최근 들어 정보통신의 품질 인증으로 알려진 TL9000이 소프트웨어 업계에서 많은 관심을 보여 품질관리의 중요성이 한층 더 높아지고 있다. TL9000(Telecommunication Leadership9000)은 정보통신 분야의 사업자인 서비스 제공자가 자사에 제품을 공급하는 업체에게 요구하는 품질경영시스템을 의미한다. 이는 최종 고객인 통신 가입자의 만족을 위해 공급자의 통신 서비스 질을 향상시키고 지속적인 개선과 품질관리비용을 절감하기 위해 세계131개 통신업체들로 구성된 QuEST포럼에 의해 99년 11월 새로운 국제 표준으로 제정된 통신 업계의 전문 인증규격이다.

Since 100PPM Quality Certification System has been established by the Industrial Advancement Administration in 1995, 100PPM duality Innovation movement has contributed much to the enhancement of qualify competitiveness of Korea's parts industry. And in 2000, raised to a higher level, Single PPM qualify Certification System has been established by the Small and Medium Business Adminstration. The quality target is below the 10ppm(parts per million) in outgoing qualify and delivered goods plus field claim. Recently 1.818 companies is received Single PPM Quality Certification from Government. Single PPM Quality Innovation movement is perfection movement which is suitable for 21C's social-economical criteria to pursuit of zero defect. The purpose of this study is to suggest the Kano Model based Global Sustainable duality Innovation(GSQI) Index to improve current problems of Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement.

2000년 초에 PC간 인터넷을 통한 음성통화를 시작으로 최근에는 스마트폰의 전용 애플리케이션까지 VoIP 기반의 음성통화 서비스가 발전해왔다. 이에 따라, VoIP를 통한 외부 공격 및 침입에 대한 사례가 발생되고 이를 해결하기 위한 보안 소프트웨어들이 나오기 시작하였다. 일반적으로 VoIP기반의 소프트웨어에 대한 품질 기준은 사용자의 통화품질이 최우선 이었다. 하지만, GS시험.인증 과정을 통해 VoIP 보안 소프트웨어가 통화품질에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않지만 전체 운영 시스템에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 시험 중 발생한 문제에 대한 해결 방안 제시를 통해 VoIP의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있었다.

As buildings in the downtown area, such as the complex building connected to the skyscraper and the underground facility, have become large and complex, the range of target domain of the space information service is rapidly expanding to the interior space; it is considered that this change will create various demands of service such as the indoor geospatial information base safety, the management of facility, and the interior navigation in the future, along with spread of mobile devices and development of IT technology. As for the indoor geospatial information, however, there is no certification standard of the established indoor geospatial information data quality, so preparing the certification standard is urgent. Thus, this study reviewed foreign and domestic research cases and prepared measures for quality verification of the indoor geospatial information to conduct a verification test of the Yeongdeungpo Station indoor geospatial information, established in 2014. As a result, through the verification test of the method and standard of the indoor geospatial information quality certification suggested by this research, it was identified that the uniform and higher quality data could be classified, and the types of error high frequently occurring could be investigated. These results are expected to be utilized as the basic data for establishing quality certification system for the indoor geospatial information in the future.

Quality system of construction industry in Korea was a means to prevent unqualified construction work. But lately, it has became an essential requirement. So, lots of construction companies acquire ISO quality management system which provides fundamental management criteria. Now, most of the Korean construction companies have got IS0 quality management system. So, getting ISO quality management system doesn't mean advantage in public competition of construction bidding and that causes increase in the maintenance cost. That's why some construction companies abandon the 150 certificate. Therefore, the authors need to check the effect of ISO quality management system. For this, the authors provide the performance measurement index of ISO quality management system.

We develope a lot of digital contents which are games, mobile contents, e-learnning contents etc. The most of case that contents have to think about export to abord. Unfortunatly we still not to much think about digital contents quality. ISO 9001이나 QS 9000의 인증획득이 제품안전을 위한 최소한의 예방이나 방어시스템은 되지만, 제조물책임에 대한 배상청구소송의 완전만 방어대책은 아니다. 품질시스템은 제품과 서비스의 품질에 관한 것이며, 이 기준이 제품안전에 대한 상세한 기준이나 규범 또는 법규를 대체하기에는 부족하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 제품개발프로세스에 있어서 제품안전과 관련한 문제점을 분석하고, 제조물책임대응을 위해 품질시스템의 인증 획득만으로는 충분하지 않은 부분에 대한 개선점을 제시하는데 있다. 이는 제품의 안전성을 높이고 제조물책임의 문제에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선모델인 CMMI에 기반한 소프트웨어 프로세스 품질인증 모델을 적용하여 중소기업 SW개발 프로세스의 개선성과를 보인다. 프로세스 개선영역은 프로젝트 관리, 개발, 지원 영역이며 소프트웨어 프로세스 품질인증 모델 대비 프로세스 이행수준 및 개선영역을 식별하고, SW개발 프로세스를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 SW개발 프로세스를 개선하여 프로세스 체계 수립, 요구사항과 산출물간의 추적성 관리체계 정립, 형상변경 통제체계 성립 등의 성과를 보인다.

To accomplish these purposes, First, this research divided hallmark of the environment friendly agricultural products into organic products and pesticide-free products and participants are classified as having promotion or prevention regulatory focus. In addition, consumer value type is categorized into value of social psychology and functional value. Second, construal level divided into high and low on the relationships between the consumer value and purchase intention. The main factors of the consumer value such as value of social psychology and functional value were found from the previous studies. This study is meaningful that the fit of regulatory focus between hallmark of organic products and pesticide-free products in environment friendly agricultural products. The regulatory relevance could moderate the level of persuasion knowledge activation. Also, This research is meaningful that the fit of construal level theory between Consumer value and purchase intention by person's psychological personality. The construal level relevance could moderate the level of marketing activation.
