최근 휴대폰을 이용해 URL을 입력하여 PC와 동일한 웹사이트에 접근할 수 있는 '풀 브라우징(Full Browsing) 서비스'가 전 세계적으로 각광받으며 급성장하고 있다. 그러나 급격한 시장 성장 수준에도 불구하고 서비스에 대한 평가기준이나 평가척도의 개발은 느리게 진행되고 있어, 사용자의 요구사항과 서비스 만족도에 대한 평가기준의 마련이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 풀 브라우징 서비스 사용자에 대한 실증연구를 통하여 풀 브라우징 서비스에 대한 고객 만족도 평가체계를 제시하였다. 이는 사용자가 풀 브라우징 서비스에서 중요하게 인식하는 요소들이 무엇인지 제시하고, 향후 고객 유지 및 신규 고객 창출에 영향을 미치는 마케팅 전략 수립에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study is to find the changing need of Mobile internet users and to setup the full browsing service measure, while mobile internet service is greatly developing. Main attributes of mobile internet service quality and user needs will be defined. So here will be a chance of improving the efficiency of mobile service quality.

UCC 서비스가 등장한 후 WiFi 등 통신망의 발전으로 웹 이외의 다양한 단말에서 UCC 서비스를 즐길 수 있게 되었다. 특히 모바일 환경에서는 스마트폰이 대두되면서 풀 브라우징 환경에서 촬영한 영상을 편집하여 손쉽게 UCC를 올리고, 수많은 UCC 서비스 웹사이트의 콘텐츠를 즐길 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 모바일 단말은 저처리 속도, 화면크기의 제한, 불편한 입력방식을 가지고 있어 웹서비스를 모바일 단말에 최적화 시켜야한다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 UCC 서비스 웹사이트의 카테고리를 분석하여 모바일 환경에 최적화 된 UCC 메타 서비스 카테고리를 제안하고자 한다.

Recently 'full browsing service' is growing rapidly throughout the world. This service allows mobile phone users to access websites using their mobile phone as they do using a PC. Despite the rapid expansion of the mobile phone market, however, criteria or scales for evaluating the new services are being developed slowly and far behind the current demand trends. Thus, this study proposed a customer satisfaction evaluation model for full browsing services through empirical research. The proposed model is expected to derive and suggest key factors that users consider important in full browsing services and those factors can be used in developing marketing strategies for maintaining existing customers and creating new customers.

기존의 웹서버는 텍스트형식의 로그파일을 기록한다. 웹 서버에서 로그파일은 클라이언트의 웹서버에 대한 접속정보와 웹서버의 처리상황 등 모든 상황을 기록하고 저장한다. 이 정보를 분석하면 웹 서비스를 하는데 있어서 웹 서비스의 질을 높이는데 좋은 참고자료가 될 뿐 아니라 웹 서버에 이상이 생겼을 경우 발생한 오류를 조기에 발견하는 데에도 사용되는 중요한 자료이다. 현재 이러한 로그파일은 텍스트 파일로 저장되어있기 때문에 조작의 가능성도 있고 오랜 시간이 지나 해당 웹 페이지가 삭제되었을 경우 로그파일에 기록된 그 시각의 웹 페이지를 볼 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 로그파일에 기록된 그 시간의 웹 URL 페이지 이미지를 저장하여 이미지 로그파일을 만드는 시스템을 구현해 봄으로써 텍스트형식 로그파일의 단점을 보안하고 오랜 시간이 지난 후에도 그 웹 페이지를 볼 수 있는 기법을 연구하였다. 이 기법은 로그파일로써의 역할 뿐만 아니라 Digital Forensics 로 범죄 수사에도 많은 도움이 될 수 있고 휴대전화에서 풀 인터넷 브라우징 연구에도 적용될 수 있다.

Because of development of information technology, moving picture can run various platforms. We should consider and apply users' attitude as well as production technique because convergence between mobile and media technology may be increased full-browsing service using mobile device. Previous research related to production technique in various platforms only focus on video quality and adjustment of screen size. However, besides of technical side, production techniques should be changed such as image production as well as image editing by point of view aesthetic. Mise-en-scene such as camera angle, composition, and lighting is changed due to HD image. Also image production should be changed to a suitable full-browsing service using mobile device. Therefore, we would explore a new suitable production techniques and image editing for smart phone. To propose production techniques for smart phone, we used E-learning production system, which are transition, editing technique for suitable converting system. Such as new attempts are leading to new paradigm and establishing their position by applying characteries such as openness, timeliness to mobile. Also it can be extended individual area and established as expression and play tool.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the interaction effect of Web site menu designs and information structures on two information searching performances (searching and browsing) and three measures of users' attitudes (appeal, usability, and disorientation). Pronounced interaction effects occurred across four dependent variables except searching when decreasing and increasing information structure were combined with a simple selection menu and a pull-down menu. Further studies are needed to investigate additional interactions among factors of interface and information structure of Web sites.
