This theory focuses on the Enterprise Portal and researches and analyzes the user requirement on as-is system. The UI Checklist Matrix is made based on the result of user analysis and evaluation of checklist. The horizontal axis of the Matrix is composed of 6 results(Layout, Navigation, Information, Function, Visibility and Interaction) of user requirement analysis. The vertical axis of the Matrix is composed of 10 subjects, Learnability, Efficiency, Accuracy, Accessibility, Consistency, Agility, Convergence, Personalization, Technology, and Standardization. At the point of vertical and horizontal items meet, indicates the graded of importance and defines a details item. The Guideline in which Matrix is reflected is set and according to the guideline, designing the business screen and assessing the Matrix.

As internet users swiftly increased in number, both collaborations and communications on the Internet gradually increased. Accordingly, the importance of individualized service has been raised as user-centered service has been activated. As of now, there are many systems supporting collaboration based on the Web. Unfortunately, since the existing Web-based collaborative systems do not support individualized service, they do not provide effective collaboration for various kinds of users. In this paper, we describe the development of a collaboration portlet for the CoSlide collaborative system. The collaboration portlet provides various methods which control the resources of each workspace on the CoSlide server. As a component of a portal, the developed portlet provides effective collaborative environment satisfying various user requirements. Users can collaborate through the individualized interfaces which are composed by portlets on a portal for their own working environment.

During cancer therapy by using high energy radiation, it is possible to improve the radiation therapy efficiency by performing a precise radiation therapy after verification of generated setup errors. In this paper, the video based electronic portal imaging device (EPID) which could display the portal image with near real time was developed to verify treatment position errors in radiation therapy instead of an analog typed portal film. This EPID system for applying QA tool of radiation therapy machine was consisted of a metal/fluorescent screen, $45^{\circ}$mirror, camera and image grabber. Radiation field verification has been performed to check quality assurance of the treatment machine itself by using this EPID system. The radiation field error was easily observed by edge detection of irradiated field size on EPID image when $0.6^{\circ}$ shift of collimator angle was generated. So, this implemented EPID system could be used as a radiation QA tool.

XML의 출현으로 메타데이터를 이용한 개념수준의 지식 모델링 토대가 구축됨으로써, 추론 기능을 부가하여 실질적인 개념화를 실현하는 온톨로지 기술이 정보시스템의 핵심요소로 부각되고 있다. 온톨로지를 적용함으로써 기존의 정보처리를 지식 처리로 고도화할 수 있으며, 다양한 지식처리 기능을 실현해 낼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업이나 기 관 간의 지식 자원 관리 및 공유, 협업 등이 가능한 JSR 168과 WSRP 기반의 포탈 프레임워크를 구축하고 온톨로지 기술을 응용하여 포틀릿 정보를 의미 수준에서 관리하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문의 온톨로지 기반의 로틀릿 관리 기능을 갖은 엔터프라이즈 포털 시스템은 깁업의 정보 자산 관리와 정보 서비스 향상에 기반 시스템으로 활용될 수 있다.

전자정부 로드맵에 발맞추어 교육인적자원부의 정보화 추진전략을 가시화하고, 지식 기반 업무혁신 포탈을 구축하여 업무 효율성을 제고한 사례를 소개한다. 조직 특유의 전문성을 강화하고, 개인의 업무수행능력 제고를 통한 조직역량 강화를 위해 최적의 지식관리 체계를 구축하고, 정보화 전략체계 추진의 1단계로 행정 업무의 편의를 높일 뿐 아니라 대외 업무와의 효율적인 연계를 이끌어내고자 업무혁신을 위한 포탈 시스템을 구축하였다. 이에 시스템 도입 후 부내 혁신 마인드 제고를 위한 노력과 국민의 참여 반영 현황을 서술하고, 향후 기간 정보시스템 통합 방안과 추진 애로사항을 결론으로 제시한다.

지난 몇 년간 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 기업 환경에는 많은 변화가 있었다. 그 중 하나가 전자적인 형태로 접근할 수 있는 정보 양의 급증이라 할 수 있다. (Martin White, 2000 : 신학철, 2001) E-business 환경에서 이처럼 정보의 양이 급증함에 따라 정보의 효율적인 활용은 기업의 주요 경쟁원천이 되고 있다. 정보의 중요성을 깨달은 기업들은 운영효율성 증가를 위해 백오피스시스템과 프론트오피스시스템 등에 많은 투자를 했다. (안승용, 2001) 하지만 새로운 정보시스템 도입 시 레거시시스템과의 통합을 고려하지 않아 업무효율성 향상을 위한 정보기술이 역으로 업무수행을 저해하는 결과를 초래했다. (Jaydip, 2002) 예컨대 기업의 각 시스템간에 정보의 일관성이 결여되어 있고, 필요한 정보 역시 기업내 여러 시스템에 산재되어 있어 정보의 이용 면에서 효율성이 떨어지는 문제에 직면하게 된 것이다 따라서 기업은 각 시스템에 산재해 있는 정보사용의 효율성을 놀이기 위해 기업 내 다양한 정보시스템간 통합의 필요성을 인식함에 따라 이전까지 분산 환경이던 IT환경이 점차 기업정보포탈(Enterprise Information Portal: EIP)같은 통합 환경으로 바뀌게 되었다. (KRG Report, 2002) EIP는 현재와 E-business를 준비하는 기업에 중요한 관심사항으로 떠오르고 있으며 현재 IBM, MS 같은 글로벌 기업 뿐 아니라 다수의 국내 업체들도 통합 솔루션 시장 진출해 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 EIP의 개념을 살펴보고 기존의 정보시스템과 EIP 관련 연구를 기반으로 새롭게 부상하고 있는 EIP의 성과를 시스템 품질과 정보품질로 측정하여 이들 요인이 EIP사용자의 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관해 연구하였다. 본 논문은 EIP를 도입한 기업을 대상으로 EIP성과에 대한 연구를 진행하여 EIP를 도입하거나 구현중인 기업에게 적합한 경영관리적 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

기존 물관련 시스템들은 독자적인 DB 구조를 가지고 있고 검색 서비스는 자체 시스템의 DB를 직접 접근하여 사용자에게 결과를 제시하는 형식이다. 이러한 서비스의 단점은 사용자가 개별 시스템의 서비스에 대한 지식이 없으면 접근하기 어렵다는 점이다. 개별 시스템의 개별 서비스의 개념을 벗어나기 위하여 물관련 시스템에 있는 하천공간자료 검색 정보를 카탈로그 서버에 등록하고, 카탈로그 서버에 등록된 검색정보를 사용자가 검색하는 방식을 적용하고자 한다. 카탈로그 서버에 자료에 대한 정보를 등록할 때 자료의 정보를 어떻게 기술할 것인가의 문제가 발생한다. 개별 서버마다 등록하게 된다면 용어 및 문화에 의한 차이로 같은 개념을 다른 용어로 등록하게 되는 혼란이 발생할 소지가 있다. 예를 들어 강우자료에 대하여 "강우", "Precipitation", "Railfall", "비" 등으로 등록할 소지가 있다. 이러면 실제 자료가 존재하는 데도 등록 방법에 따라 자료의 검색이 어려워진다. 이러한 상황을 제어하기 위하여 검사어휘(Controlled Vocabulary)를 도입한다. 이는 포털의 운영자가 미리 용어의 개념과 용어의 분류체계를 설정하고 등록 자료의 검색어를 미리 설정하여 자료의 원천 소유자가 자료를 등록 시 검사어휘를 참고하여 등록하거나 또는 등록되지 않는 용어의 자료인 경우 이 용어를 포탈에 신규로 등록한다. 검색용어의 난립을 피하기 위하여 사용자의 신규등록은 포탈의 운영자가 어느 정도 제어할 필요가 있다. 검사어휘의 정립과 하천 관련된 분류체계는 하천공간정보 검색의 포탈을 위한 필수사항이다. 검사어휘의 정립의 주된 목적은 이질성의 극복이다. 이질성의 종류는 문법적 이질성, 데이터 형식과 구조 및 문맥적 이질성이 있다. 이 중에서 문맥적 이질성이 가장 넓고 어려운 문제이다. 단위는 분야마다 호칭이 다르고 채택하는 기준마다 다르다. 유사어는 전문용어라도 분야마다 다르다. 우리나라에서 서비스 인코딩시 국어와 영어를 어떻게 처리할 지에 대한 대책도 필요하다. 수문학의 시계열 자료를 다루는 CUAHSI/HIS의 온톨로지는 대 개념으로 물리학적, 화학적 및 생물학적인 분야로 분류하고 있다. 하천공간정보의 온톨로지 구축을 위해 데이터 분석 및 분류, 온톨로지 요소 설정, 온톨로지 데이터 테이블 작성, 클래스 생성 및 계층화, 클래스 계층화에 따른 속성 설정, 클래스에 적합한 개체 삽입, 논리 관계 확인 및 수정과 같은 과정으로 온톨로지 개발을 진행하고자 한다.

In this paper, a portal system compatible with MRV regulation was designed to monitoring, reporting and verifying $CO_2$ emission and fuel consumption data from an international ship. A portal system supports monitoring and reporting task of international shipping companies and calculates national greenhouse gas inventory. EU MRV law, MRV discussions of IMO, responses of international shipping companies to ship energy efficiency and greenhouse gas regulation, and greenhouse gas statistics on international shipping were analyzed to drive portal system requirements. For ship energy efficiency and $CO_2$ emitted monitoring, a data collection module was designed based on on-board equipment, energy efficiency measuring device and navigation report. Data transfer module with easy management and minimized usage to transfer ship data to shore was designed. A portal system was designed to convert the collected data into the standard reporting format, perform monitoring, statical analysis, verification and auto report generation, and support national greenhouse gas inventory.

전통적인 굴뚝산업으로 대표되는 전력산업에서 경쟁과 효율에 입각한 시장경제 지향의 전력산업구조를 선택하게 되는 배경에는 디지털경제 시대의 도래에 따른 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전과 인터넷을 이용한 e-Business가 전력거래 업무의 주된 흐름으로 정착되고, 효율적인 발전기술의 등장으로 전력산업에 경쟁적인 거래구조의 도입이 가능하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 전기에너지 전자상거래를 위한 통합된 포탈시스템(e-Marketplace)의 구축으로 전기에너지 전자상거래(e-Business)의 주요 기능에 부합되는 전력공급입찰, 전력시장가격 조회, 전력거래대금 청구 및 대금결제 서비스를 종합적으로 제공하는 전력거래 e-Marketplace를 구현할 수 있음을 제시하였으며, 전력거래 업무현장에 전기에너지 전자상거래(e-Business) 비즈니스 모델을 적용함으로써 e-비즈니스 전략에 맞는 인프라와 프로세스를 확보할 수 있고, e-비즈니스 추진결과에 따른 전력거래 고객만족도 향상, 비용절감 등 부가가치 증진 요소가 지속적으로 발견될 수 있음을 제시하였다.
