  • According as internet and Information-Communication technology develop with the fast speed, Electronic Catalog that is used B2B or B2C electronic commerce is important element middle who can express well special quality of corporation's goods and product most effectively from internet space. But, several problems that creation of Electronic Catalog and standard absence about application that can say as importance technology base in electronic commerce and market newcomers who is constructing each other dissimilar system and take part in electronic commercial transaction can not use Electronic Catalog information exchange and transaction are happening. So that this treatise can use Electronic Catalog document that user who define Electronic Catalog document structure that can process information of goods configurationally and takes part in transaction is defined in electronic commerce hereupon, integration style Electronic Catalog system design and embody. This system did useful information that can not get from various advantage and catalog document such as business all-in-one and interoperability in different environment that Web Services through interlock with Web Services has so that can get Web Services.

  • WebDAV is a protocol which supports web-based distributed authoring and versioning, providing a standard infrastructure for asynchronous collaboration on various contents through the Internet. Current WebDAV-enabled authoring applications that support WebDAV, such as Microsoft office, Photoshop, or Dreamweaver, work by integrating WebDAV capabilities into the application. While this approach provides solid support for collaborative authoring, it has a drawback that each of the applications needs to support WebDAV capabilities in its own way. We developed a WebDAV client named DAView running on Linux KDE, which enables WebDAV-unaware authoring tools to have effective remote authoring capabilities. DAView provides a GUI view of a WebDAV server, similar to existing WebDAV-enabled file managers such as DAVExplorer. Unique among WebDAV file managers, it also provides the ability to launch the authoring application associated to a WebDAV server resource, automatically managing the locks on the resource.

  • The installation of lightning protection system has recently been increasing, but the amount of damage has still been increasing. In this study, survey (interview) and field conditions were conducted to identify the installation and safety standards of the lightning protection system. it was analyzed that the safety management system is non-existent at the stage of the design, manufacturing and construction of the site lightning protection system, and that the safety inspection of the lightning protection facility is not properly managed. It has been shown that lightning protection systems, that can solve these problems, need to be re-established according to the reality so that safety inspection can be carried out in accordance with safety standards such as management of safety certification products, operation of survey institutions, design, manufacturing, and construction of safety standards at a national level.

Gamma-ray Dosimetry with Thin Plastic Film

  • Thirty two different kinds of domestic plastic films for use in measuring high gamma-ray dose have been collected and their dosimetric characteristics investigated with the help of a Co-60 gamma radiation source. Among them a rigid polyvinyl chloride(PVC) film of 0.06mm in thickness which is manufactured by Lucky Chemical Co., Korea, seem to be the most suitable one for this purpose. The relation between optical density at 3100$\AA$ and radiation exposure in this PVC film was linear in the range of 0.6$\times$10$^{6}$ R to 1.3$\times$10$^{7}$ R, and also the film showed a good reproducibility within 9% under the standard experimental condition. The effect of absorbed dose, oxygen content of surrounding atmosphere and irradiation temperature have also been studied for this film. It appeared to have a good property in the dosimetrical point of view.

  • This paper is aimed for providing Business Intelligence System which is in order to analysis and produce the useful industrial information such as the market penetrance and the status of competition among the enterprises in the same or similar industrial field. These industrial information were mainly analysed by the annual sales of the enterprises in the entire industry and the industrial market based on KSIC was segmented. The results obtained in the study were applied as a module in the KMAPS(KISTI Market Analysis and Prediction System) which is the demand-based Business Intelligence System. And they were verified reliability by comparing to the qualitative analyses of the specialists. It is considered that the market penetrance and competition information can be valuably used for the enterprises makes a decision to enter the new market or develop new products.

  • 물 소비는 수자원 고갈을 야기하며, 수자원 고갈은 보건, 농업 생산력, 작물 생산력, 생태계에 악영향을 미친다. 따라서 물발자국 개념을 적용하고 이를 활용함으로써 일반생활에서 패러다임의 전환을 유도하는 것은 환경 및 물 문제를 저감하는 좋은 수단이 될 수 있다. 우리나라도 물발자국 개념 도입의 적극적인 검토가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스페인의 사례를 통하여 물발자국 도입 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 스페인은 2008년 9월 유럽연합에서 최초로 물발자국 평가를 정책으로 채택하였다. 스페인은 물 부족 국가로서 물발자국 연구를 수행해왔으며 강 유역 및 국가적 차원의 방법론을 연구하고 검증해왔다. 특히 도시와 산업 분야에서 물의 재사용을 증대시키기 위해 통합농업 및 생태농업을 장려하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 태양에너지, 관광, 전통 작물 재배 지역의 물발자국 계정의 비교우위를 통해 환경, 농업, 에너지, 무역 정책과 관련되는 물 정책의 조정 중에 있다. 또한 지나친 용수개발로 인한 생태적 위험에 대처하기 위해 강을 상류, 중류, 하류로 나누어 작물별 가상수량과 물 효율성을 분석하였다. 이에 따른 결과로 지역마다 적합한 수출입전략으로 물 효율성이 높은 작물을 주로 재배하는 상류지역은 농산물을 다른 지역으로부터 수입하는 동시에 채소류와 같은 물 효율성이 높은 농산물을 특화하여 수출할 필요성을 농가로 제시하고 있다. 이를 통하여 스페인은 지역의 환경 조건에 가장 적합한 제품의 생산을 촉진하고 본질적인 물 사용 패턴의 변화를 통하여 효율적인 물 분배 및 사용이 가능하게 됨으로서 관개용수 사용의 감소를 실현하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 스페인은 유역관리계획의 개발을 위한 기술적 표준으로서 다양한 사회경제 분야의 물발자국 분석을 포함하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 통하여 물발자국 정책의 활용방안을 파악하였고, 물발자국의 도입 방향성을 도출하였다. 환경 및 물 문제를 저감할 수 있는 물발자국 개념은 향후 우리나라의 수자원 관리에 있어 중요한 지표의 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다.

  • this paper proposes a filter design that makes to be satisfied EMC spec. in reliability test of analogue switch for electronic equipment and air conditioning load unit. A designed electromagnetic wave filter was applied to minimize an mutual interference and surrounding environment and improve the product's quality being satisfied to EMC standard. By simulation, using a spectrum analyzer at the 30MHz~1GHz band, ISO/JASO standard frequency range, and simplified EMI chamber, energy distribution of a specific frequency band was analyzed and the capacity of the element which composed the filter was determined in order to implement the most suitable electromagnetic wave filter.In fact, it was certificated that noise decrease by filter addition to the analogue switch for electronic equipment and air conditioning load unit in Certification Authority, and confirmed that the unit is carried out a normal action without electromagnetic wave interference.

A Study on Korean FDI in China by Industries and Intra Industry Trade between Two Countries (한국의 대 중국 업종별 FDI와 산업내무역에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyse the effect of Korean FDI(1990-2008) in China by industries on exports and imports between two countries. We use time series regression, Vector Error Correction Model and Impulse Response Function as methodologies. Our findings through empirical tests are as follows. First Korean FDI in China increases Korean exports with China but shows a tendency to decrease due to the local content of China. Second Korean FDI in China increases Korean imports in SITC 8 with China. Finally Korean trade surplus caused by Korean FDI in China shrinks due to the decreasing of exports and increasing of imports in Korea. Korean FDI in China should be oriented host country's market oriented rather than production efficiency oriented because of unfriendly foreign investment environments in China.

  • A forest project for the sequestration of carbon dioxide helps to reduce the concerntration of greenhouse gas in atmosphere and provides various co-benefits. A lot of forestry-based carbon offset programs have been developing for the purpose of CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility), voluntary GHG emission reduction, and regulatory context etc. in worldwide. We studied major characteristics - project type and criteria, additionality, credits, permanence, carbon accounting and monitoring, co-benefit - of advanced forest carbon offset programs. Also, we tried to comprehend the direction and basic elements to design a domestic program.

  • As global environmental problems become more serious, bio plastic suppliers in developed countries are expected to drive demand for eco friendly packaging materials due to recycling regulations and consumer's attention. To catch up with this demand, various types of bio plastics have been introduced using plants such as corn and domestic companies are increasingly interested in this. Industrial interest in bio plastics is increasing to solve the recent environmental problems. The critical disadvantages of the weak mechanical strength and expensive product cost were gradually solved by extensive researches. In order to promote the active use of bio plastics, countries around the world are operation certification marks and standard systems. In this article, we have summarized recent trends in domestic and overseas bio plastics regulations, certification marks and identification labels.
