조달청은 지난 8월 24일 이에스콘트롤스(주)의 "자동제어시스템(ES-2000)"등 43개의 제품을'우수조달물품'으로 선정했다. 이번에 지정된 우수조달물품은 변리사 대학교수 등 외부 전문가의 기술심사를 통해 지식경제부장관 등이 인증한 신기술제품 4개와 특허제품 39개 품목이다. 이에스콘트롤스가 개발한 ES-2000은 그동안 해외제품에 의지하던 것에서 벗어나 수입대체효과를 거둬 평균에너지의 45% 절감 및 비용절감에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

농림축산식품부에서는 농업분야의 최고 전문가(匠人)인 농업마이스터 발굴에 앞장서고 있다. 2013년부터 제4회에 걸쳐 발굴된 농업마이스터는 전문기술과 지식, 경영 능력 및 소양을 갖추고 농업경영·기술교육·상담(컨설팅)을 할 수 있는 농업분야 최고의 장인으로 현재 양계부문에서는 7명이 선정되었다. 본지는 그중 충남 양계품목 대표인 고북농장 이보균 대표를 찾아가 사양관리 방법에 대해 들어보았다.

The objective of this paper is to estimate the DMT utility function for the transportation mode choice using SP survey. With the freight OD data the estimated utility function can be used as a basic data for forecasting DMT market. 3 alternatives of transportation mode are considered in SP survey; railway, road and DMT. The utility functions are developed according to the freight items, which are container, steel and chemical product. In this study the attribute variable are chosen as time, cost and reliability. The number of level for attribute variables are 3. The high valve is determined as +10% above the standard and the low value -20% below the standard.

This paper aims to find promising export items for market expansion of defense export items. Germany, the UK, and France were selected as export target countries to obtain unstructured forecast data on weapons system acquisition plans for the next ten years by each country. Using the TF-IDF in text mining analysis, keywords that appeared frequently in data from three countries were derived. As a result of this paper, keywords for each country's major acquisition projects drawing. However, most of the derived keywords were related to mainstay weapon systems produced by domestic defense companies in each country. To discover promising export items from text mining, we proposed that the drawn keywords are distinguished as similar weapon systems. In addition, we assort the weapon systems that the three countries will get a plan to acquire commonly. As a result of this paper, it can be seen that the current promising export item is a weapon system related to the information system. Prioritizing overseas demands using key words can set clear market entry goals. In the case of domestic companies based on needs, it is possible to establish a specific entry strategy. Relevant organizations also can provide customized marketing support.

The objective of the study is to evaluate the effect of variabilities (uncertainties) in materials and testing on contractor payment and to suggest a base for adjusting the unsuitable specification. Most commonly used acceptance plans were used to estimate payment using simulation. Simulation results that were graphically illustrated by means of operating characteristics (OC) curves in terms of expected payment showed that contractor received a reduced payment due to intrinsic sampling and test variabilies. The most significant reduction was caused due to relatively large magnitude of the testing variability. Therefore, the tolerance range in acceptance plan should be revised as compared with typical testing variability.

신선편이 채소류의 유통 중 품질변화를 조사하고자 대형 할인 매장에서 시판중인 8종의 포장된 제품을 구입하여 4$^{\circ}C$에서 냉장저장하면서 변화를 조사하였다. 선정 품목은 양상추, 양배추, 치커리, 버섯(양송이), 연근, 우엉, 도라지, 마늘로서 총 8가지 채소류를 대상으로 하였으며, 각 시료에 따라 엽채류는 2일, 버섯, 우엉, 도라지는 3일, 마늘은 4일, 연근은 5일 간격으로 다음의 항목을 조사하였다. 중량감소율, 경도, 가용성 고형분, pH를 측정하였으며, 색의 변화는 Hunter ‘a’, ‘b’ 및 ‘L’값으로 나타내었으며 표면의 갈변도를 기계적으로 측정하기 어려운 경우 마쇄 후 여액의 흡광도(420nm)로 측정하여 나타내었다. 이와 함께 포장지 내부의 기체조성 변화 측정을 통해 호흡특성을 함께 조사하였다. 중량감소율의 경우 모든 시료가 현저히 증가하였으나 진공포장된 연근, 우엉의 경우 중량감소율이 낮았으며, 특히 우엉은 호흡률이 높아 저장 6일째에 진공이 해제되었다. 마늘과 우엉의 pH는 감소하였고, 나머지는 전체적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 특히 엽채류와 도라지의 O.D value의 증가와 버섯의 L value 감소가 현저하여 이 품목에서 갈변이 빠르게 진행됨을 알 수 있었다.
