Currently there are many standards of network management. They are : SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol-for Internet management), CMIP (Common Management Information Protocol-standardized by ITU-T and ISO), RMON (Remote network MONitoring-for distributed management of the LAN segment), and so on. Especially RMON has created the many concerns in order to manage subnetworks of a large network, but it has negative aspects. For instance, routers or hubs with RMON capability are expensive to a network manager because of adding heavy management cost. Moreover it imposes a heavier burden on network manager, because it must use a network management tool which will be additionally needed with RMON device. This paper proposes a model of PC based RMON Agent system. The RMON Agent system monitors the traffic on LAN segment through the use of a Virtual Device Driver (VxD), based on PC. In term of cost this model will replace the expensive RMON device, and eventually enable a network manager to manage LAN segment more efficiently, due to reduced cost.

응용체계 보안성 평가. 승인 제도는 정보시스템의 보안성에 대한 품질보증을 위한 핵심적인 수단이다. 응용체계는 동일한 구성요소로 이루어져 있다고 할지라도 운영환경과 이용목적에 따라 보안 요구사항을 달이함으로 적절한 수준의 보안성을 확보하고 있는지를 확인하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 응용체계의 보안성을 평가하기 위한 몇 가지 방법론을 절차의 측면에서 살펴보고, 평가. 승인 절차에 있어서 핵심적인 고려사항을 기술하였다.

ITS의 도입효과평가에 관한 외국의 사례를 검토하고, 이를 토대로 우리나라 실정에 맞는 평가항목, 기준등 평가방안 및 운영프로그램을 마련하였다. 즉, 'ITS'를 기능 측면, 주요기반기술 측면에서 분류하였으며, 해외사례를 중심으로 평가항목 및 결과를 조사, 정리하였다. 또한 이 결과를 바탕으로 ITS 평가를 위한 내용적 분류 및 ITS 체계구성요소와 기반기술별 각종 'ITS' 체계구성요소와 기반기술별 각종 'ITS'의 효과를 평가할 수 있는 항목, 내용 및 평가 운용 프로그램을 개발하였다.

한국 광산업이 충분한 여건을 갖추고 있음에도 불구하고 정밀광학에 진입하지 못하는 요인은 우리 광산업이 수요자의 신뢰를 얻지 못하고 있기 때문으로 생각된다. 정밀광학분야에서 수요자의 신뢰를 얻으려면 연구 개발의 단계에서부터 엄밀한 평가와 공신력 있는 인증체계가 도입되어야 한다. 이를 위하여 ISO 9000, 공학인증, 인공위성 개발체계에서 적용되는 인증체계를 통해 살펴본다면 정밀광학기기의 연구개발, 생산, 검사과정이 문서화되고, 공신력 있는 평가가 이루어져야 하며, 평가의 결과가 제품의 성능향상과 공정개선에 활용되는 순환적인 발전체계가 있어야 함을 알 수 있다.

The objective of this study is to present improvement of Weapon System T&E(Test and Evaluation) correspond to future environment by analyzing restrictions such as change of future weapon system procurement environment, and present T&E management system, organization and resource etc. The results of this study will be aid of produ ction dicision making by timely risk management through early identification of deficiency on the process of weapon system development, and suitability of combat determination.

항공기반시설(공항, 기상 서비스, 항로 항행시설)에 대한 보안사고 대응을 위한 보안체계는 수립단계에서부터 착수하여 분석이 진행됨에 따라 세부적인 평가가 수행되어야하며, 시설변경이 발생하는 경우 변경된 시설에 대하여 재평가를 하여야 한다. 또한 항공기 운용과정에서 발생 가능한 각종 사고에 대한 사전 예방 및 정비를 위해서도 체계적인 보안성 평가가 필수적이다. 보안성 평가에는 계획(Plan), 활동(Do), 그리고 평가(Check), 조치(Action)업무가 네트워크 구조로 통합되어 적용되며, 과거의 사용 또는 경험에 따라 세분화된 보안성 평가 요구조건을 구분하여 적용한다. 특히 항공기반시설에 대한 보안성 입증과 안전한 운항을 보장하기 위하여 실시간 지원체계와 국가 차원에서 이를 관리하여야 한다. 이는 공공의 안전을 확보하기 위한 것으로서, 민간항공업체는 해당 법규, 표준서 및 지침 등에 따라 최소한의 보안성을 입증하여야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 항공기반시설에 대한 보안사고 대응을 위한 보안체계를 위해 설정된 보안의 목표를 충족하고 있는지를 확인 평가하고, 분석 등을 고려하여 종합적인 보안성 평가기법을 적용할 수 있도록 하는 보안체계 네트워크 모델에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

This study was carried out to review the guidelines being used by law and national policy concerned on river environments management and suggest the applicability of newly developed river environment assessment system. In the current legal system, the national river environment management system is insufficient in securing an independent status in the legal institutional system which is separated to the Ministry of Land, Transport and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Environment. And the river environment assessment system of the national standard, which is a core matter, has not been established yet. In particular, there is a lack of integrated approach between the upper and lower plan or related plans on water resources, water quality, river environment and aquatic ecosystem management. In addition, the consistency and effectiveness as the process of planning and design according to the current status and comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the river environment were not secured either. To integrate national river environment management system and improve efficiency, I proposed the establishment of hierarchy and connection between national river plans, and the adoption and application of developed assessment system based on characteristics of river environment in Korea. Finally, I proposed the separated application with dividing the developed assessment system including the naturalness of river environment and suitability of water friendly activity into both assessment method for management plan of water resources of river basins & basic river plan respectively.

고객만족도는 고객의 충성도, 이탈률, 재구매율, 신규고객창출 등과 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있으며, 기업성과측정모형인 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)의 4가지 평가관점 중에도 고객관점이 포함되어있다. 이처럼 중요한 의미를 갖는 고객만족도의 기존 모형들은 일반적인 평가모형으로 업종별 차별성인 없고, 새롭게 등장한 모바일 서비스의 특성을 반영한 고객만족도 평가를 수행하기에 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 모바일 서비스 관련 연구와 고객만족도 평가 관련 연구들을 고찰하고, 이를 바탕으로 모바일 서비스 분류체계와 모바일 서비스에 특화된 고객만족도 평가체계를 제시한다.

보안관리, 위험분석 및 PP의 개발 방법(또는 지침, 표준)을 개발하기 위해서는 공통적으로 자산, 위협 및 취약성의 분류체계, 평가기준 및 평가스케일을 정의해야한다. 본 논문에서는 이 분야의 각종 방법들로부터 분류체계, 평가기준 및 평가스케일을 조사 연구하였다. 본 결과는 새로운 방법을 개발할 때 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 과학기술연합대학원대학교(UST)를 중심으로 한 과학기술계의 새로운 대학원모델을 평가하는 기법에 주안점을 두고 있다. UST와 일본의 SOKENDAI(The Graduate University for Advanced Studios)를 비교함으로써 새로운 대학원모델의 필요성을 말하고 있다. UST는 커리큘럼과 도제식 수업, 맞춤형 교육체계, 현장 중심형 인력양성체계들이 아직 높은 수준에 도달하지 못한 반면 교육목적과 비전이 상당 수준 만족스럽다는 결과를 얻고 있는 조사를 바탕으로 한 UST의 평가에 관해 다루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학평가체계의 네 가지 유형과 함께 토론회와 모든 평가에 부합되는 고급 평론을 통하여 UST에 방법론적으로 적용할 수 있는 평가방식을 제안한다. UST를 위한 새로운 평가방식은 대학원평가를 위한 특수성과 보편성으로 서로 동일하다. UST는 다 학제적이며 신생 융합기술분야에서 현장중심형인 리더십을 갖춘 인재양성을 위한 교육체계를 가지고 있으며 동시에 세계적인 특성을 가지고 있다. 두 요소는 특수성이 더욱 강조된 5:5, 6:4의 비율을 보이고 있다. 앞으로 후속적인 보완연구가 추가되면 더욱 활용성이 높아질 것으로 기대된다.
