In this paper the change point problem of the error terms in linear regression models is considered. Since fixed or stochastic independent variables and weakly dependent errors are assumed, usual multiple regression models and time series models including ARMA are covered. We use the estimates of probability density function based on residuals in order to test the distribution change of the unobserved errors. Under some mild conditions, the test using the residuals is proved to have the same limiting distribution as the test based on true errors.

A strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae BY-366 was found to produce a strong sucrose-hydrolyzing enzyme Using this strain, the optimal culture conditions for the production of invertase were investigated. The results are as follows : 1. For enzyme production, optimal temperature, initial pH and critical concentrations of sucrose and raffinose were 3$0^{\circ}C$, 5.0 and 3.0%, respectively. 2. Enzyme production was reached maximum by organic nitrogen source, 0.3% yeast extract plus 0.5% bactopeptone. 3. It was appeared the presence of 0.1 M Mn2+ and Fe2+ ion was essential factors, on the other hand, 0.1 M Ag+ and Hg2+ ion almost block in yeast growth and enzyme production. 4. Invertase productivity was reached maximum within 3 days on stationary culture with medium-composed of sucrose 3%, bactopeptone 0.5%, yeast extract 0.3%, KEHPO. 0,1%, MgSO4.7H2O 0.05%.

A strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae BY-366 was isolated to produce a strong sucrose-hydrolyzing enzyme. After entrapment of yeast cell invertase with alginate, enzymatic properties of immobilized cells were investigated. The results are as follows. 1. The optimum pH of invertase in immobilized cells and non- immobilized cells was 6.0 and 5.0, and pH stability of invertase in immobilized cells and non- immobilized cells was 6.0 and 5.0, respectively. 2 Activation energy of immobilized cells was 4.7 kcal/mol. 3 The immobilized preparation exhibited high resistance to heat and urea Induced denaturation. 4, The bead size less than 2 mm in diameter was desirable. 5. In spite of repeated use, the enzyme activity of immobilized cells was inhibited slightly in batch reaction, and a small column of the immobilized preparation could hydrolyze relatively high concentration of sucrose almost quantitatively to more than 6 days.

This paper tries to comprehensively investigate the problems of using methods especially statistical methods, which are currently emphasizing and controversial issues in the study of public administration, focusing on papers in Korean Public Administration Review for five years(1994 through 1998). Based upon the investigation, the purpose of the paper is to identify problems and recommend remedies in the education of statistical methods for the field of public administration.

영상은 주파수 분포로 볼 때, 크게 에지 영역과 평탄 영역으로 구분할 수 있다. 또한 각 영역 안에서도 다양한 주파수 분포를 가지고 있다. 기존의 가중치 합(weighted-sum)기반의 방법으로는 다양한 주파수 변화를 포괄하기가 어렵고, 특히 고주파 성분을 효과적으로 보전할 수 없다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 영상의 국부 영역의 주파수 특성에 기반을 둔 deinterlacing 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법에서는 우선 영상을 에지 영역과 평탄 영역으로 구분하였다. 그런 다음, 각 영역에 대해 신경 회로망을 할당하였다. 또한 각 영역에 대해서 저주파 성분과 고주파 성분으로 모듈화된 신경 회로망을 사용하여 각 영역 안에서의 주파수 특성의 변화에 잘 반응할 수 있게 하였다. 모의 실험에서 제안 알고리즘은 단일 신경 회로망의 경우나 기존의 다른 알고리즘들보다 개선된 성능을 보여주었다

Objectives: The purposes of this study were to describe comprehensive health promotion policies for university students in Korea and to discuss the implications based on the socio-ecological approaches. Methods: A web-based search was performed to identify empirical programs and literature to develop health promotion policies and strategies in university settings. Results: Five domains for policy development are suggested for comprehensive health promotion policies in universities: evidence-based policy development; establishment of supportive policy through network and partnership; infrastructure of university; systems approach with education, environment, enforcement and policy tailored for universities; and sustainability for policy implementation. Conclusions: For healthy universities and students, government, community, health professionals, organizations and universities are all responsible as main agents for the five domains suggested in this study. Multi-level approaches with political, organizational and environmental changes should be sustained as an ongoing process.

전기기기 최적설계 프로세스는 목적함수 계산을 위한 특성해석 부분과 최적화 알고리즘 부분으로 구분된다. 여기서 수렴시간 중 대부분을 특성해석에서 차지하므로 수렴시간을 줄이기 위해서는 목적함수 호출을 최소화하기 위한 최적화 알고리즘의 전략적 선택이 요구되며, 아울러 전기기기 설계가 가지는 Multimodal한 특성을 충분히 고려해 줄 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 특성 함수 호출의 최소화를 위해 지역탐색 기법인 MADS(Mesh Adaptive Direct Search)와 전역 최적해 탐색 가능성을 높이기 위해 확률론적 최적화 알고리즘인 G.A(Genetic Algorithms)를 유기적으로 결합하여 전기기기 최적설계에 요구되는 전반적인 특징을 포괄한 미미틱 알고리즘을 구현하였으며, 구현된 알고리즘을 테스트 함수에 적용하여 수렴결과를 나타내었다.

정보기술의 발달과 함께 정보시스템을 보호하기 위한 정보보안관리문제는 모든 기관 및 조직에서 반드시 짚고 가야 하며, 조직 전반에 걸쳐 표준적인 관리지침을 통해 포괄적으로 검토되어야 하는 문제로 대두되고 있다. 그러나, 현행 국방관련조직은 전반적으로 보안관리방법과 관리모델이 정립되지 않은 실정이므로 정보보안관리를 위한 표준관리 지침이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문은 정보시스템을 운영하는 조직 전반의 보안상태를 평가하는데 유용한 방법론인 정보보안관리규격(BS7799)을 적용함으로서 전사적인 관점에서의 국방정보체계 정보보안관리모델을 제안하고자 한다.

This paper attempts to pursue the internal characters of gambling games. After examining the concepts of gambling and arranging related theories, we found that gambling games have 3 factors of technical intervention, betting and ratio of payment. The betting is subdivided 3 factors of existence of betting, unit speed of betting and extendibility of betting. These factors may be used to a framework of conceptual analysis to gambling games. If social and cultural factors can be added to these factors, gambling games can be comprehensively and empirically analyzed.

전략물자라 함은 군사적 목적으로만 이용되는 군전용의 물자만이 아닌 민수품까지도 포괄하는 개념이다. 전략물자에 포함되는 민수품은 군사적 목적으로도 사용될 수 있는 품목으로서 국제적으로는 이중용도(Dual Use)품목으로 불리어진다. 이러한 군전용 물품과 이중용도품목이 분쟁국가나 국제평화를 저해할 우려가 있는 국가로 수출이 되어 군사력의 과도한 확장에 이용되지 않도록 하기위한 제도가 전략물자 수출통제제도이다. 국제사회에서 안보와 평화를 위한 규범으로 시행되고 있는 전략물자 수출통제 강화 추세에 적절히 대응하지 못할 경우, 우리 업체의 피해는 물론 국가 이미지에 심대한 타격을 받을 수 있으므로 우리나라도 정부·기업이 역할을 분담하는 방향으로 전략물자 수출통제 강화방안이 마련되었다. 본 고에서는 기업리스크 관리를 위한 전략물자 무역관리를 위해 한국무역협회에서 발간한‘알기 쉽게 풀어 쓴 전략물자 무역관리’내용을 발췌하여 연재한다.
