The construction industry in Korea has seen significant improvements in quality management techniques, driven by the dramatic development of new technology through Manhattanization and enlargements, but compared with technical development, the level of building quality improvement is still lagging behind. In the meantime, as the interest in construction quality soars due to changes in user consciousness, the level of quality that is being demanded is rising. The government has reinforced quality systems by implementing responsible supervision requirements and granting overseas companies permission to enter the supervision business in Korea, and private sector companies also are attempting quality improvement through quality assurance approaches like the preliminary qualification screening system and ISO 9000 series. But currently, building constructions are done only according to the construction specifications of project owners, whose design, materials and construction methods are already decided, and do not leave any necessity or opportunity for technical developments for the quality improvement of contractors. Therefore, in this study, a work process and system improvement plan for payment regulations is proposed, with which contractors can secure quality voluntarily in the building construction phase.

Depending on the size and complexity of the game, interest in game quality control is increasing. The quality of the game can be evaluated through fun and stability tests, and the player's satisfaction varies greatly accordingly. For the quality control of the game, Fun QA is in charge of testing to increase the fun and give satisfaction to the players. In this study, we first looked at software quality improvement techniques and game QA work. And in order to improve game quality, we analyzed Fun QA, which is relatively unstructured compared to Technical QA, which is mainly responsible for stability testing. Based on this, the Fun QA process was proposed and an example of Fun QA design was presented using real games. It is expected that this study will be one of the pillars of the game quality management area pursuing quality improvement by guaranteeing fun. Furthermore, it is expected to help QA workers expand their work area.

Risk identification based on the government quality assurance activity for military goods is being conducted to determine the risks to be reflected in a government quality assurance plan. On the other hand, current risk evaluation method focuses mainly on the functional requirements of the product specifications, which is a lack of reflection and identification of risks considering the process and the method is determined from a personal opinion, for example experience and know-how, which results in a lack of objectivity. Therefore, a standard of judgment according to quantitative data, which includes the present process control data using the FMEA method is required to improve the objectivity and dependability. This paper proposes useful suggestions for a government quality planning method to apply the results of FMEA to hand grenades.

정보화가 급격히 확산되면서 정보화로 인한 파급효과와 더불어 정보화의 위험과 역기능 방지와 정보시스템의 품질을 제고하기 위한 최적의 방법중 하나로서 정보시스템 감리에 대한 중요성과 그 수요가 증가하고 있다. 더불어 감리내실화와 신뢰성제고를 위한 기술연구와 제도연구도 지속적으로 수행되어왔다. 많은 감리의뢰기관이 감리자체를 시업성공을 위한 품질보증 및 생산성 향상을 도모하기 위해 실시하는 중간평가로 보지 않고 있고, 감리인의 학력.경력.자격수준 및 신기술에 대한 이해도, 숙련도 부족과 감리대상업무파악 미흡으로 현장감각이 부족하여 실제보다 형식에 치우쳐 있다. 따라서, 정보시스템 감리의 서비스품질이 상대적으로 취약하여 감리의뢰기관이나 피감리 기관으로부터 신뢰를 얻지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 마케팅분야의 서비스품질평가모형을 일부 도입하여 감리서비스 품질요인과 감리품질 또는 감리충실도간의 관계를 규명하고, 나아가서 감리충실도에 영향을 끼치는 요소는 외적서비스요인과 내적서비스요인으로 구분하였으며, 이요인들이 감리충실도에 미치는 영향을 규명코자 하였다, 더불어 감리충실도가 감리효과 및 만족도와 프로젝트성과에 미치는 영향을 규명코자 하였다.

본 대학에서 게임 개발 프로젝트를 진행할 때 개발팀에서는 프로젝트 관리를 위해 프로젝트 관리 툴을 사용하고, QA팀에서는 버그 관리를 위해 BTS 툴을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 BTS 툴을 소개하면서, 개발팀과 QA팀이 게임 개발 과정의 QA 프로젝트에서 프로젝트 관리와 버그 관리를 효과적으로 수행하는 방법에 대해서 연구하였다. 프로젝트 관리와 버그 관리 기능을 모두 가지고 있는 JIRA라는 툴을 선정하여 집중적으로 연구하였으며, 업무에서 JIRA를 사용할 때 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

막대한 연구재원이 소요되는 원자력 개발분야에서 세계 초일류수준을 유지하고 있는 선진 원자력 연구개발사업기관들은 하나같이 종래에 도입한 "원자력 품질보증체제"를 확대시켜 "품질 무한경쟁시대"에 부응하는 "종합적 품질경영체제"를 도입하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 연구소 경쟁력제고 방안도출을 위한 노력의 일환으로 현재 Total Quality Management(TQM) 체제를 도입하고 있는 해외의 ORNL(Oak Ridge National Laboratory), AECL(Atomic Energy of Canada Limited), ABB CE(Asea Brown Boveri Combustion Engineering), DNA(Defense Nuclear Agency)등을 방문한 결과를 토대로 연구소적 TQM체제 성공과 실패의 원인을 분석하여 도입당시의 추진조직, 추진전략, 추진효과에 대해 체계적으로 비교 분석하여 한국정서에 부합된 연구소적 성공 TQM체제 모델을 도출코져 시도하였다. 분석결과 이들 기관들은 TQM 추진을 위하여 먼저 단계별로 단기, 중기, 장기 계획을 수립하고, TQM 실무위원회를 구성하여, 최고경영자가 직접지휘하는 Top-down 방식의 TQM 추진으로 품질문제를 사전에 예방하고 있었다. TQM 도입 초기 실무부서로 부터의 적잖은 저항과 애로사항이 도출되어 많은 시행착오를 거쳤으며 지금은 TQM 정착단계에 있었다. 이러한 과정에서 원자력 선진기관들은 전사적인 TQM 교육을 통해 철저한 TQM 마인드를 고취시켰고 전 부서의 업무가 전사적 TQM 차원에서 수행되었다. 우리나라 원자력기관에서의 바람직한 TQM 도입 모델로서 첫째, 전직원 대상 TQM 교육실시를 통한 TQM 인식고취, 둘째, TQM 성공체제로서 "경영품질"에 초점을 맞춘 관리시스템 확보, 셋째, 동서문화 차이를 고려한 Bottom-up '||'&'||' Top-down 혼합방식을 제시하였다.ottom-up & Top-down 혼합방식을 제시하였다.

Clients ought to Appropriate the cost of quality management for contractors based on Construction Technology Management Act. The costs of safety management and environment reservation are separately estimated. and the quality management cost is added up to secure the construction quality required on sites. However, the sufficient cost for quality management was not allowed to the contractors, due to the viewpoints of the clients that the quality management should be one of the duties of contractors. In addition, an Account-related legislation enacted a provision of the labor cost of quality management as the one that should be included in the indirect labor cost. From the continuous survey the quality management cost is currently estimated by 0.2% of the total project cost and the contractors protest the portion of the quality management cost is insufficient. Thus, this paper aimed to provide the bases of estimation of the actualized quality management cost considering the viewpoint of contractors.

Recently, the defense industry has been improving high technology by developing convergence technology through the 4th industrial revolution. On the other hand, it is very difficult to guarantee the performance of high-tech weapon systems because the test for weapon systems has many risks and cannot perform in an actual operating environment. Therefore, M&S resources are needed to make sound weapon systems, but many people demand reliable M&S resources. Owing to the continuous demand and execution of the VV&A work, related rules have developed significantly, but tools and techniques for performing the work have not been developed. Hence, there are inefficient parts in the performance of work due to the absence of a systematic system. Accordingly, many risks may cause various safety accidents, such as security. This paper suggests a direction for the development of VV&A work procedures by improving efficiency and reducing risk.

In domestic, the Quality Management system of construction work has been compounded of the association of regulation which is ground for relevant law and operation of Quality Management system by ISO/KS A 9001(QMS) established by the contractor. Two quality guaranteed systems must be operated with complementary and integrated system, but we can not make full use of QMS of contractor and only run routinized quality management system in all construction project by the standard, methods, process provided in the law. These problems were demanded better condition in the past ten years, since the ISO standards have been introduced. Establishing preventive consideration of quality management by setting a goal of drastic quality guarantee is an urgent problem of construction industry. This study is quick to fellow, which should do three things. 1. The attitude survey related quality management of staff in charge in construction site has run. 2. Base on these results, we adjust satisfaction measurement about operation of construction quality management system. 3. Subsequently, we want to offer our thesis about advanced opinion for the next.
