LCD Enterprises introduce quality management strategy to survive in rapid change of production situation. Especially in LCD industry, competitiveness is more needed ever before in the decrease of investment resulted from frequent business fluctuations and in the appearance of the third competitor. In order to overcome this situation, the quality cost system should be implemented as it is suited to a company, but few companys introduce and apply the quality cost system in LCD industry. Thus, Critical factors for outstanding LCD company to apply successfully quality cost system are studied in this paper. The level of importance of the factors is measured be weighted value analysis and a way to maximize the effect of applying quality cost system in LCD industry is proposed by the order of importance.

원자력발전소는 다중방호의 개념에서 복수의 안전설비를 갖는 등 계통이 팽대하고 복잡하며 또한 엄격한 품질관리를 실시하므로 다른 발전형식에 비해 건설비가 높은 편이다. 따라서 설비의 유효이용을 도모하는 것이 중요하다. 이와 같은 관점에서 앞으로 기설발전소의 장수명화를 도모하고, 전수명기간의 발전전력량을 증대시킴으로서 원자력발전 코스트를 다른 발전코스트보다 유리하게 하는 것도 가능하다. 장수명화를 실현시키기 위해서는 수명평가상 중요한 구조기기의 노화진단기술, 수명예측방법 및 수명을 좌우하고 교환이 곤란한 기기$\cdot$시스템의 보수기술$\cdot$공법 등에 관한 기술개발이 중요한 과제이다.

This paper propose a fuzzy regression method using fuzzy neural networks when a membership value is attached to each input -output pair. First, an architecture of fuzzy neural networks with fuzzy weights and fuzzy biases is shown. Next, a cost function is defined using the fuzzy output from the fuzzy neural network and the corresponding target output with a membership value. A learning algorithm is derived from the cost function. The derived learning algorithm trains the fuzzy neural network so that the level set of the fuzzy output includes the target output. Last, the proposed method is applied to the quality evaluation problem of injection molding

This study was performed to obtain the internal failure cost in the failure and rework using cost table. The manufacturing cost is different according to each production process. Thierefore, it is difficult to calculate of the manufacturing cost. Using the cost table internal failure cost can be calculated easily in each process.

Construction cost estimation in the early phase provides the opportunity to make reasonable decisions related to the project. For estimating this cost, various methods have been developed. But several problems have been recognized like accuracy, relation beteewn design and cost etc. In this study, we developed the method of cost estimating for building parts. The modified method has defferent ratio of space functions to calculate cost more correctly. Also historical cost data is used in this modified method for architects to estimate cost conveniently. By this modified method, we expects architects should easily design buildings based on cost.
