The purpose of this study is to investigate incidence rates of complications in response to the introduction of quality evaluation of the DRG(diagnosis related group) payments, focusing on an increasing number of patients with lens surgery as the population aging increases.Fourthly, there were three dependent variables ('vitreous prolapse', 'IOP elevations', and 'other complications') in this study, and therefore multivariate logistic regression was performed. The result of the analysis indicates that as the number of hospitalized days increased, vitreous prolapse decreased to 0.27 times(95% CI 0.08~1.00) and IOP elevation decreased by 0.14 times(95% CI 0.03~1.59), compared to other complications, and this was statistically significant. From the above results, this study is meaningful in that it has compared the evaluation results of the appropriateness of DRG payment and the medical quality for lens surgery complications patients, in response to the introduction of quality evaluation by DRG payment.

This study aimed to identify appropriateness and efficiency in the DRG payment system by analysing the hospital length of stay and changes in fees before and after the application of DRG payment system. The subjects of the study were a total of 398 patients consisting of 204 for the fee for service system and 194 for the DRG payment system. They received surgery in the Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGY) department of a general hospital in G metropolitan city between January and December 2013. The mean hospital length of stay was significantly decreased after application of the DRG payment system(p=0.013). Total fees, insurance charges, and deductions increased significantly(p<0.001), and non-payment charges and total deductions decreased significantly(p<0.001). Application of the DRG payment system reduced length of stay, non-payment charges and total patient's cost sharing and increased out-of-pocket, insurance charges, and total fees.

현행 건설일용근로자의 포괄임금 계약에 대한 대법원의 판결과 고용노동부의 지침이 변경되어 혼란이 야기되고 있다. 고용노동부는 지난 8월 8일 건설 일용근로자의 포괄임금제 업무처리 지침을 변경하고 일선 사업장에 시정 지시 공문을 발송하고 있다. 새로 변경된 건설 일용근로자의 포괄임금제 업무처리 지침은 일당제 일용근로자의 고용형태를 두 가지로 구분하여 일급에 포함되었다고 볼 수 있는 수당과 그렇지 않은 수당을 명시하고 있다. 일급에 포함되었다고 볼 수 없는 수당의 경우 해당 근로수당을 포함하여 체결된 근로계약이 부적정하다는 입장이며, 이에 따라 일당제 일용근로자를 사용하고 있는 사업장에 시정지시를 하고 있다는 것이다. 그러나 현행 판례 및 행정해석, 기존 고용노동부의 지침은 제수당을 미리 합산한 일정금액을 지급하기로 하는 포괄임금 계약을 인정하고 있다. 이처럼 판례와 고용노동부의 지침이 서로 다르고, 새로 변경된 고용노동부의 지침을 반영하는 새로운 판례가 아직까지 나오지 않았기 때문에 사업장에서는 사례별로 유연한 대응이 필요하다.

The scope of umbrella clause is very important because it is possible to extend or reduce the range of protection of the investment. Umbrella clause stipulated in the majority of BIT is often controversial, since there is no established criteria for the scope. So, this study considered ICSID arbitration cases related to the scope of umbrella clause. There are two different approaches for the scope of umbrella clause by arbitral tribunals. First, all of the disputes on the investment contract elevated to the disputes on the BIT. And umbrella clause can be applied that the host state entered into investment contract not only as a sovereign but also as a merchant. Second, all of the claims on the investment contract don't elevate to the claims on the BIT. Umbrella clause can be applied only if the host state violates the protected investment contractual rights and obligation under the BIT. And umbrella clause can be applied that the host state entered into investment contract as a sovereign but not as a merchant. Therefore, this study suggests to concretely specify the scope of umbrella clause under the BIT. And it is necessary to improve predictability by establishing continual database of the scope of umbrella clause and to prepare for investment disputes related to the scope of umbrella clause.

The purpose of the national library is to collect all publications as part of the national heritage and preserve them. This study is undertaken to determine the coverage of the book collection of the National Library of Korea. Bibliographies for the year 2007 and 2008 publications are obtained from the Kyobo Book Centre and sampled 10 % systematically to be used as checklists. Coverage was determined by searching the citations against the OPAC of the National Library of Korea. Results indicate 92.25% of coverage for the books published in 2008, 78.10% coverage for the books published in 2007, and the cumulative coverage is 85.16%. The analysis shows time lag and subject fields with low coverage. Results are compared with previous studies. Reasons for the unpossessed books, such as delay of deposit and publisher characteristics, are identified. Recommendations for the coverage improvements and future research are suggested.

GJ는 인자적 다형성(Parametric Polymorphism)을 사용할 수 있도록 Java를 확장한 언어이다. 인자적 다형성은 포괄적 프로그래밍을 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 객체지향성의 이론적 결함을 메워줄 수 있는 언어 기능이다. 그러나 일반성이 놓아지면 상대적으로 효율성은 감소하기 때문에 반대로 일반성을 제약하여 효율성을 높여야만 할 때가 많다. C++에서는 특정한 타입에 대해서는 특화된 코드가 사용될 수 있도록 하여 효율성의 손실을 메울 수 있는 기능을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 포괄적 프로그래밍으로 일반성과 재사용성을 높이고 타입 인수의 특수화를 통해 일반성에서 오는 효율성 손실을 막기 위한 방법으로, GJ의 의미론을 확장하고 그 실용적인 타당함을 보이기 위한 몇 가지 예제를 기술하였다. 그리고 이러한 기능적 확장에 따르는 이점과 단점을 열거하였다.

다양성은 문화산업의 기반을 풍부하게 해주는 중요한 요소이다. 다양성영화는 비주류, 다문화, 소수, 마니아 적인 성격을 가지고있는 예술영화, 다큐멘터리, 독립영화를 포괄하는 개념이다. 이러한 개념을 바탕으로 하는 다양성영화는 지역의 다양한 소재를 활용하고 다양한 의견을 포괄할 수 있어서 문화적인 풍부함을 이룰 수 있게 하는 근간이 된다. 이 글에서는 다양성영화가 문화산업의 기반 구조를 충실히 하는 중요한 매개가 될 수 있음을 보이고 이를 고찰하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify nursing demands according to general characteristics and diseases of inpatients to whom comprehensive payment systems apply. Methods: This study was designed as a retrospective research study using the electronic medical records of Hospital Information Systems (HIS). Participants were 836 subjects who received seven Diagnostic-Related Group diagnoses among inpatients of one tertiary hospital from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. Results: Nursing demand among inpatients'seven Diagnostic-Related Group diagnoses was relatively higher for appendectomy, cataract surgery, and hysterectomy, while there was a significant difference depending on the age, duration of admission, admission path, hospital entry method and Diagnostic-Related Group. Conclusion: The results can be utilized as basic data on accurate nursing demands that reflect various features of patients.

본 논문에서는 최적화 알고리즘인 유전자 알고리즘과 context-based FCM 클러스터링 방법을 이용하여 새로운 형태의 RBF 뉴럴 네트워크의 포괄적인 설계 방법론을 소개한다. 제안된 구조는 클러스터링 기법을 기반하여 사용된 데이터의 특성에 효과적인 모델을 구축하고자 한다. 또한 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 모델의 최적화에 주요한 영향을 미치는 파리미터들(-은닉층에서의 contex의 수, contex에 포괄되는 노드의 수, 그리고 contex에 입력되는 입력변수)을 동조한다. 제안된 모델의 설계 공정은 1) K-means 클러스터링을 통한 context fuzzy set에 대한 정의와 설계, 2) context-based fuzzy clustering에 대한 모델의 적용과 이에 따른 모델 구축의 효율성, 3) 유전자 알고리즘을 통한 모델 최적화를 위한 파라미터들의 최적화와 같은 단계로 구성되어 있다. 구축된 RBF 뉴럴 네트워크의 후반부 다항식에 대한 parameter들은 성능지수를 최소화하기 위해 Least Square Method에 의해서 보정된다. 본 논문에서는 모델을 설계함에 있어서 체계적인 설계 알고리즘을 포괄적으로 설명하고 있으며, 더 나아가 제안된 모델의 성능을 다른 표준적인 모델들과 대조함으로써 제안된 모델의 우수성을 나타내고자 한다.
