A Study on Perception Difference for Service Quality of Abroad Logistics Center by the Characteristics of Shippers (화주기업 특성에 따른 해외물류센터 서비스 품질 인식차이에 관한 연구)

  • Shippers face uncertainty and risks until the delivery of goods to the buyer (importer). To avoid these uncertainty and risks, shippers use the abroad logistics center and then try to construct continuous contract relations. From this viewpoint, this study examines the motivations of shippers to take advantage of the logistics center and perception difference for service quality according to the characteristics of shippers. For this purpose, T-test and ANOVA analyses are conducted using SPSS 21.0. The results suggest the following implications. First, there are no differences in perception regarding the motivation to take advantage of the logistics center for the size and characteristics of products. Second, the main motivating factors are maneuver to competitors and meeting buyers' demands by using the abroad logistics center. Furthermore, there is the level of perception for service quality regarding packaging and labeling in the logistics center. In contrast, the problem process and the quality of the order progress information is higher. Finally, specific logistics services are required depending on individual products because each product's characteristics are different.

  • This study explores how partnership and information quality effect on the SCM main features namely flexibility, agility, and control of uncertainty. Especially the relationship was tested additionally, divided by own companies and their partners. Because the expected value of a supplier - buyer relationship has been defined in different ways by previous research. To test the suggested model, this study used a data set generated from the survey. The 140 sets of data collected, which companies use SCM, were tested against the model using SPSS 23 and smartPLS 3.2.3. The results of this study are as follows. Own company's information quality had most effect on the SCM flexibility, agility, and control of uncertainty. And partner's partnership quality had least effect on the SCM features.

Quality Changes in Minced Ginger Prepared with Frozen Ginger during Storage (냉동생강으로 제조한 다대기의 저장 중 품질변화)

  • As storing ginger roots under optimum conditions takes high cost, ginger roots are commonly stored in underground tunnels where the maintenance of optimum temperature and humidity is difficult. One of the methods fur long term storage of ginger roots is freezing. The objective of this research was to evaluate effect of storage temperatures and packaging methods on the quality of minced ginger prepared with frozen stored ginger. The minced ginger prepared with frozen stored ginger at $-20^{\circ}C$ was packed in bags, glass bottles and tubes, and then stored at 5 and $-20^{\circ}C$ for quality evaluation at 4 and 15 week-intervals. The changes of surface color, total free sugars, free amino acids and volatile compounds were less in the combined treatment samples than in control during storage, regardless of the storage temperature. The tube packing was the best for maintaining quality of minced ginger during storage among tested packaging methods. Sensory results showed that the minced ginger with the combined treatment and packed in tubes could be stored at 5 and $-20^{\circ}C$ for 12 and 45 weeks, respectively, without a significant drop in palatability.

  • 150~7,000Hzd의 확대역 전화를 위한 전화 전송특성 설계지침으로 활용하기 위해, 확대역과 300~3400Hz 의 협대역 전화에 대한 통화품질 평가결과를 비교/분석하였다. 토화품질 평가는, 조정법에 의한 선호 라우드니스 레벨고 ㅏ동가 라우드니스 레벨 조정실험, 그리고 단음절 명료도평가로 구성되었다. 선호 라우드니스 레벨 조정실험의 결과, 협대역과 확대역 음성에 대한 피험자의 선호레벨이 각각 70.7dB 및 68.6dB로 약 2dB의 차이를, 피험자간 분산은 2.12와 6.11로 의미있는 차이를 보였는데, 이것은 음성대역의 확장에 따라 사용자들의분산이 크기 때문에 확대역 전화에서 수화음량 조절기능이 필요함을 증명한 결과이다. 그리고, 협/확대역 조건에서의 100개 단음절에 대한 명료도 실험 결과에서, 전체 명료도 점수간에는 통계적으로 의미있는 차이를 보이지 않았지만 단음절중 3,400Hz이상에서 많은 에너지를 갖는, 파열음 'ㅌ', 파찰음 'ㅈ', 'ㅉ', 'ㅊ', 그리고 마찰음 'ㅅ', 'ㅆ' 으로 시작하는 20개 단음절에 대한 부분명료도에 있어서 협대역과 확대역 조건간에 20%의 명료도 차이를 나타내었다. 또한, 비교 라우드니스 레벨 조정실험의 결과, 협대역과 확대역 사이의 평균 라우드니스 레벨 차이가 약 3.4dB (A)로 나타났는데, 이 결과는 국내 확대역 전화의 수화음량적격 설정에 지침으로 활용할 것이다.

Impacts of Bioactive Components Addition on Qualities of Imitation Crab Meat Containing Spent Laying Hen Meats During Storage (기능성 물질의 첨가가 폐계육이 함유된 게맛살의 저장중 품질에 미치는 영향)

  • Imitation crab stick samples were made from Alaska pollack with protein recovered from spent laying hens breast meat (C), Alaska pollack with spent laying hens breast recovered protein and cordyceps powder (T1), Alaska pollack with spent laying hens breast recovered protein and silkworm cocoon powder (T2), and Alaska pollack with spent laying hens breast recovered protein and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) (T3). There were no significant differences in moisture, crude protein and crude fat among the imitation crab samples. pH was significantly higher in T2 and T3 compared with C and T1 after 4 weeks of storage. The values of $L^*$, $a^*$, $b^*$, and W (whiteness) in T3 were found to be more stable during storage and W in T3 was significantly higher than other samples. T3 was significantly lower in hardness, brittleness, gumminess and adhesiveness after 4 weeks of storage. Thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBA) values decreased with storage, whereas volatile basic nitron (VBN) values increased with storage periods in all samples. In sensory evaluation, there were no significant differences in color, odor, taste, tenderness, juiciness and overall acceptability among the samples. T3 was significantly lowest in quality among the treated samples.

  • 개인들의 생활양식이 변화함에 따라 소비성향도 크게 변화하고 있다. 개인이 지니고 있는 독특한 생활양식은 소비생활에 많은 차이를 보이고 있다. 최근 들어 개인의 소비 패턴은 신용 카드 사용에 따른 많은 변화를 보이고 있다. 특히 개인의 생활양식 또는 카드 브랜드의 지각과 품질에 대한 지각 차이가 카드 선택의 많은 차이를 보이고 있다. 따라서 신용 카드 회사에서는 카드 사용자들의 특성을 분석하고자 많은 연구를 시도하고 있다. 그렇지만 개인의 생활양식과 카드에 대한 브랜드, 품질 지각 및 카드 선택의 관계 구조를 명확하게 연구한 사례는 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 각 요인 간의 관계구조를 분석하여 차별화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기초를 제공하고자 하였다.

  • In this study the need for new service qualify assessment scale is investigated to cope with the paradigm change in library information service and the dimension and model for e-service quality assessment applicable to a digital library are developed. In order to verify newly proposed dimension and model for e-service qualify assessment, the dimension which is developed by employing data collected from NDSL(National Digital Science Library) and its factor are analyzed and casuality analysis between independent and dependent variables is executed based on the proposed e-service qualify model We also analyze the gap between customer's ideal expectation and perception and, finally investigate what is the most important dimension among e-service quality in the digital library from the customer's point of view.

Estimation of Fingerprint Image Quality in Accordance with Photographing Conditions (촬영 조건에 따른 지문 사진의 품질에 관한 연구)

  • This study is aimed at observing effects of fingerprint image quality on various photographing conditions in the aspect of resolution. Discrimination between two friction ridges plays an important role in the value of fingerprint image, and it can be confirmed with quantification of pixels of boundary region which is existing between two friction ridges. In this study, several factors were estimated with same fingerprint image using Adobe photoshop CS 6 for analysis: changes of image quality by ISO, movement when photographing, and photographers' experience and skill. Consequently, there was no significant change of image quality by ISO. Furthermore, there was no significant difference in the hand-held images between crime scene investigators and laymen, yet there was significant difference between hand-held images and images using tripod in the aspect of resolution. This study shows that using tripod is very important in forensic fingerprint photography through empirical methods.

  • The objectives of this study identify the factors that affect the quality of MTS services, to determine the effects of these service quality factors on customer's satisfaction and customer's loyalty. The results are as follows: First, The Four factors, i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance, represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's satisfaction. Second, The Five factors, i.e., rapidness, tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's loyalty. Third, There are some differences in assurance/period of utilization, empathy/period of utilization in using MTS services according to social statistics. This article provides the paradigm of new convergence on IT and finance.

  • 토양수분량은 그 양은 작지만 다양한 수문현상에 관여하는 주요한 수문인자 중 하나이다. 특히, 강우, 유출, 홍수 및 가뭄 등과 직접적인 연관이 있어 국내에서도 그 중요성이 점차 강조되고 있다. 일찍이 해외에서는 토양수분량 위성자료나 관측기기의 검증 및 교정을 위해 다수의 지상 관측소를 운영해왔으며, ISMN(International Soil Moisture Network)과 같은 기관을 통해 자료의 취합 및 품질관리, 배포 등도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 최근 국내에서도 최신 관측기기의 도입이나 수자원위성의 개발 등 토양수분량에 관한 연구가 점차 활발하게 이루어지고 있으며, 위성자료와 관측기기의 검증 및 교정을 위한 지상관측소도 점차 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 하지만, 국내 지상관측소는 현재 다양한 기관과 단체에 의해 운영되고 있으며, 품질관리 기준이 통일되어 있지 않아 자료의 접근 및 활용 측면에서 개선이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 한국수자원조사기술원은 국내 환경에 맞는 품질관리 기준을 제시하고, 자료의 접근성 및 활용성 개선의 토대를 마련하고자 품질관리 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 본 연구는 정량화된 품질관리 기준을 바탕으로 spike를 판별하는 알고리즘에 대한 성능평가를 다루고 있으며, 청미천 토양수분량 관측소 2020년 자료에 임의의 튀는 값(spike)을 추가하고, 해당 이상치의 검출여부를 확인하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 각각의 지점자료에서 강우사상 중 하강부, 무강우기간 중 하강부를 1개씩 선정하고, 해당 구간에 positive spike를 추가한 case와 negative spike를 추가한 case를 생성해 강우조건 및 spike 유형에 따른 검출성능 차이를 평가했다. 평가 결과, 강우기간 검출률 84.3%, 무강우기간 검출률 96.3%로 강우조건에 따른 성능차이가 명확하게 나타났으며, positive spike는 91.7%, negative spike는 88.9%로 spike 유형에 따른 검출성능차이는 미미했다. 강우조건과 spike 유형을 동시에 고려했을 때는 무강우기간의 positive spike가 98.2%로 가장 높은 검출률을 보인 반면에 강우기간의 negative spike는 83.3%로 가장 낮은 검출률을 보였다. 알고리즘이 검사시간대를 중심으로 24시간 동안의 토양수분량 변화를 감지하기 때문에 강우기간에 검출성능이 저하되는 것으로 판단되며, 이를 개선하기 위해선 강우사상에 따른 유동적인 window size 조절 알고리즘의 추가가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.
