Effect of the Consumer's Perception of the University Foodservice Quality on the Consumer Attitude (대학교 급식소의 급식서비스 품질에 대한 인식이 소비자태도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the consumer's perception of the subject to manage the foodservice operation in the university, and to analyze the effects of consumer's perception of the university foodservice qualify on intent to revisit and intent to recommend. The questionnaires were distributed to 575 students in the K University located in Masan, who were sampled by proportionate stratified sampling method. The surveys were peformed from May 17 to June 2, 2005. The 566 questionnaires were responded, and 6 unusable questionnaires were excluded, then 560 were used for the final analysis (response rate: 97.4%). For the statistical analysis, SPSS (12.0) was used to conduct the descriptive analysis, factor analysis reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First 254 respondants (47.3%) did not know that their foodservice operation was managed by contract foodservice company, and 374 students (66.8%) did not know the name of the contract foodservice company which runned their foodservice operation. Second, the food factor of university foodservice quality had a significant positive effect on intent to revisit (P<0.001), and the food factor of university foodservice quality also had a significant positive effect on Intent to recommend (p<0.001). It was concluded that as the food factor of university foodservice qualify Increased, the intent to revisit and the intent to recommend the university foodservice increased. So when university foodservice managers plan the foodservice operation strategy, they should focus on increasing the perception of customers' foodservice quality and also advertising contract foodservice company's brand name.

  • Recently, several sporting events have been canceled or postponed due to the influence of COVID-19's imposed social distancing in life, or are being played without spectators. As a result, the market for sports products has been stagnant, and many are experiencing difficulties. To get over it, sports market players are exploring various new markets such as online fan services and online sales. Therefore, this study proposed a way to manage the authenticity of sports-related products. The block structure, system flow, and network model were designed and prototypes were developed accordingly. Experts were invited through the derived method to conduct a target group interview (FGI) to evaluate the reliability and stability of the transaction process, the reliability and stability of payment, the tracking of accidents, and the reliability and stability of the system. Through this study, consumers can have reliability when trading sports-related products such as goods, favorite items, and sign balls.

A Social Historical Study on the Farmer's Welfare under the Rule of Japanese Imperialism (일제강점기 농민복리 -사회사 관점 중심으로-)

  • This study has been planned to examine the three faces as follows; 1) systematization of research materials on the farmer's welfare served in the period of Japanese Imperialism, and 2) a social historical analyzation of the farmer's welfare in the context of politics, economy, social lives, and culture. The collected data focused on the primary resources has been organized such as seven categories: 1) public aid; 2) social insurance; 3) social welfare service; 4) farmer's welfare movement; 5) farm's social work; 6) mutual dependence; and 7) the others. The organized data has been analyzed in view of social history such as important themes: 1) being targeted in the confused society; 2) conspirative almsgiving; 3) being benefited from monopolistic capitalism and discrimination; 4) alienators' resistant self-help efforts; 5) reforming of civilized lives; 6) religious blessings within structural double torture; and 7) farmer's partial progress of lives. Finally, some various implications are suggested based on the analyzed results.

  • Financial institutions keep putting efforts to filling cash into ATMs and branches in order to provide customers with better service. This kind of job usually required an automobile unit to be done, and financial institutions employee perform this task directly or sourcing out to professional security service companies. However, the job has been of ten a target of criminals because it deals with cash. In fact, since 2003, there were several cash truck robberies occurred. This circumstances made the public be aware of the necessity of creative research and the strict management of financial institutions and security companies. However, the existing studies on security service of cash delivery suggest only how to improve the job legally and in operation, and the technological aspect of the improving way has not been studied. Therefore, this study aimed at suggesting an improvement the security service of cash delivery using real-time binary CDMA monitoring for providing better safety service to customers.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of McKenzie Exercise of cervical part Method : A case-controlled clinical trial was searched for the effect of McKenzie Exercise on the cervical part. From 2015 to June 2021, 8 studies were selected from the RISS database published in Korea. The selected studies included an experimental group with McKenzie Exercise and a control group with general physical therapy and stretching Results : McKenzie Exercise, ROM, muscle activion, pain, posture were improved. Conclusion : This study summarizes the results of applying McKenzie Exercise of cervical part. This study suggests for cervical function who wants to intervene in McKenzie Exercise of cervical part.

Segmentation of the Cosmetics Market according to Shopping Orientation (구매성향에 따른 화장품시장 세분화)

  • The competitiveness of the domestic cosmetics market will improve more rapidly when efficient market segmentation is secured, qualitative information about each of the segmented markets is gathered, and adequate marketing strategies to meet the demands of each segmented markets is established. Therefore, continuous studies are needed to secure qualitative information for market segmentation. In order to find out whether the domestic cosmetics market could be segmented according to consumers' shopping orientation, the present study analyzed cosmetics purchasing behavior, complaint behavior, and demographic characteristics of each consumer group classified according to their shopping orientation. The study was implemented by a normative-descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. Three groups of consumers were identified according to their shopping orientation: price-oriented group, information-oriented group, and brand-oriented group. It was confirmed that the groups, classified according to shopping orientation, have significantly different demographic, purchasing, and complaint behavior. Therefore, shopping orientation should be carefully considered in the segmentation of the cosmetics market.

  • 미국과 일본 등 많은 나라들이 연안역에 대한 오염총량관리제를 실시하고 있으며 우리나라 역시 90년도 초반부터 환경부와 국립환경연구원에 의하여 4대강을 대상으로 내륙에 대한 지자체 단위의 오염총량관리제가 추진되고 있다. 연안해역에서도 최근 해양오염방지법의 개정으로 특별관리해역 지정 등 특정 연안해역에 영향을 미치는 육역을 포함하는 연안역 통합관리제가 해양수산부에 의하여 추진되고 있다 또한 외국의 사례로서 미국 체사피크만에서는 오염총량관리제를 포함하는 연안역 통합관리제 수립 및 운용을 위하여 GIS 및 모델 package로 구성된 시스템을 구축 활용하고 있으며, 이런 GIS 및 모델 package로 구성된 시스템을 바탕으로 연안역 통합관리를 위한 기본적인 자료를 수집 분석하고 정책 수립의 방향을 제시하고 있다. 하지만 우리나라에서는 아직까지 연안역 통합관리를 위한 기초 자료도 많이 부족하고 이런 기초 자료를 토대로한 분석 도구인 GIS-modeling 시스템 개발도 매우 미미한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 GIS를 이용하여 오염원의 발생 및 배출부하 산정 과정을 공간적으로 분석하여 환경관리에 응용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 효율적인 연안의 오염원 관리를 위하여 기존 환경부 및 관련 기환 자료를 활용하여 잠실 수중보에서 한강 하구의 세부 오염원자료를 수집하여 GIS 기반의 오염원데이터베이스를 구축하고, 오염부하산정모델을 개발한 후, 구축된 정보의 효율적인 관리와 분석을 위한 GIS 프로그램을 개발하였다. 아울러 육역에서의 오염물질 배출에 따른 연안역 수질의 모의를 통해 육역과 연안역에 대한 효율적인 통합관리방안을 제시하고자 한다.사용될 수 있는 블루투스 서비스와 서비스 속성을 기술한 XML 문서에서 블루투스 기기에 적합한 내부 정보를 생성하는 생성기를 설계하고 구현을 하였다.보다는 현저히 낮았다. 총 휘발성 유기화합물읜 농도는 실내가 실외 보다 높았다(I/O ratio 2.5). BTEX의 상대적 함량도 실내가 실외보다 높아 실내에도 발생원이 있음을 암시하고 있다. 자료 분석결과 유치원 실내의 벤젠은 실외로부터 유입되고 있었고, 톨루엔, 에틸벤젠, 크실렌은 실외뿐 아니라 실내에서도 발생하고 있었다. 정량한 8개 화합물 각각과 총 휘발성 유기화합물의 스피어만 상관계수는 벤젠을 제외하고는 모두 유의하였다. 이중 톨루엔과 크실렌은 총 휘발성 유기화합물과 좋은 상관성 (톨루엔 0.76, 크실렌, 0.87)을 나타내었다. 이 연구는 톨루엔과 크실렌이 총 휘발성 유기화합물의 좋은 지표를 사용될 있고, 톨루엔, 에틸벤젠, 크실렌 등 많은 휘발성 유기화합물의 발생원은 실외뿐 아니라 실내에도 있음을 나타내고 있다.>10)의 $[^{18}F]F_2$를 얻었다. 결론: $^{18}O(p,n)^{18}F$ 핵반응을 이용하여 친전자성 방사성동위원소 $[^{18}F]F_2$를 생산하였다. 표적 챔버는 알루미늄으로 제작하였으며 본 연구에서 연구된 $[^{18}F]F_2$가스는 친핵성 치환반응으로 방사성동위원소를 도입하기 어려운 다양한 방사성의 약품개발에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.었으나 움직임 보정 후 영상을 이용하여 비교한 경우, 결합능 변화가 선조체 영역에서 국한되어 나타나며 그 유의성이 움직임 보정 전에 비하여 낮음을

A Study on the Apprival of the Danwon Art Festival (문화예술제 행사 평가연구: 단원미술제 사례)

  • This festival study is based on visitors' evaluation on the Danwon art festival. It was founded as follows; The major visitors of this festival were family and they were interested in educational programs. This festival was evaluated as the art and educational type experience oriented event for family. Visitors satisfied about organization of this event with 4.86 on Likert 7 point and positive percentage was 61.7%. The accessbility was evaluated the secondly satisfied program among 13 evaluation items. The average point was high with 5.34 and positive percentage was high with 79.3%. The highest satisfaction was educational evaluation with average point of 5.37 which was the highest satisfaction. Also the positive percentage was 84% which showed the highest positive opinion. The satisfaction of program interesting was average point of 4.84 which was relatively positive satisfaction. Visitors' positive percentage was 57.3% and negative percentage is only 8.3% which showed satisfaction of program interesting. But visitors unsatisfied about event variety, guiding facility, guiding pamphlet, guider service, parking facility, and foods service. there should be more improvement on the programs. Especially, improvement on public relationship, food quality, and parking for visitors should be implemented. in terms of interesting programs, visitors were most interested in the experience of blacksmith's shop among programs. It was founded that experience based festival programs were popular among this festival visitors and most festivals here in Korea at the moment. So more experience based programs are recommended for this festival.

The factors affecting the choice of online travel agent (OTA) and the factors that influence the choice of online travel agency were analyzed. Were used for the empirical survey. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the choice of online travel agents who have experience with or experience using online travel agency (OTA), what factors are important to them, and how they differ in importance when visiting again. The results of this study are as follows: First, there was a significant difference between the first and second visitors of online travel agencies. The results of this study were as follows: Attitude toward resolving complaints, convenience of change and cancellation, delivery of tickets and documents, convenience of complaints, The emphasis should be on establishing and strengthening service environments such as the speed of updating the latest information, the simplicity of the booking procedure, the degree of satisfaction of the past, the ability of employees to handle their work, the safety of various payment methods and settlement, The results of this study are as follows: First, the satisfaction of the online travel agency is influenced by the selection factors of the selected online tour agency, and the A/S such as the convenience of prompt delivery, Environmental factors contributed to satisfaction. It is suggested that the systematic service structure such as customer satisfaction and ease of use is a necessary marketing strategy for survival and development of online travel agencies. It is suggested that the marketing concentration strategy with the first visitors as the target market is effective and this is a part of the marketing strategy for the survival of online travel agencies.
