Selection Criteria of Target Systems for Quality Management of National Defense Data (국방데이터 품질관리를 위한 대상 체계 선정 기준)

  • In principle, data from all databases and systems managed by the Ministry of Defense or public institutions must be guaranteed to have a certain level of quality or higher, but since most information systems are built and operated, data quality management for all systems is realistically limited. Most defense data is not disclosed due to the nature of the work, and many systems are strategically developed or integrated and managed by the military depending on the need and importance of the work. In addition, many types of data that require data quality management are being accumulated and generated, such as sensor data generated from weapon systems, unstructured data, and artificial intelligence learning data. However, there is no data quality management guide for defense data and a guide for selecting quality control targets, and the selection criteria are ambiguous to select databases and systems for quality control of defense data according to the standards of the public data quality management manual. Depends on the person in charge. Therefore, this paper proposes criteria for selecting a target system for quality control of defense data, and describes the relationship between the proposed selection criteria and the selection criteria in the existing manual.

  • The purpose of this study is to service quality and customer satisfactory perception gap and service quality affect customer satisfactorily and this leads and there is the goal the fundamental data of resort marketing strategic establishment provides. As a result of factor analysis, customer quality was a difference to customer satisfactory recognition, the service quality was analyzed with the fact that affects customer satisfactorily. This study which sees with the scholastic questionable matter which analyzes the customer satisfaction of the resort market which had become maturity provided fundamental information a together for new marketing strategic establishment in the resort marketing person in charge.

  • Generally speaking, it is important to know the activities itself exactly and to control the activities correctly so as to assure timely progress and the quality of any project. In order to progress smoothly in accordance with construction schedule, it is important to systematize the preliminary arrangements necessary for each process and then manage them. In this study, in order to progress smoothly the quality and schedule management of the construction, we can be made systematically pre-works in accordance with construction schedule by the civil construction items of the apartment house construction. we suggested pre-construction control item by the workers through experiential method of construction engineers in accordance with network schedule.

  • In this study, some useful implications related to mobile RFID service will be given to the mobile communication service providers and staff in charge through developing and assessing the evaluation dimensions considering quality, value, and customer's satisfaction, complaint and loyalty in mobile RFID service which is in trial service stage. For this purpose, web based survey was performed for general customers who had experienced mobile RFID trial service, 350 pieces of collected samples were analyzed, mobile RFID service was assessed with the tool of SPSS 12.0k, and the difference to customers' characteristic was analyzed. On the basis of the result through the empirical research, before commercial launch, serviceable implications such as service improvements which can be obtained through the evaluation result of mobile RFID service were provided for the staff and the managers in charge of mobile communication service.

Causal Relation Analysis of the Motivation and Benefits Factors Affecting Customers' Purchase Intention of Counterfeit Goods (위조품 구매동기와 사용혜택 요인이 구매의도에 미치는 인과모형분석)

  • The present paper attempts to account for customers' purchase intention of counterfeit goods. Based on some previous analyses, we have set up a structured model for analysis with a hope to identify the relationship between benefits from using counterfeit goods and motivational factors to purchase them. It is found, first of all, that motivation for ostentation significantly influences personal benefits from using the counterfeit goods. Second, we also find that motivation for satisfaction does not exert any direct influence on the factors of benefits, though it affects decisions to purchase. Third, motivation for practicability has significant influence on personal and, more strongly, on economic benefits. Fourth, quality has significant influence on both personal and economic benefits. Again, this factor is also more closely related with economic benefits than with personal ones. We hope that we will be able to provide practical tips for those who design and plan public service advertisements that intend to reduce purchasing of counterfeit products.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the current status of institutional research data repositories in the field of science and technology and to suggest ways to activate them. The study conducted literature research, case analysis, and interviews with repository managers both domestically and internationally. The study suggested strategies with a focus on establishing repository regulations and policies, improving awareness of research data sharing, and enhancing research data quality management. First, in terms of repository regulations and policy establishment, it was considered necessary to promote the status of the National R&D Information Processing Standards, a regulation related to research data, and clarify repository basis regulations. Second, to enhance awareness of research data sharing, the need for comprehensive research data education and the identification of exemplary cases were suggested. Third, in terms of strengthening research data quality management, the need for preparation for interaction between researchers-persons in charge-committees, standardization work, and long-term preservation was suggested.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the nature of the relationship between several factors representing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) service quality enumerated in the service marketing literature and the adaptability to the marketing strategy of EDI service firm in Korea. An empirical study was carried out to examine not only the determinants of shipping service quality and satisfaction level but also its implications to the service marketing strategy. The data investigating the determinants of EDI service quality were collected from Korean EDI end-users. Exploratory Factor analysis was carried out to analyze the data.

  • 정보시스템 구축비용의 급격한 증가로, 정보시스템 성과 분석은 이슈가 되고 있고, 정보시스템의 중요성과 이에 대한 의존성은 날로 증가하고 있다. 현재까지 정보시스템 성과에 관해서는 기존 연구들을 정리한 DeLone & McLean(1992)의 정보시스템 성공 모형(IS Success Model)을 근거로 이를 구성하는 각 요소들을 검증하거나 영역을 확장하고자 하는 연구들이 진행되어왔다. 본 연구에서는 DeLone & McLean(1992)의 정보시스템 성공 모형(IS Success Model)을 기반으로 특정 정보시스템 담당자들을 대상으로 정보시스템의 품질, 이용, 효과에 관한 연관관계를 실증 분석하였다.

  • 수문관측자료 운영 개선방안에 대한 연구(2006, 김휘린, 조효섭)에서 건설교통부 한강홍수통제소에서 수행하고 있는 수문관측자료를 대상으로 하여 관측, 기록, 전송, 품질관리, DB구축 및 정보화의 5단계로 임의 분류하고 각 단계별 현황을 파악하여 문제점을 검토하고 개선방안을 제안하였다. 이는 적극적으로 수용되어 수문관측자료 운영에 대해 개선을 시도하였으며 본 논문에서는 이를 간략히 소개하고자한다. 첫째, 관측소 점검 대장이 조사과와 전기통신과로 이분화되어 있고 각 관측소별로 점검대장이 비치되어 있으나 이를 수기로 작성하고 있으며 자료의 업데이트 및 과거점검대장의 DB 구축과 비전산화를 지적한 바 있다. 이에 '물관련시스템 DB연계 사업'을 통해 수기로 작성된 관측시설 점검대장을 전부 DB로 구축하였고 이를 총괄하여 관리 및 점검사항을 업데이트할 수 있는 관측시설 점검대장 관리 및 입력 프로그램을 구축하였고 현재 한강홍수통제소에서 시험 운영 중에 있다. 향후 보완이 끝난 후에는 낙동강, 금강, 영산강 홍수통제소에도 확대 설치 및 운영을 실시할 예정이다. 둘째, 수문자료의 품질관리에 있어서 전산시스템에 의한 완전 자동화는 실현하기가 어려울 뿐 아니라 바람직하지 못한 결과를 가져올 수 있으므로 담당자의 수동 검토 및 처리과정은 필수적이라고 논한 바 있다. 그 후 수문자료품질관리T/F팀(조사과, 전기통신과, 하천정보센터)이 구성되었고, 홍수기 오 결측자료 발생 확인, 긴급대응 촉구, 이상치 발생원인 추정 및 대책 마련 등 고품질 수문자료를 생성하기 위해 노력하였다. T/F팀 활동사항은 타홍수통제소에서도 벤치마킹이 되고 있다. 보다 정확한 댐운영자료 공유방안을 위한 관련기관과의 협력회의가 개최되어 품질관리된 자료의 정보 공유시기, 공유방식, 자료형태 등이 결정되었다. 이는 유관기관간 품질관리된 댐운영자료의 효율적인 정보 공유체계 확립을 위한 체계를 마련하는 계기라고 사료된다. 또한, 유량측정사업 결과를 익년에 반영하는 기존 방식을 개선하기 위해 유량자료관리및분석시스템(프론티어사업에서 수행, 한국건설기술연구원 개발)을 통제소내에 설치 운영을 추진하고 있다.

  • 정부는 K-ICT 클라우드 활성화를 위해 정부 3.0 클라우드 추진 계획을 발표하고 관련 제도와 법률을 제정하여 클라우드 서비스 도입을 위한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 공공 분야의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입은 기존의 법률, 제도, 관행의 통제로 인해 미미한 실정이다. 공공 기관의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입 활성화를 위해 중요한 부분은 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 성능과 품질 등에 대한 특성을 파악하는 것이다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 특성을 알아야만 적격의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 사업자 선정이 가능하게 된다. 유럽 연합(European Commission)에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 특성을 서비스 성능과 품질에 대한 일반특성, 기술성, 경제성으로 분류하고 있다. 그러나 클라우드 도입을 위한 설계 시 공공 기관 담당자는 클라우드 특성의 각 부문별 하위 항목에 대한 상세한 내용과 수준까지 객관적으로 평가하기 어렵다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 본 연구는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 성능과 품질 및 기술 특성을 파악하여 각 특성에 대한 가중치를 구하고 우선순위 측정을 통해 사업자 선정을 위한 평가 기준으로 적용하는 기법을 제안한다.
