As demands of intelligent urban geospatial information services are increasing in u-Cities, development and use of service standards for the cities are required to make the services interoperable. Conformance tests can be conducted for the standards to implement the services more interoperably and consistently. To improve the interoperability between services, it is necessary to build an evaluation model for services in a perspective of conformance tests. In the context, this study reviews the related references and establishes a conceptual model of the conformance tests for the services and provides an application of the model to a monitoring service for flowing water quantity to prove its usefulness.

건설CALS 1998년부터 국토해양부에서 추진하고 있는 정보화사업으로 시스템의 개발 운영과 표준의 개발 운영의 2개 분야로 사업을 진행하고 있다. 건설CALS 표준은 건설정보분류체계, 전자도면작성표준, 도면정보교환표준, 전자문서표준, 디지털 수량산출 교환표준, 건설정보모델(BIM) 작성 납품 공통기준이 있다. 향후 건설CALS 표준은 건설정보 호환을 위하여 정보분류체계의 확장개발과 건설용어의 표준화, 토목분야의 BIM 활성화에 대비하는 토목BIM 표준의 개발이 필요하다.

본 논문에서는 현재 ITU-T와 ISO에 의해서 공동으로 표준화 작업이 진행되고 있는 H.264 ｜ MPEG-4 Part 10표준의 주요 테스트 모델 사항들에 대해서 특징을 서술하고 그 기능을 설명하고자 한다. 대표적인 테스트 모델 사항으로서는 RD 최적화 및 변환을 이용한 부호 모드 결정 기법, 오류 내성을 가지는 부호 모드 결정 기법 등을 들 수 있다. 현재 대역폭 제어 및 고속 움직임 추정에 관한 사항들이 테스트 모델의 발전을 위한 주요 과제로 연구가 진행되고 있다.

본 연구에서는 음성인식을 위한 화자적응화 기법에 대해 연구하였다. 첫째로 적응화에 포함되지 않은 카테고리 음절에 대해 적응화 효과를 줄 수 있는 보간적응화 방법에 대해 연구하였다. 표준모델과 소량의 음성 데이터만으로 적응화가 가능한 MAPE(최대사후확률추정)으로 적응화한 모델의 평균벡터 변화정도를 적응화 발화에 포함되지 않은 모델에 보간적응하는 방법이다. 둘째로 음절단위 모델을 구축한 후 적응화 하고자 하는 화자의 데이터를 연결학습법과 Viterbi 알고리즘으로 음절단위의 추출을 자동화 한 후 MAPE으로 적응화하는 방법에 대해 각각 실험을 하였다.

본고에서는 모바일 헬스 기반 건강라이프로그 서비스들을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 건강라이프로그 서비스를 기획 및 구현하는데 활용될 수 있도록 건강라이프로그 서비스 모델에 대해 연구 하였다. 건강라이프로그 서비스는 다양한 센서들을 활용하여 사용자들의 건강을 지속적으로 관리함으로써 사용자의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 모바일 기기와 결합하여 다양한 연구가 진행될 수 있는 분야로서 해당 분야의 연구들이 활발히 이루어지고 있으나, 데이터의 표준이나 서비스 모델이 명확히 제시되지 못하고 있기 때문에 디바이스나 서비스들간의 상호운용성에 많은 어려움이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 표준화된 서비스 모델과 데이터 교환 표준 등이 제시되어야 하며, 그를 위한 사전 연구로서 본 연구가 진행되었다.

최근 가상교육에서 학습 기술의 상호 운용성을 기반으로 한 표준화의 필요성을 인식하고 여러 국제표준기관을 통해서 기반 환경과 컨텐트 명세 및 활용에 대한 표준화 작업이 이루어지고 있다. 이로 인해 e-learning 분야에서는 국제표준을 소개하고 체제적으로 AICC(Aviation Industry CBT Committee), IMS(Instructional Management Systems) Global Learning Consortium, ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)을 중심으로 진행되어 오고 있다. 특히, 미래의 진보적인 e-learning 환경 개발로, 기능별 5계층으로 구성된 LTSA(Learning Technology Standard Architecture)를 제정하고 이를 통한 개발을 지원하고 있다. 하지만, 이는 시스템 구성요소를 정의한 계층 3의 경우 데이터 흐름 모델로 작성되어 현재 개발 수준과 일치하지 않는 문제점을 가지는 모델로 인정한다. 본 논문에서는 표준 모델링 언어인 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 통해 모델을 재정의하고, 각 프로세스별 단계를 메타모델로 제시하여 개발과 아키텍처의 이해에 대한 문제점을 해결하고자 한다. 또한, 재정의된 모델을 기반으로 e-learning 지원을 위한 분석, 설계 프로세스를 정의하여 이에 대한 사례를 제시한다. 이는 아키텍처를 기반으로 한 메타모델과 프로세스를 통한 교육영역의 질의 응답 학습 도구인 QALT(Query-Answer Learning Tool)에 적용한다. 모델의 재정의로 아키텍처의 이해성 및 이를 기반으로 하는 교육용 애플리케이션 개발의 용이성의 증대를 기대할 수 있으며, 모델의 재사용성을 보장할 수 있다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate a way to increase interoperability between information systems. We proposed a technical reference model (TRM) and a standard profile (SP) that are components of ITA as tools to secure information system interoperability. First, we composed TRM by choosing technology field that need standardization for information system interoperability. And, we choose standards to apply in each technology field of TRM as a interoperability common SP.

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the standard models for rural housing and wooden housing model have performance for hygrothermal and to propose a way of improvement relevant to hygrothermal performance for those models. All of the models to be analyzed were found to have some parts that were absent of stability in terms of performance for hygrothermal. In the process of analyzing the causes and proposing improvement measures, the following conclusions were derived. Fist, The exterior surface of the structure should be composed of a structure with good moisture permeability, and for the interior surface, a variable vapor retarder paper should be applied in consideration of the reverse condensation phenomenon in summer. Second, in terms of performance for hygrothermal, applications of external insulation plaster finish to the exterior wall or of ventilation method using a rafter vent on the roof should be avoided. Third, a rain screen method with a ventilation layer should be applied to the exterior wall, and a method of constructing ventilation layer separated from the insulation layer with a vapor retarder paper should be applied to the roof. Fourth, the application of insulation materials having capillary action, such as wood fiber insulation board or cellulose insulation board, contributes to more stable performance for hygrothermal.

IT convergence with agriculture is expected to bring more efficiency and quality improvement in producing, distributing, consuming of agricultural products with the aid of information processing and autonomous control technologies of the IT area. In this paper, it is required to consider the actualized IT convergence case for agriculture, namely Smart Farming as a solution to cope the presented problems. In addition, suggest to standard functional model and standardization items for the smart farming based on network.

National Knowledge and Information Resources of KADO(Korea Agency for Digital Opportunity and Promotion) were distributed to the several data centers. The metadata for the resources was the conceptual level recommended standard. It was not for the integration, but the retrieval. So it is not easy to integrate to the central metadata DB or connect metadata among the data centers. In this paper, we analysed the metadata of the several data centers and provided the integrated standard model for the central metadata DB.
