주부들이 원하는 아파트 실내공간의 평면구성특성에 대한 연구 (A study on the Interior Space Composition of Apartment desired by Housewives)

  • The aim of the study was to grasp the current trends and to predict the future trends of space composition characteristics by analyzing floorplans drawn by housewives as their ideal apartments. The content analysis method was used for this study. This research used data from a competition held in 1993 by a housing construction company. Among 3,102 floorplans collected 12,232 were selected by Proportional Stratified Sampling Method. The major findings are as follows; 1) Some major features were interpreted as current trends; respondents wanted new rooms that could accomodate various functions separated the private spaces from public trends; they wanted to expand the verandah both visually and actually put importance on the number of bathrooms and have the space for outdoor living and leisure activities.

보물로 지정된 주택의 특성에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of Residential Buildings designated as Korean National Treasures)

  • 한국의 전통문화를 보존, 전승시키는데 도움을 주는 자료를 얻기 위하여 보물로 지정된 주택의 특성을 파악하는데, 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구내용은 전국에 보물로 지정된 11개 주택에 대하여 건립연대, 소재지, 외관특성(기단, 기둥, 지붕의 형태), 평면형태를 분석하는 것이다. 연구결과, 보물로 지정된 11개 주택은 모두 조선시대의 주택으로 경북에 9개(81.8%)가 위치하고 있었다. 외관특성으로 기단은 모두 석축기단이나 단 수는 1단부터 9단으로 다양하며, 기둥은 원주나 방주를 사용하고 있으며, 지붕은 팔작지붕(63.6%)이 많았다. 보물로 지정된 주택은 7개가 별당형식으로 지어진 사랑채이며, 4개는 사랑채가 몸체와 연결되어 있거나 아주 인접해 있었다. 사랑채 부분의 평면형태는 -자형이 10개(90.9%)이며, 1개만이 L자형이었다. 공간구성은 방과 대청이 기본적인 구성으로 부엌이 없는 것이 특징이었다.

초고층 주상복합 아파트 단위평면의 공간구성에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on Spatial Composition of the Reusing Unit in High-rise Mixed-Use Condominium)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of unit plans in the high-rise mixed-use condominium and to provide the data fur architectural planning and design. The tools of statistical analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, cross-tab, and correlation. The results of this study are as fellows; The most frequently found shape of unit is a deformed polygon. The common rooms in housing units are dressing room, powder room, offset-kitchen, family room, passage, hallway, and foyer. The specially prepared spaces are wash room, home bar, independent porch, and garden. As to room size and area ratio in a dwelling unit, those of living room are biggest and highest irrespective of unit size. As the floor area of unit increases, does the size of each room and space but the area ratio of each room decreases. This research is made to develop an Apartment Information System. This integrated information system is to be designed to provide residents of high-rise mixed-use condominiums with convenient, economical, and safe life.

수준별 이동식 수업에 따른 고등학교의 평면구성 변화에 대한 분석 (An Analysis of the Change of the Plan Composition in High School through the Checking of Present Use of Migratory Class by Level)

  • The purpose of this research is to find out the problem of plan composition by use the school building. The research was performed through the checking of 13 high schools which were built after 1997 in Busan. Followings are the result of the research. Presently, all the schools are divided classes into different levels and teach students, however, it is only limited to English and Mathematics and being carried on mostly for 1st graders. Moreover, although the plan is composed Department System plan which intended to ues new various learning method, schools have changed their plan into Usual with Variation type which is old educational program and renovated a few classes for certain subjects. Due to above reasons, the new kinds of space for Department System plan is used only as a study room by reform or even not used at all. Therefore, improvement of those problems are significant in schools.

유전체 물질을 삽입한 N-channel FinFETs의 전기적 특성

  • 집적회로의 밀도가 높이기 위해 단일 소자의 크기를 줄이는 과정에서 발생하는 소자의 성능 저하를 줄이기 위해 새로운 구조 및 구성 물질을 변경하는 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 기존의 평면 구조를 변형한 3차원 구조의 n-channel FinFet는 소자의 구성 물질을 바꾸지 않고도 쇼트 채널효과와 누설전류를 줄일 수 있다. 다양한 구조의 유전 물질을 응용한 n-channel FinFEET은 기존의 n-channel FinFET보다 소자의 크기를 줄일 수 있는 가능성을 제시하고 있다. FinFETs에 관한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔지만, 유전체 물질을 이용한 n-channel FinFETs의 구조에 대한 연구는 매우 적다. 본 연구는 FinFET의fin channel 영역에 유전 물질을 삽입하여 그 영향을 분석한 연구이다. FinFET의 fin channel 영역에 유전 물질을 삽입하여 평면 구조의 MOSFET에서 fully depletion SOI 구조와 같은 동작을 하도록 만들었다. 유전 물질을 삽입한 FinFET 소자의 전기적 특성을 3차원 TCAD 시뮬레이션을 툴을 이용하여 계산하였다. 유전 물질을 삽입한 n-channel FinFET에서 전자 밀도와 측면 전계의 영향이 기존의 FinFET보다 좋은 특성을 확인하였다. 또한 유전물질을 삽입한 FinFETs은 subthershold swing, 누설전류, 소비전력을 줄여 주었다. 이러한 결과는 n-Channel FinFETs의 성능을 향상시키는데 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

  • Recently, our country is caused with economic growth and development and city intensive brazier being caused by industrial accident, crime accident and suicide of traffic facility, it is caused by with Western dietary life and the emergency patient is to an increase tendency. And the life increases with medical development and the medical emergency demand of the old people are increasing. Approximately 80% of the patients are non-emergent patients who receive ambulatory care and the rest 20% of the patients are serio us- emergent patients Emergency patients because non-strategy it is doing with function as imported medical treatment and provides, equipment, the operation is being impossible with manpower tribal etc.

최근 수도권 모델하우스에 나타난 공간구성 경향에 관한 연구 (Planning Features of Recent House Showrooms in the Seoul Metropolitan Areas)

  • The focus of this study was on spatial and interior characterization of recently developed and marketed apartments. The house showrooms in the Seoul Metropolitan Areas that have recently been open were selected and analyzed. The floor plans and relevant materials via website for each showroom provided by major housing development companies were examined, and site visits were made. The finding of this study indicated that high-tech systems were applied to heighten security and safety. It was revealed that various exterior design features were adopted and emphasized, so they affected spatial composition and utilization. Another finding was the use of environmentally friendly materials and features as indoor air quality became an emerging concern. Additionally, it was noticed that features in relation to open housing and interior finishes became more customized to meet different needs of consumers. Therefore, the characteristics of recent house showrooms were summarized into high-tech, environmental friendliness, and customization.

가상현실 기반 3차원 공간에 대한 감정적 반응 - 다른 평면 구성을 가진 1인 주거에 대한 뇌파 반응을 중심으로 - (Emotional Responses toward 3D Space based on Virtual Reality - Focus on EEG Response to Single-Person Housing with Different Plan Configuration -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the affection of plan configuration on human emotion using Virtual Reality. A total of four different plan configuration was selected according to the prior study and built using Virtual Reality. The EEG was measured and then calculated using FFT to measure human emotion in different plan configurations. The measurements were shown to lead there was a significant statistical difference in four types of brainwaves between the plan types(p<0.05). This indicates that there is a possibility of plan configuration may exacerbate psychological disorder among single-person household and suggests that it is possible to counteract those stress among single-person household by changing the plan configuration in the earlier designing stage.

3차원 두부영상의 기준좌표계 설정을 위한 연구: II부 수평기준면과 정중시상면의 재현성 (Formulation of a reference coordinate system of three-dimensional head & neck images: Part II. Reproducibility of the horizontal reference plane and midsagittal plane)

  • 본 연구는 삼차원 두부 영상을 위치시키기 위한 좌표계를 구성하는 방법에 대해 제안하기 위해, CT data에서 기존의 두부방사선 계측사진에서 쓰이는 점들을 선정하고, 이를 바탕으로 수평, 수직평면의 안정성을 조사하였다. 서울대학교 치과병원에 내원한 환자 18명의 CT자료를 채득하였으며, 모든 환자는 서울대학교 병원 진단방사선과에서 촬영하였다 (Somatom Plus 4 Siemens, Erlangen Germany). V works for surgery4.0 (Cybermed Inc.. Seoul. Korea)을 이용하여 3차원 좌표축을 선정하고, 계측점을 선택하였다. 좌표축을 동일하게 설정하기 위해 7개의 점(reference point)을 4*4*2 pixel size의 voxel로 따로 표시하였다. 계측점을 선정한 후, V surgery (Cybermed Inc., Seoul, Korea)에서 각 점의 좌표값을 추출하였다. 각각의 점들은 2회 반복 선정한 후 점들을 조합하여 수평, 수직평면의 재현성을 평가한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 수평 기준면의 재현도는 S-Cl평면을 제외하고는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 사잇각은 FH평면이 가장 작게 나타났다. FH평면은 Po과 Or중 어느 3점을 선택하더라도, 통계적으로 유사한 재현도를 보였다. FH1과 FH2의 사잇각과 FH3과 FH4의 사잇각은 $1^{\circ}$ 이하의 적은 오차를 보이며, FH3와 FH4의 사잇각이 통계적으로 더 작은 차이를 보였다. 정중시상면의 재현도는 FMS-Nc, Na-Rh, Na-AHS Rh-ANS, FR-PNS를 기준으로 설정한 경우를 제외하면, $0.61{\sim}1.93^{\circ}$의 양호한 값을 보였다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 공간에서 정의되는 평면의 재현도는 평면을 정의하는 점 자체의 식별오차뿐 아니라, 각 점의 위치관계에도 영향을 받는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 안정적인 3차원 기준 좌표계를 구성하려면 양측 Po과 편측 Or으로 구성되는 평면을 수평기준면으로, 수평면에 수직이고, Foramen Spinosum의 중점과 Nc를 포함하는 평면을 수직기준면으로. 수평면과 수직면에 수직이고. clinoidale나 sella, PNS를 지나는 평면을 전두면으로 설정하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다.

생활한옥의 평면구성에 관한 연구 - 전남지방을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Planning of Improved-Hanok - Focused on Jeon-Nam Province -)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a method of developing an improved Hanok. To achieve this, an investigation was carried out on the factors of the main floor plan in the improved Hanok development and an interview was conducted with residents who live in the improved Hanok development. The conclusions obtained through this study are as follows: First, The shape of 一 was marked at the highest in the Korean traditional plan types such as 一, ㄱ and 田. It is considered that this reduces the cost of construction by simplifying the structure of the roof. Second, the size was consisted of $5{\times}3$ Kan, the Korean traditional module that determines the number of columns and expresses the position of the inner wall. However, the Kan measure ments for the bathroom and multi-purpose room differed. Third, 57.6% of the 2 bedroom units were investigated. However, 60% of the residents preferred 3 bedroom units. Fourth, the results of the relationship between the living room and the kitchen showed that the residents preferred L+DK type to LDK type by 54.2% and 45.8% respectively. Fifth, the residents preferred a bathroom constructed next to the bedroom because they considered that the improved Hanok development would be used as an Inn during holiday periods. Moreover, they desired a plan where the bathroom could be directly entered from the outside. Sixth, the design for the improved Hanok development should have a suitable multipurpose-room because 72.5% of the residents have extended their house to accommodate such a room. Seventh, 61% of the improved Hanok units had an entrance space, which does not exist in Korean traditional houses. For this reason, the Korean traditional floor (: the Maru) was avoided due to its inconvenience.
