  • 본 논문은 LCL 필터를 사용하는 3상 계통연계 인버터의 그리드 전류 오차를 개선하고 고조파 왜곡 현상을 억제하기 위해 다중 공진제어 기법을 슬라이딩 평면에 적용한 슬라이딩 제어기(SMC)를 제시한다. 일반적으로 시스템 파라미터가 변경되거나 계통에 외란이 발생할 경우 슬라이딩 평면이 표류하는 현상이 나타나며 이러한 표류 현상은 시스템 정상상태 오차와 시스템에 고조파 왜곡 현상을 일으키고 계통연계 인버터의 전류 품질에 심각한 영향을 미치게 된다. 이러한 현상을 해결하기 위해 적분 함수가 추가된 SMC가 제안되었으나 해당 제어기는 효과적으로 정상상태 오차를 제거하는 반면 슬라이딩 평면의 표류현상을 충분히 줄여주지 못하는 한계를 가지고 있다. 이러한 정상상태 오차와 표류현상을 제거하기 위해 다중 공진제어 조건을 슬라이딩 평면 함수에 추가한 제어기를 제시한다.

Fractals in the Spreading of Drifters: Observation and Simulation (표류부표 분산의 프랙탈 성질: 관측 및 시뮬레이션)

  • We examined the temporal characteristics of the oceanic eddy diffusion at 5 coastal regions of Korea by measuring the separation distances of multiple drifters released simultaneously at the same by the GPS and Decca transponder system. The observed variance of separation distance, for the time scales from minutes to hours, is proportional to t/SUP m/ with scaling exponent m between 1.2 and 2.0. The observed Lagrangian trajectories of drifters show fractal characteristics instead of random walk or Brown motion. As an effort toward a development of a realistic model of the oceanic eddy diffusion, we simulated the Lagrangian trajectories of drifters by fractional Brown motion (FBM) model. The observed variances of drifter separations can be generated by the FBM process provided the Hurst exponent is the same as the observed one. We further showed that the observed power law in the variance of drifter separations cannot be simulated with an ordinary Brown motion or random walk process.

  • 95년 발사 예정인 무궁화위성의 궤도전이에 필요한 조정 파라미터를 계산하기 위해 원지점 모터 점화 계획 S/W를 만들어서 결과에 대해 분석해 보았다. S/W는 Mission analysis mode와 Insert mode로 구성되는데, Mission analysis mode에서는 표류궤도를 얻기 위한 점화 파라미터를 구하는 것이고, Insert mode에서는 점화 파라미터를 이용해 표류궤도를 구하는 것이다.

Mean viscous drift forces on a fixed vertical cylinder in waves and currents (파랑과 조류에 의한 고정된 수직 실린더 구조물에 작용하는 평균 점성 표류력)

  • In offshore structures, the mean viscous drift force due to drag is considered to be a design part that has not been considered until recently. In particular, it is most important to calculate the drift force acting on a vertical cylinder considering both waves and currents in the low frequency region. This paper presents a process for deriving analytical solutions for the drift forces acting on a fixed vertical cylinder considering waves and currents. The area of the cylinder was considered by dividing it into a splash zone above the free surface and a submerged zone below the free surface. The presence of waves is considered only in the Splash Zone, and in the case of waves and currents, the equations were obtained for both the splash and submerged zones. The results show that drift forces occur due to the significant viscous effects in both the splash zone and the submerged zone. Therefore, the analytical solutions derived in this study can be used to calculate the drift force using the given design variables and form a theoretical basis for judging whether the magnitude of the drift force in each case has a dominant influence within a specific physical range.

Viscous Mean Drift Forces on a Floating Vertical Cylinder in Waves and Currents (파랑과 조류에 의한 부유식 수직 실린더 구조물에 작용하는 평균 점성 표류력)

  • In offshore floating structures, the viscous mean drift force due to drag is considered a design part that has not been considered until recently. In this paper, an analytical solution for the viscous mean drift forces on a floating vertical cylinder considering the waves and currents was obtained. The area was considered by dividing it into a splash zone above the free surface and a submerged zone below the free surface. In the case of waves, only the splash zone was considered; in the case of waves and currents, equations were obtained in both the splash zone and the submerged zone. The RAO results of previous studies were used to compare the calculated results with the drift forces acting on the fixed cylinder. Except for the case in only waves in the splash zone, the viscous mean drift force acting on the floating cylinder was larger than the drift force acting on the relatively fixed cylinder in most frequencies. In particular, the increase was greater when the currents were considered to be more important. Therefore, these results provide the inference for the viscous drift force due to drag in the design of floating offshore structures.

  • A numerical procedure is described for simultaneously predicting the wave exciting forces and drift forces on a Tension Leg Platform (TLP) in multi-directional irregular waves. The numerical approach is based on a three dimensional source distribution method to the wave exciting forces, a far-field method to the steady drift forces and a spectral analysis technique of directional waves. The spectral description for the linear system of TLP in the frequency domain is sufficient to completely define the wave exciting forces and steady drift forces. This is because both the wave inputs and the outputs are stationary Gaussian random process of which the statistical properties in the amplitude domain are well known. Numerical results of steady drift forces are compared with the experimental and numerical ones, which are obtained in the literature. The results of comparison confirmed the validity of the proposed approach.

A Field Experiment for the Determination of Drift Characteristics of Person-in-Water (인체의 표류특성 추정을 위한 현장실험)

  • A field experiment of the leeway of person-in-water(man with wetsuit) was conducted during October 1997∼ April 1998. The experiment area was northeast side of Cho Do island in Pusan. The college students whose weight ranges 60∼87 kg, height 170∼178 cm were actually drifted for the experiment. The person-in-water wore 5 mm neoprene diving wetsuit to prevent heat loss of the body. The current near the target was measured using a colored vinyl bag. To compare the result a scuba diver equipped with scuba gear and with his BC(buoyancy compensator) fully inflated was drifted alongside. The average leeway speed of man with wetsuit and that of scuba diver were about 0.4 percent and 1.3% of the 10 m wind speed above the water respectively.

Users can make choice of input data on the screen by just clicking the mouse and the prediction results of datum points and trajectories of vessels are drawn on the map. The program contains both Leeway Equation model and mathematical model. The FORTRAN language was used in programming and Lehay Winteracter 4.0 software was utilized for graphic presentation. The result of May, 2001 Busan field experiment was plotted with that of model prediction for demonstration purpose.

  • In this paper, we proposed a new object tracking algorithm based on sparse representation to handle the drifting problem. In APG-L1(accelerated proximal gradient) tracking, the sparse representation is applied to model the appearance of object using linear combination of target templates and trivial templates with proper coefficients. Also, the particle filter based on affine transformation matrix is applied to find the location of object and APG method is used to minimize the l1-norm of sparse representation. In this paper, we make use of the trivial template coefficients actively to block the drifting problem. We experiment the various videos with diverse challenges and the result shows better performance than others.
