전기자동차 폐배터리를 이용한 에너지저장장치 구성에 관한 기술동향 분석

  • 전기 자동차 및 신재생에너지 시장 확대로 EV, HEV, LEV 등 전기자동차의 수요가 증가함에 따라 2020년을 기점으로 백만개 이상의 리튬-이온 폐배터리가 생성될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 폐배터리는 잔여용량이 80%수준에서 교체되고 있어서 화학적 분해를 통한 재활용 이전에 안정적인 에너지저장장치로서 재사용할 수 있는 가능성을 보유하고 있다. 본고에서는 향후 지속적으로 발생이 예상되는 전기자동차의 폐배터리를 이용하여 에너지저장장치를 구성하는 방법에 대하여 다양한 다양한 국내외 기관들의 기술 및 연구동향에 대해 알아보고, 이를 바탕으로 효율적인 에너지저장장치 구성방법과 이를 확산하기 위한 사업화 방안 등을 알아본다.

Radiologic Evaluation for Differentiating Benign from Malignant Solitary Pulmonary Nodule (고립성 폐결절에서 양, 악성 감별을 위한 화상적 고찰)

  • We are now detecting an increasing number of solitary pulmonary nodules (SPNs) that are difficult to diagnosis. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the useful radiologic findings for differentiating benign from malignant pulmonary nodules. Material and Method: The high-resolution CT (HRCT) findings of SPNs smaller than 3 cm in largest diameter were evaluated in 134 patients with malignant and benign nodules in regard to internal structures, margin characteristics, and surrounding parenchymal responses. Result: The nodules with the area of ground-glass attenuation (GGA) greater then 50% were noted in adenocarcinoma, inflammatory lesions and some of metastatic tumors, and the lesions greater than 90% were noted only in adenocarcinoma. The area of GGA in non-adenocarcinoma, benign tumors and tuberculomas were less than 50%, and mainly less than 10%. The findings of air bronchogram, spiculation, lobulation, vascular involvement, and pleural indentation were some noted at every types of malignant tumors, but especially high over than 30% in adenocarcinomas. Conclusion: Most peripheral lung adenocarcinomas form a characteristic radiologic findings especially in HRCT. Evaluation of these findings would be helpful in differentiating between lung cancer, especially adenocarcinoma, and other lesions.

Synthesis of SiC from the Wire Cutting Slurry of Silicon Wafer and Graphite Rod of Spent Zinc-Carbon Battery (폐 반도체 슬러리 및 폐 망간전지 흑연봉으로부터 탄화규소 합성)

  • The synthesis of SiC used for the parts of the gas turbine and the heat exchanger, was carried out. In this study, wire cutting slurry of silicon wafer and the graphite rod of spent zinc-carbon battery were applied to the starting materials for the synthesis. The powders of Si or Si+SiC were obtained from the waste material by filtration, gravity separation and magnetic separation. Graphite powder was produced by dismantling, grinding and gravity separation from spent zinc-carbon battery. The synthesis of SiC could be completed from the mixture powders of Si and C or Si+SiC and C at the condition of equivalent ratio of Si and C, atmosphere of Ar or vacuum, temperature of above 1$600^{\circ}C$ and 2 hours reactions. The purity of synthesized Si-C was above 99%.

  • Purpose: Although infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) are at risk of developing secondary pulmonary hypertension (PH), which is associated with significant morbidity and mortality, little has been reported about the incidence, clinical course and prognosis of PH secondary to BPD in premature infants. This study was done to investigate the incidence, risk factors, clinical course, and the ultimate prognosis of PH developed secondary to BPD in very low birth weight infants (<1,500 g). Methods: Medical records of very low birth weight infant (VLBWI) admitted to Samsung Medical Center NICU from January 2000 to July 2007 were reviewed retrospectively. BPD was defined by Jobe's classification. The diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension was established as velocity of tricuspid valve regurgitation (TR) ${\geq}$3 m/s and a flattening of the intraventricular septum by conducting Doppler echocardiography. Results: The incidence of pulmonary hypertension was 6% in VLBWI with BPD and it developed in moderate to severe BPD. The diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension was made on postnatal 133 days (range 40-224 days) and the risk factors related to developing pulmonary hypertension were severe BPD, small for gestational age and outborn infants. The mortality rate was 57% and especially higher in severe BPD (70%). The time to recovery spent 3 months (range 1-10 months) in survived patients. Conclusion: Based on the results of this research, pulmonary hypertension secondary to BPD in VLBWI related to severity of BPD and had a poor prognosis. We expect that regular long-term echocardiography may be helpful in treating reversible in VLBWI with moderate to severe BPD.

The production of media and optimal additive rate using the cultivation media wastes of Pleurotus eryngii (큰느타리버섯 폐배지 이용 배지 제조 및 적정 첨가비율)

  • After bottle culture of Pleurotus eryngii, media were taken out the bottle and normally utilized compost. However, nutritional elements were remained in the waste media. This study was carried out to investigate the reusable possibility and the optimal additive rate of waste media in an artificial cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii. The pH had tendency to decrease as the waste media was added from 6.0 to 4.8. Based on the additive rate of 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50%, each treatment waste media was added to new media for culturing Pleurotus eryngii. Among various treatments, the mycelial growth and primordia formation of Pleurotus eryngii were more favorable in the addition of 10-30% waste median than in the addition of 40 and 50%. The yield of its fruiting body was increased slightly in the treatment of 10-30% waste media.

  • Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma, originating from the vascular endothelium, is a very rare and low-grade malignancy. World-wide, about 50 cases of pulmonary epithelioid hemangioendothelioma have been reported. This is more common in female and is usually shown as multiple nodules in both lung fields. A 41-year-old male, who had suffered from right pleuritic chest pain for 3 months, was initially diagnosed as adenocarcinoma under bronchofiberscopic biopsy. At that time, the stage of tumor according to the TNM staging was llla. He received bronchoscopic biopsy again during follow-up period and it was diagnosed as hamartoma. After surgery, the final diagnosis was pulmonary epithelioid hemangioendothelioma.

  • 간질성 폐질환(Interstitial Lung Disease) 컴퓨터지원진단(Computer-Aided Diagnosis: CAD)시스템은 방사선의사들이 흉부 X-ray영상에서 석회화와 섬유화를 탐지하고자 적용하였다. 진단 중에 발생할 수 있는 오진율을 줄이고 간질성 폐질환이 존재하는 폐야에서 이상유무를 판단하여 검출을 표시하도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 흉부영상에서의 간질성 폐질환을 검출하기 위해 폐 텍스처(texture)의 물리적 척도를 측정하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 2차원의 푸리에 변환으로부터 얻어지는 파워스펙트럼(power spectrum) 분석에 기반을 두는 방법으로 각각의 ROI(Region Of Interest)에서 구한 평균제곱자승오차(Root Mean Sguare: RMS)와 파워스펙트럼의 첫 번갠 모멘트(Moment)는 폐 텍스처의 밀도변동의 크기(magnitude)와 섬세함(fineness)을 나타낸다. 실험결과 다양한 간질성폐질환을 가진 비정상 폐 텍스처의 RMS와 첫 번째 모멘트와는 차이가 있었다. 디지텔 흉부영상으로부터 계산되어진 정량화된 텍스처의 척도는 방사선의사의 간질성 폐 질환을 진단함에 효율적인 질환 탐지를 가능하게 하였으며 진단율을 향상시킬 수 있었다.

An Immunohistological and Immunogold Study on the Fibronectin Reacions in Rat Lung Differentiation (흰쥐 폐의 분화과정에서 폐포막내 Fibronectin발현에 대한 면역조직학적 연구)

  • 배경 :폐포내 fibronectin(FN)의 분포와 역할은 많은 연구자에 의하여 연구되어왔다. 흰주에서 폐의 분화시 FN은 태자에서 폐포의 기저막에 주로 분포되고 간엽조직에서도 관찰되면 분화가 진행되면 폐포막의 간질조직에 FN의 함량이 높아진다. 또 FN은 일반적으로 폐포대식세포(alveolar macrophage)에서 분비되고 폐에 질병이 발생하였을 때 다량의 FN이 폐포대식세포에서 분비된다고 보고되어 있다(Schoenberger 등 1984: Ozaki 등 1990; Rom 등 1987 ; Cordier 등 1990) 저자는 흰쥐의 폐포발생이 진행중인 폐포기 후반에서의 폐포막내 정상적인 FN이니 분포의 변화와폐포를 구성하는 큰 폐포세포(type II pneumocyte)에서의 FN의 분비여부를 면역조직염색법과 전자현미경을 이용하여 추적하고자하였다 실험대상 및 방법: 청정동물실에서 사육한 SPF 흰쥐(Sprague-Dawley 계)를 임신시켜 질도말법을 이용하여 태령을 정한 뒤 태아제 17일 및 20일 출생 제 1일, 2일, 3일, 5일, 및 7일의 신생흰쥐를 실험동물로 사용하였으며 대조군의 흰쥐는 체중 200ㅎ의 건강한 수컷을 사용하였다 흰쥐의 폐조직은 면역조직염색을 위해 rabbit anti rat fibronectin polyclonal antibody를 일차항체로 biotinylated goat anti rabbit IgG를 이차항체로 사용하여 폐실질세포내 FN의 분포를 LM으로 관찰하였고 한편 폐포막을 구성하는 세포 중 큰폐포세포가 FN을 분비하는 세포인지를 추적하기 위해 금과립을 첨가한 항체를 사용하여 큰 폐포세포내 FN의 분포를 EM을 이용해서 추적한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다 결과 : 제 17일 및 20일 태아시기의 폐에서의 혈관주위에 강한 FN반응이 관찰되었다 출생후 폐포막의 FN의 활성은 출생후 5일 및 7일에 최고주에 달했다. 출생직후 1-2일경에 혈관의 조직내 FN의 활성이 양성을 나타내지만 3일이후 활성이감소되었다. 폐포대식세포내 FN의 활성은 출생후 증가되었다. 폐조직내 소기관지의 FN의 활성은 출생후 완만하게 상승되었다. 큰 폐포세포는 출생 1-3일에 일정량의 FN 반응이 세포질과 미세융모내에 관찰되었다. 결론 : 이상과 같은 결과로 흰쥐의 폐포의 분화과정이 계속되는 출생후 폐에서 FN의 분비는 7일이내에 성숙흰쥐의 폐포내 반응과 비슷한 반응으르 보이며 이때 폐의 실질조직은 분화가 거의 완료되었을 것으로 사료되었고 큰 폐포세포에서도 FN이 분비되는 것으로 결론지울수 있다.

  • The bronchopulmonary sequestration is a region of the lung parenchyma that has an incomplete or no connection with the airways and is supplied by an aberrant artery arising from the aorta or one of its branches. The anatomy of the supplying artery is very important during operation. A case of pulmonary sequestration supplied with the left gastric artery is presented. The patient was 61 years old male and had hemoptysis. The chest CT showed cystic bronchiectasis in the left lower lung with few air-fluid level. Also, in aortogram, arterial supply was The aortogram also showed arterial supply coming from the left gastric artery of abdominal aorta branches. Left lower lobectomy and abnormal arterial ligation were performed.
