation by combining improved gas chromatographic analysis, sensory evaluation, and statistical analysis for practical purposes.

  • 레이저를 이용한 마킹(marking) 시스템은 미러(mirror)를 움직이는 XY Scanner안 모터의 Thermal drift로 인한 오차와 laser 오류에 의해 마킹의 불량을 초래하게 된다. 따라서, 이 마킹 불량을 검사하기 위해 마킹 시스템에는 비젼(Vision)을 이용한 검사 장비가 탑재된다. 현재 웨이퍼 마킹기나 다른 마킹기의 비젼시스템은 후검사(post vision) 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 하지만, 후검사 시스템의 경우 마킹이 잘못되었을 때, 바로 마킹을 중지하지 못하고 적어도 한 단위 마킹(tray, 웨이퍼, Strip, PCB 등등)을 망치게 되고, 만일 마킹 대상물이 고가인 경우 상당한 금액의 손실을 가져오는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 단절을 보완하기 위해 본 논문에서는 CPVS(Concurrent Processing Vision System)라는 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 마킹과 마킹 품질검사를 동시에 병행함으로써 마킹이 잘못되었을 때 마킹을 중단하게 되어 더 이상의 손실이 나지 않게 하고 후처리 검사 시스템으로의 이송과정을 생략함으로써 processing time을 줄이고, 생산성을 높인다는 장점을 가지게 된다. 이 시스템의 구현은 Visual C++의 MFC 라이브러리를 사용한 MDI구조로 구현하였다.

Pathological Factors Affecting DNA Quality in BRAF, EGFR, and KRAS Gene Molecular Tests (BRAF, EGFR, KRAS 유전자 분자병리검사에서 DNA 품질에 영향을 미치는 병리학적인 인자에 관한 연구)

  • The quality control of pathological specimens is important for accurate molecular pathology testing. This study evaluated that specimen factors affecting the DNA quality during tissue processing and sample types for BRAF, EGFR, and KRAS mutations tests. One thousand seven hundred and seventy-two molecular pathology tests were investigated for the factors influencing the DNA quality, such as sample type, formalin fixation time, and reexamination status. Cytology samples stored in a saline solution had better DNA quality than commercial cytology preservation. Tissue samples fixed in formalin within 24 hours had better DNA quality than the samples fixed over 24 hours. Between the types of samples, fresh tissue samples and tissue samples with a high tumor cell density had relatively better DNA quality than the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues and cytology specimens. Of real-time PCR, the non-PNA Ct value increased proportionally with samples held for longer than 24 hours in formalin, and that the formalin-fixed time affects the sample DNA quality. In conclusion, the appropriate tumor cellularity and 10% neutral formalin fixation time are the most important factors for maintaining the DNA quality. These factors should be managed properly for an accurate pathological molecular test to ensure optimal DNA quality.

The Study on the Quality of Pre-Processed Vegetables in School and Institutional Food-Service (단체급식에서 사용되는 전처리 농산물의 품질 특성 분석)

  • This study was performed to investigate the quality of pre-processed vegetables used in school and institutional food-services. Pre-processed food materials (carrot, potato, and cabbage) frequently used in food-service were collected from 14 various processing company sources. The sensory and physico-chemical qualities of the pre-processed food materials were determined using sensory and instrumental analysis. For the physico-chemical analysis of the food materials, pH, total acidity, hardness, Hunter colorimeter value, reducing sugar and vitamin C content were determined. For the sensory quality evaluation, 15 panelist were trained and consensus was reached on the quality standards of the preprocessed materials (carrot, potato, and cabbage). Finally, appearance, color, texture, off-odor/taste, and overall quality were determined. In the physico-chemical analysis, there were no significant differences among samples collected from various processing companies. In sensory quality evaluations, the color quality of pre-processed potato was lower than that of other materials. From the coefficient correlations and partial least squares regression analysis between sensory and instrumental data, pH, total acidity, colorimeter values, and hardness were considered important components in assessing the quality of pre-processed vegetables.

  • 최근에는 자동차 전장용 소프트웨어 결함으로 인한 피해로 자동차 리콜 사태가 일어나는 것을 종종 볼 수 있다. 소프트웨어 검사와 TMMi 프로세스를 전장용 소프트웨어에 이용한다면 소프트웨어 결함을 줄이며 사고 발생률 역시 감소될 수 있다. 전장용 소프트웨어에 이를 적용해 볼 때, 검사 방법에 적합한 방향으로 검사 프로세스를 개선할 수 있으며, 고품질 소프트웨어 또한 구현할 수 있다.
