  • 본 연구에서는 사회, 경제, 교육, 제도 등의 변화 분석을 통해 세계화와 미래화를 위한 노동시장의 변화에 대해 예측하고 미래 산업의 효율적 운영 관리방안 마련 및 시스템적 접근방법을 통한 무한 경쟁체제의 경쟁력 강화 방안 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 산업분석에 대한 계산은 근거와 신뢰성에 대한 의견이 제시될 수 있으나 본 연구에서 고려하고자 한 것은 산업 간의 포지셔닝 계수라는 것을 언급하고자 한다. 결국 포터가 제시한 방법론을 적용은 각 산업 간의 포지셔닝 결정을 위한 상대적 가치 계산이지 산업에 절대적 계산이 아니다.

A Study on the User Segmentation Analysis through POSA method (POSA 분석을 통한 소비자 유형 분류에 관한 연구)

  • 기본적으로 모든 소비자들은 조금씩 다르며, 제품은 그 차이를 극대화 시킴으로써 다양한 소비를 촉진하게 된다. 이와 같은 시장 세분화와 포지셔닝 전략은 디자인 경영에 있어 매우 중요한 전략적 단계라 할 수 있으며, 기업의 소비자 분석의 목적이기도 하다. 다차원 척도법은 군집 분석에서와 마찬가지로 자료에 내재된 구조를 찾아내어 자료를 함축적으로 표현하고자 하는 자료축약형 다변량 분석 기법이다. 패턴 분류의 수량화를 이용하는 POSA(Partial Order Scalogram Analysis)는 MSA(Multidimensional Scalogram Analysis)의 구조화된 방법으로 디자인 전략을 수립하는 단계에서 소비자의 성향을 보다 세분화할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 디자인 리서치 단계에 POSA 방법론을 적용하였을 때 소비자 유형 분류가 가능하다고 보고, 창의적 디자인 컨셉의 도출에 어느 정도 역할을 하는지 알아보고자 함을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 부분적 계층 분석법인 POSA 분석방법을 통하여 사용자의 계층을 세분화하는 방법을 고안하고, 이를 분석함으로써 소비자의 유형을 분류하여 디자인 포지셔닝과 방향을 제시하는 방법론을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 통하여 POSA 기법을 이용한 소비자 유형 분류 방법이 고안되었고, 이를 기반으로 모바일 기기를 위한 프로젝트에 실제 디자인 사례로 적용되었으며, 이러한 소비자 유형 분석을 통하여 타겟 유저의 시나리오 작성 단계에서 창의적 발상을 지원한다는 점을 발견할 수 있었다.

  • This study intended to analyse the factors of brand image and brand image positioning of domestic 20’s female apparel(formal wear) among the consumer groups segmented by benefits sought in apparel and to provide marketing strategy of brand image. The subject of this study were 605 working women in their 20’s living in seoul, and the model sampling was done by convenienced sampling method based on the subjects age and occupation. Survey based on references and former studies was used. and statistical methods such as frequency, percentage, mean, factor analysis, preference regression were applied. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The factor structures of brand image were classified into symbolism/aesthetics, and practicality. 2. Perception, ideal preference vector, and brand preference of brand image were proven to be significantly different among the four segmented consumer groups.

  • 세계 방송장비 시장은 아날로그 방송시대부터 소수의 다국적 기업이 독과점 구도를 형성하여 온 진입장벽이 매우 높은 시장이었으나 그간 시장을 장악해오던 다국적 기업들이 방송장비 시장에서 어려움을 겪는 반면, 글로벌 IT 업체들과 이러한 환경 변화에 발빠르게 대응하고 있는 중견기업들이 성장의 기회를 맞고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 방송장비 제조업의 현황과 글로벌 방송장비 산업의 현황을 비교하여 대표적인 글로벌 방송장비 업체에 대한 벤치마킹을 통해 향후 국내 업체들의 포지셔닝 방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

Establishment of Positioning Strategies in accordance with the Brand Personality of Online Shopping Malls (온라인 쇼핑몰 브랜드 개성에 따른 포지셔닝전략 수립)

  • This study aimed to develop positioning strategies through the preparation of a positioning map by introducing brand personality to online shopping malls. Such a study will be able to furnish useful information for establishing differentiated marketing strategies in the online shopping mall market, which has faced fierce competition. For research subjects, the study was aimed at students who were attending S college in the Busan region. The results of an empirical analysis are as follows. The brand personality of online shopping malls were deduced to be the following factors: "competence refinement", "vitality", "intimateness", and "reliability". Then the study prepared a positioning map with these assessment attributes. As a result, there were mutually significant differences among competitive shopping malls in the positioning of consumers. The most differentiated attributes in the perception of the entire group were discovered to be "intimateness" and "vitality", whereas the least differentiated attribute was found to be "reliability". In addition, also in terms of the preference and ideal points for online shopping malls in accordance with brand personality between the entire group and segmented groups, there were mutually significant differences.

Construction of the Positioning Strategy by Internet Portal Image Appraisal (인터넷 포털이미지 평가에 따른 포지셔닝전략 구축)

  • Currently, due to the rapid growth of Internet businesses, competition is deepening even in Internet portal markets. In markets where competition is severe, companies can no longer hold a competitive advantage if they cannot deliver their own distinguished, unique images to customers. Therefore, this research planned to establish distinguished positioning strategies by comparing competition relationships among portals which go through building positioning maps and understanding the evaluation attributes and ideal points of internal portal images preferred by segmented customer groups. College students who are heavy users of the Internet were selected as research subjects, and they were led to make an evaluation of the image of Internet portals they mainly use. The analysis result showed that attributes distinguished the most among portals were entertainment, additional service, and convenience while the attribute distinguished the least was customer service. Moreover, understanding of preference and ideal points regarding portals also showed significant differences by segmented groups. Such research results are expected to become meaningful raw data in regards to building distinguished market segment strategies in Internet portal markets.

  • The efficient preservation and improvement of stock buildings including houses have become a significant national issue coming into the 21st century. The increase rate of new house demands have lessened and the efficient management and usage of old buildings have become more important. However, lacking research on the effects obtained through remodelling and the perception that it is less profitable than reconstruction have interfered with the vitalization of the market. Also, the excessive profit rate contractors insist have caused conflict between the residents and contractor and weakened market stability. This research examines the related codes, the strengths and weaknesses of marketing positioning in apartment remodelling a rational method for analyzing each project and the working process. A survey was performed to investigate preferences and priorities between the business methods in order to obtain advices that can smoothly progress each project and improve overall building quality. Through this study, the flow of remodeling market is elevated reaching the level in advanced nation.
