As the cost of the operational spacecraft simulator is a large portion of the spacecraft cost and its requirements increase, it is given the pressures to reduce the cost and the development period. For that reason, the space industry with the coordination of ESA has made a study of the reuse in a wide scope across space projects. Its scope includes not only simulation software itself but also software requirements, design, work experience and developing process/methodology. The standard for simulator model portability and the efficiency enhancement of the development process as a result have been successfully applied to several projects. This paper describes the recent trend of the spacecraft simulator in Europe and the present status of its the study and the development.

산업자원부 기술표준원에서는 국내기업의 기술경쟁력 강화와 기술개발 의욕 고취를 위하여 국내에서 최초로 개발된 기술과 우수한 제품에 대하여 인증마크를 부여하고 각종 홍보, 판로, 자금 등을 지원하고 있다. 평가에 소요되는 비용(시험$\cdot$분석 수수료 포함)은 정부에서 전액 부담하며, 기술표준원 이외 기관에서 시험$\cdot$분석 의뢰 시는 신청자가 해당금액을 부담한다. 이러한 신기술(NT)$\cdot$우수품질(EM)$\cdot$ 환경설비품질(EEC) 인증제도에 대하여 간략하게 소개를 하고자 하며, 환경관련 기업체에서도 인증제도 활용에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

제조물책임(Product liability： PL)과 관련하여 소비자와의 분쟁이나 사고가 발생하였을 때 기업의 신속하고 체계적인 대응은 내부적으로 손실비용의 최소화와 외부적으로 기업 신뢰도에 영향을 미친다. 그러나, 많은 기업이 그러한 대응(Product liability： PLD)에 체계적인 관리체계를 갖고 있지 않아 문제가 확대되거나 기업으로 하여금 위기로 몰고 가 여러 가지 파생되는 리스크가 많다. 이것은 모두 기업의 손실비용으로 해석될 수 있는데, 우리나라의 기업들은 이 점을 올바로 인식하지 못하고 있어 임의적인 대응으로 일관하거나, 표준적인 매뉴얼조차 구비하지 못하고 있다.(중략)

본 논문은 스프링 프레임워크를 이용한 클라우드 환경에서의 부실예측 지원시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 자동화된 통합인증 및 접근제어 시스템으로서 각기 독립된 모듈에서 처리된 데이터를 기초로 거래관리 모듈로 통합하여 부실예측을 평가하고 지원시스템의 데이터의 기법을 다른 모듈과 공유함으로써 자산의 부실채권을 이용한 회수를 관리하여 효율성을 높인다. 제안하는 시스템은 고객과 기업의 전략경영 등의 기능을 강화하여 업무투명성, 비용절감, 고객 접근성이 기존시스템보다 효율적으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다. 또한 프레임워크를 적용함에 따라 소프트웨어의 재사용성을 최대화할 수 있으며, 개발된 표준 API를 적용함으로써 개발비용 및 기간의 단축시킬 수 있으며, 각 컨테이너(공통모듈 플러그인) 형태로 프레임워크를 설계함으로써 기능의 추가가 쉽고, 재사용이 가능하며, 사용자가 요구하는 웹 환경을 구축함으로써 정부에서 제시하는 표준 프레임워크와 호환성을 제공한다.

For the development of national competency standards to successfully perform the duties by systemizing the contents of education and training such as knowledge technology grounding required to perform the duties in the industrial field, the necessity has been raised in that it can solve the time and cost of re-investment through retraining and train high-quality human resources required in the industrial field. For the development of the education and training process with a focus on duty performers for the security sector classifying work and duties into 1:1 among sub-categories based on the NCS classification system, this study enhances the site suitability of security sector education and proposes the development of the practical education and training process required by the industry by using NCS development manual and DACUM technique, the worker-centered job analysis considering 'correlation' with the actual work, 'applicability' of progress and 'efficiency' for costs and time.

현재 세계 각국에서 많은 메타데이터 레지스트리들이 구축되어 왔다 그러나 메타데이터 레지스트리가 국제 표준(ISO/IEC 11179)임에도 불구하고 일관성 있는 표준 접근 인터페이스를 제공하지 않음으로써 각각 다른 연산으로 구현되었다. 이는 각각의 메타데이터 레지스트리 구축시 동일한 연산 패턴의 중복된 구현으로 인한 불필요한 비용을 야기한다. 국제 표준인 메타데이터 레지스트리에 대한 접근시 시스템 마다 동일한 연산 패턴을 지니게 된다. 이 논문에서는 이와 같이 메타데이터 레지스트리에서 공통적으로 사용되는 연산 패턴을 분석하고 정의한다. 또한 분석된 연산 패턴을 이용하여 표준 SQL을 확장한 SQL/MDR을 정의하고 설계한다. 설계된 SOL/MDR은 메타데이터 레지스트리 관리 시스템 개발에 표준 접근 방법을 제공한다. 또한 이는 개별적인 개발로 인한 추가적인 노력을 감소시키고 메타데이터 레지스트리에 대한 보다 일관성 있는 접근을 가능하게 한다.

기업들은 새롭게 변화하는 법률 및 표준이 포함하고 있는 정보보호 요구사항들을 만족하기 위해 매번 상당한 시간과 비용을 투자하고 있다. 또한, 기업이 자체적으로 개발한 내부 컴플라이언스 정책 및 체계를 활용하고 있어 다양한 법, 표준의 변화가 있을 때 기업 내의 서로 다른 조직들과 협업하여 이를 준수하기란 어려운 상황이다. 이와 같이 관련 법, 표준의 내용들이 변경되는 한, 이에 대한 컴플라이언스를 위해 반복적으로 시간과 자원이 투입되기 때문에 막대한 비용이 소요될 수 밖에 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 금융기관들의 컴플라이언스 체계를 개선하며 이를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 금융 IT보안 컴플라이언스 프레임워크를 제안한다.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport was developed the Construction CALS system for improvement of the construction economy. Construction CALS system is consist by Construction Portal System, Construction Management System, Construction Authorization and Permission System, Compensation Management System, Facility Maintenance Management System and has utilized at construction site of more than 900. Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and related researcher was proposed method of various function improvements for usability of the system. However, the proposed method was expanded the problems like increase of system management cost and development cost with decrease of data process rate. The problem was increases because has added of only service function without modify of software structure to the system on each different platform base. One of the methods for solving problems is to apply the e-Government framework and then integrated the different platform. The purpose of this paper is analyse of the applicability and efficiency of e-Government framework to the construction CALS system. For that was analyzed the e-Government standard framework and the developments case. And then was verified about the adaption possibility and efficiency by use the Function Point tool.

At present, the design live load of railway is divided into common railway and high speed railway separately in Korea. L22 which is based on American railway standards is used for common railway and HL25 which is based on Eurocode is used for high speed railway. Although, the design load is the starting point for design of railway, any research for developing design load does not exist at all. However, Europe and Japan develops the design load model consistently for advanced design. Recently, deterministic, probabilistic and cost performance approaches are investigated for developing new design load in Europe which is called LM2000. In the present paper, as a step for developing new design live load model for Korean railway, deterministic processes will be introduced. The safety margins are analyzed based on serviced real trains versus proposed new design load model and a necessity for new design live load will be presented quantitatively.

본 논문에서는 모바일 통신 방송 융합분야는 세계 각국이 서로 상이한 표준을 가지고 있어 해외 시장 진출 시 제품 신뢰성 확보를 위한 해외 현지에서의 테스트가 중요시 되어서 국내 기업의 테스트 비용과 개발기간 면에서 경쟁력 확보의 악재로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 모바일 통신 방송의 세게 각 국 표준의 테스트 인프라를 확보하고 이를 활용하는 테스트의 전반적인 시스템을 구축하여 국내 기업의 테스트 비용 절감 및 개발기간 단축과 다양한 서비스 개발이 가능하다.
