Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs, drones) are becoming increasingly useful in a variety of fields. Advances in UAV and camera technology have made it possible to equip them with ultra-high resolution sensors and capture images at low altitudes, which has improved the reliability and classification accuracy of object identification on the ground. The distinctive contribution of this study is the derivation of sensor-specific performance metrics (GRD/GSD), which shows that as the GSD increases with altitude, the GRD value also increases. In this study, we identified the characteristics of various onboard sensors and analysed the image quality (discrimination resolution) of aerial photography results using UAVs, and calculated the shooting conditions to obtain the discrimination resolution required for reading ground objects.

'92.7. 신행주대교 사고 이후 '건설공사 부실방지대책'을 수립하여 관련 제도를 정비하고 건설현장에 대한 불시 점검으로 견실시공 분위기 정착에 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 그동안 정부의 부실방지와 안전확보 노력에도 불구하고, 아직까지 크고 작은 부실이 계속되고 있으며, 삼풍백화점 붕괴와 같은 대형사고에 대한 불안심리가 사라지지 않고 있다. 따라서 지금까지 추진한 제도개선사항이 일선현장에 정착되도록 최선을 다하는 한편, 이해집단간의 의견차이로 추진하지 못한 사항도 과감히 개선할 계획이며, 앞으로 우리 건설업계도 건설시장 개방에 따라 국ㆍ내외 시장에서 생존하기 위해서는 견실ㆍ안전시공과 기술개발 및 업종전문화를 목표로 하고 품질경영을 최우선으로 실시하여 건설공사에 대한 신뢰성을 더욱 확고히 다져 나가야 할 것이다.

국립수산물품질검사원은 수산물의 전근대적인 유통관행을 개선하기 위해 포장을 표준∙규격화하는 '수산물 표준규격 고시를 만들어 최근 고시했다. 이로 인해 1백 여종 이상의 포장규격이사용되는 등 천차만별이었던 수산물의 포장규격이 종류별로 통일될 것으로 보인다. 검사원은 고시에서 수산물의 표준거래 단위를 3kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg으로 구분해 규정했고, 포장재질은 골판지 상자나 발포폴리에스틸렌 상자, 그물망 등을 사용하도록 했다. 해양수산부도 앞으로 수산물 규격상자를 만드는 업자들에게 표준규격을 따르도록 권장하고 수산물 표준 규격집을 만들어 어업인, 유통업자들에게 배포하는 한편 고등어 등 일부어종에 시범적으로 표준규격을 도입함으로써 표준규격이 확산될 수 있도록 할 방침이다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

크롬-몰리브덴 강종들은 고온에서 우수한 기계적 성질을 나타내기 때문에 에너지 변환설비 및 압력용기 등에 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 고온에서 장시간 사용됨에 따라 입계에 탄화물의 형성 및 조대화, 용질원자의 결핍, 불순물의 편석 등 미세조직의 변화에 의해 초기의 우수한 기계적 성질이 저하되는 경년열화 현상이 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 이들 대형기기 및 구조물의 보다 신뢰성 있는 품질보증과 정기적인 가동 중 검사가 요구되어지고 있다. (중략)

Repairing concrete structures depended on only technician' experience without quality test standards would have problems. For solving those problems, this paper has analyzed the relations between injection quantify and crack width, injection time and crack width, injection pressure and crack width, injection pressure/time and crack width, injection quantity and structure size, injection quantify and individual crack Position, injection time and crack width/structure thickness. The data gained from this analysis would be helpful for systematic quality control of repairing concrete structures.

The survey was carried out for the student sin colleges of SangJi University for analyzing the parameters affecting the selection of ones cultural studies and major subjects. The number of respondents was 204, and the responses were computer-processed utilizing Excel and statistical software SPSS. The attributes of main factors were composed of House of Quality(HOQ) that is basic matrix of Quality Function Development. From the survey analysis, selection criteria for ones cultural studies and major subjects are as follows. In selecting ones cultural studies, teaching methodology is the most important factor than assignment, the percentage of attendance and academic credit. And in case of major subjects, no other factors than the recommendation by seniors were significantly affected ones subject selection.

In the current 2D-based design, design reliability is lowered due to interference and inconsistency between plans, errors in drawings and quantities, etc. At the time of transition to BIM-based 3D design, it is necessary to expand the reliability and usability of BIM by eliminating these errors from the design stage through securing the quality of the BIM digital model. Therefore, in the railway infrastructure design stage, the quality management process and standards of the BIM digital model were defined and quality management index were developed. Based on the rule extracted from the quality management index, a pilot quality management was conducted in connection with the commercial Model-Checker rule, problems and improvement plans were derived, and a rule-based automated quality management plan was prepared.
