본 연구에서는 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 감정노동과 감성지능이 직무스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구에서 간호사들의 감정노동과 감성지능 변인들의 직무스트레스에 대한 분산 설명력은 31.9%였고, 회귀모형은 유의미한 것으로 나타났다(F=7.615, p<.001). 분석결과, 감정노동 변인 중 감정표현의 빈도는 직무스트레스에 유의미한 부(-)적 영향(${\beta}=.206$ p<.05)을, 감정표현 규범의 주의성은 유의미한 정(+)적 영향(${\beta}=.318$, p<.01)을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 감성지능변인 중 자기감정이해(${\beta}=.195$, p<.05)와 감정조절(${\beta}$=-.192, p<.05) 변인이 직무스트레스에 유의미한 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 변인들의 상대적 영향력은 표준화계수(${\beta}$)를 통해 알 수 있듯이, 감정표현 규범의 주의성, 감정표현의 빈도, 자기감정이해, 감성조절 등의 변인 순으로 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향력이 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해, 간호사들이 직무스트레스를 낮추기 위해서는 환자들과 긍정적인 감정표현을 많이 하고, 간호사들이 병원의 감정표현 규범으로 인해 표현하지 못한 감정을 해소할 수 있는 방안이 필요하며, 자신의 감정에 대한 이해와 감성조절 능력을 기르도록 스스로 노력이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 자연주의 이론을 근거로 도예 벽화 창작 속 4가지 평가 요소를 정리했다. 아름다움, 기능성, 생태성, 상징성을 통해 중국 도예 벽화의 대표 인물 주러겅(朱?耕)의 작품을 분석했으며, 결과는 아래와 같다: 이러한 자연주의 스타일 작품은 뛰어난 미적 가치를 가지며, 인본주의 표현방식은 사람들에게 자연에 돌아온 느낌을 주어 자연과의 관계를 다시 생각하게 만든다. 자연주의는 도예벽화에서 기능성과 생태성으로 나타나며, 환경과 공간의 새로운 의미를 끊임없이 재정의할 뿐만 아니라, 도예벽화의 새로운 발전의 길을 제시한다.

Anton Chekhov was able to deliver a significant influence to the 20th realist drama types and styles, because his deep thoughts about diverse aspects of human life were realistically expressed on stages. Western realistic actors endeavored to embody their routines based on their words, behaviors, and habits. Chekhov used his outstanding talent to identify the characteristics of people, created unforgettable drama characters, and focused on their behavioral motives. From his philosophical point of view, Chekhov argued that secrets are hidden in life itself, and that everything, shown on the stage, should be as it is in our actual daily life. The realistic acting, recognizing the difference between the daily truth and the truth mentioned in works, pursued acting styles by which audiences regarded play characters as the real people.

The purpose of this study was to examine how family strengths and cultural disposition were correlated to their interpersonal relationship. Participant of this research were 282 boys and girls who were high schools. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1) there was statistically significant differences in the interpersonal dispositions between sex. 2) boys and girls were significantly conncerning positive correlation among family strengths, cultural disposition and interpersonal dispositions. Multiple regression analysis showed that family strengths, cultural disposition and variables influenced social relation orientation and expression orientation.

Modern figurative work is designed to have more creativity and characteristic traits by pure thought of the formative ceramic arts. In compliance with the demand which is various the design development could be satisfied an individuality and a taste is become accomplished. In this view, this study looks over expressive aspect of Cubism to present partition as a independent formative ceramic arts is able to contribute emotionally to our whole lives. In this procedure, this work is produced to express a three-dimensional effect and a spatial effect, approaching a figurative side. This is to overcome the limitation of Cubism art expressed in a two-dimensional surface in spite of its multi-dimensional observation of a given object. Accordingly, this study tries approaching pre-understanding of expressive aspect of Cubism which was the important turning-point in 20c art and expansion of the modern ceramic art field before producing the work. This study shows the possibility to become a creative and practical ceramic art work, approaching the new point of view breaking from the established conception. Consequently, the field of ceramic art could be expanded to a part of modern ceramic art as an object of study in art of life.

최근 사전학습 모델의 발달로 기계독해 시스템 성능이 크게 향상되었다. 하지만 기계독해 시스템은 주어진 단락에서 질문에 대한 정답을 찾기 때문에 단락을 직접 검색해야하는 실제 환경에서의 성능 하락은 불가피하다. 즉, 기계독해 시스템이 오픈 도메인 환경에서 높은 성능을 보이기 위해서는 높은 성능의 검색 모델이 필수적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 검색 모델의 성능을 보완해 줄 수 있는 오픈 도메인 기계독해를 위한 단락 재순위화 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 합성곱 신경망을 이용하여 질문과 단락을 구절 단위로 표현했으며, N-gram 구절 사이의 상호 주의 집중을 통해 질문과 단락 사이의 관계를 효과적으로 표현했다. KorQuAD를 기반으로한 실험에서 제안모델은 MRR@10 기준 93.0%, Top@1 Precision 기준 89.4%의 높은 성능을 보였다.

This research proposes contextual space expression as a possibility of solution methods for local and historical issues, the matters that our contemporary architecture has to overcome. When modernistic architecture aimed for anonymous public interests denying the characteristics in historical and spacial contexts, postmodern architecture and regional architecture, etc have been striving to revive discontinued contextual meanings using various historical and environmental elements. While such attempts only borrowed architectural materials by superficially understanding the context, they could not comprehend ceaselessly changing contexts sufficiently. Choosing Jean Nouvel as one of the architects that can explain spatial plan to properly respond to such ever-changing, contemporary contexts, the researcher intended to understand his line of expressional characteristics of his architectural space and analyze his works as examples.

It is noted that the expressionistic feature appears as one of characteristic phenomena for representing the regional culture and economic level. In architecture, it seems to be difficult to define the expressionism in a concrete way because of lots of meanings the word originally has. In this study, the expressionistic feature is defined as a mode which impresses the users emotionally with strength or as a touching and stimulating one, contrary to the designing conception which pursues only the rationality and the functionality. These features can be expressed as designing methods such as organic form, adoption of natural design factor, decisive opening of space or its extreme closing, contrast of mutually opposite components, or application of basic design components.These methods described above are largely categorized into spatial form, openness, scale and design component and also are studied for each example within the scope of these categories. This study has significance in conceptualizing this expressionistic tendency and in analyzing some detailed aspects for expression.

20세기 후반 예술의 전반적인 흐름이 미적 다원주의와 해체주의를 지향하게 되자 패션에서도 이러한 시대적 조류의 현상으로 잔인하고 혐오스러우며 끔찍한 추의 미가 표현되었다. 본 연구는 현대 패션에서 나타나고 있는 잔혹한 이미지에 초점을 맞추며 이와 같은 양상이 발생하게 되는 원인을 줄리아 크리스테바의 이론과 적용시켜 고찰하였다.
