인터넷 서비스 수요의 급증으로 IP망의 대용량화와 고품질 서비스 제공에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이에 대해 네트워크 시설의 확충이나 트래픽 엔지니어링의 적용을 통해 대응해 왔으나, 멀티미디어 서비스 증가, 데이터 유형별 QoS 특성의 차이로 인해 기존에 적용해 오던 망 관리 시스템에의 의존에서 탈피, 현재 나타나고 있는 통신서비스 활동 특성의 변화를 감안, 실제 사용자의 서비스 이용 차원에서 고품질, 광대역 서비스를 제공해 줄 수 있는 관리 방안에 대한 모색이 필요하게 되었다. 이에따라, Intserv, Diffserv, RSVP, MPLS 등이 등장하였고, QoS 보증(SLA)에서는 서비스품질 보장 범위의 확대를 비롯한 다양한 고객요구가 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 통신서비스 전반에 나타나고 있는 차별화된 프리미엄 서비스의 등장에 따른 QoS 보증방안에 대해서 다루고자 한다. 이를 위해, 우선 통신사업자의 네트워크 운용환경 변화방향에 대해 점검해 보고, 프리미엄 서비스의 도입이 가능한 대상과 범위에 대해서도 살펴본다. 이어서, 새로운 서비스 환경에서의 사업 기회와 진략 수립 방향, 법${\cdot}$제도적인 측면을 포함한 사업환경에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구는 NGN QoS보증을 위해 어떤 체계 하에서 품질이 관리 되어야 하는지를 도출하기 위해서 VOIP와 멀티미디어 트래픽을 중심으로 NGN QoS 관리 프레임워크를 연구제시 한다. NGN QoS 프레임워크는 QoS 측정메트릭스, 측정구간과 측정계위, 측정도구와 측정장비, 측정방법 및 측정결과분석에 대한 일련의 프로세스와 방법론을 모델화하여 운용현장의 NGN QoS 보증활동에 적용토록 한다. 통신서비스 품질은 스스로 보장되지 않으며 끊임없이 측정되고 관리될 때에만 목표수준 확보가 가능하다. 특히 차세대통신망으로의 네트워크기술 패러다임 대 전환이 전개되고 있는 이 시기적 중요성을 감안할 때 NGN QoS 관리에 대한 연구는 앞으로 지속적으로 추진되어야할 핵심 소재이다.

최근 들어 자동차 판매에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 보증수리기간과 품질을 들 수 있다. 보증수리기간과 품질을 중심으로 어떻게 판매에 영향을 주는지 그 유형을 미리 파악하여 보증수리기간을 결정함으로써 경제적인 리스크를 최소화할 수 있다. 적절한 접근 방식으로는 지식기반 시스템을 사용하는 것이다. 본 논문은 퍼지 추론과 관련된 전문가 시스템을 퍼지 전문가 응용 프로그램을 개발하여 기존의 자동차회사 통합시스템과 연결하여 개별 사용자로 하여금 자동차 판매 정책 활동에 대한 리스크를 최소화 시킬 수 있게 하는데 있다.

As consumer, one of the most important things how to get manufactured good is an assurance of quality. We have a consumer protection law which is weaker than product liability law(so called PL law), but stronger than civil law. In this special issue, we want to explain PL law which will be legislated within not long time and to propose a method of protection and defence in building and housing field. As the quality control of constructor, ISO 9000 series for quality assurance and CM (Construction Management) for quality assister are concerned in all construction process. Therefore, above mentioned PL law is very serious problems which are applied in apartment housing, if applied, a little part as not real estate will be possible.

정보화 사회로의 급속한 전환으로 인해 고품질 소프트웨어에 대한 관심과 요구가 증대되었다. 따라서 양질의 소프트웨어를 확보하여 시스템의 안정성과 신뢰성을 높이 위해서는 개발활동의 전 단계에서 품질 보증 활동 및 평가가 이루어져야 한다. 개발 초기에는 프로젝트의 특성과 품질요구사항을 철저히 파악하여 품질목표를 설정하고 개발단계에서는 품질목표의 충족여부를 면밀히 점검하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 품질 평가의 기준이 되는 ISO 9126을 기반으로 소프트웨어 개발 전 단계에대한 품질특성의 상관관계와 가중치를 설정하고, 정량화된 품질평가 모텔을 제안하여 소프트웨어 개발의 성공에 실질적으로 지원할 수 있는 평가기준 정립 및 표준화를 위한 기초로 활용할 수 있다.

Risk identification based on the government quality assurance activity for military goods is being conducted to determine the risks to be reflected in a government quality assurance plan. On the other hand, current risk evaluation method focuses mainly on the functional requirements of the product specifications, which is a lack of reflection and identification of risks considering the process and the method is determined from a personal opinion, for example experience and know-how, which results in a lack of objectivity. Therefore, a standard of judgment according to quantitative data, which includes the present process control data using the FMEA method is required to improve the objectivity and dependability. This paper proposes useful suggestions for a government quality planning method to apply the results of FMEA to hand grenades.

As software becomes large-scale and complicated, the need for Quality Assurance and management is increased and software testing is becoming more important. The main aims of software testing are not only detecting and handling the defects in the system but also investigating and managing the present system. But automatic testing tools require lots of time and efforts to detect and manage the risk in the system because test-cases used in the general automatic testing tools have the simply static information. In this thesis, the dynamic management technique for weighted testcases is designed to test the high-risk testcases preferentially by giving the testcases dynamic weight.

웹 서비스 제품은 그 특성상 패치와 릴리즈가 잦고, 개발주기도 아주 짧다. 따라서 한정된 자원으로 많은 양의 품질 보증 활동이 요구되지만, 실시간으로 이루어지는 TTM(Time to market)을 맞추려면 신속하면서도 높은 수준의 품질을 보증하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 탐색적 테스팅 기법과 위험기반 테스팅 기법을 간소화하여, 리스크 분석 시 탐색적 기법으로 판단하여 바로 우선순위를 매기고 테스트를 진행한다. 여기서 리스크 Matrix에 리스크 분석 테이블을 적용하여 테스트 우선순위를 판단한다. 검증의 방법은 적용 전/후 프로젝트 수 대비 TTM 준수율 및 품질을 기준으로 한다.

The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship among the quality of service, the satisfaction of service and the satisfaction of life in public security of Police. This research made by Final Judgment based on Seoul Citizens living in Seoul as a focus group, total number of citizens for final analysis is 491. The research consists of 60 questionnaires shows frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression, path analysis by SPSSWIN 18.0 and reaches the following. The reliability of the survey showed a Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of over 0.607. results; First, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of service. Second, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of life. Third, the satisfaction of service in public security in fluences the satisfaction of life. Fourth, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of service in public security and the satisfaction of life directly and indirectly.
