Digital content industry is expected to grow due to the development of new devices and technologies, convergence between genres and technologies. However, Financial support system for the field of digital content has not been activated due to the digital content industry has the characteristics of a lot of initial investment costs and an uncertain profitability. This paper deals with the financial plan of activation of digital content businesses using technology evaluation. For this purpose, first, examine status of digital content businesses(status and sales financing, etc). Second, discuss development methods of digital contents finance based on the analysis of the digital content industry. This study is useful for deriving the development methods of digital contents finance using the technology valuation.

Since the introduction of the Archives Evaluation System in 2008, the Republic of Korea's archives management has undergone many changes and great development. However, there remain process problems in several operations of concerned agencies. These are made up of problems in the system itself (operation-related problem), problems in evaluation indicators, and issues in communication issue between the rating agency and the national archives of the rated institutions. This study was a theorem for such status of the concept, objectives, and the indicators of the institutional evaluation system as it looked into the problems and sought improvement of the systems and indicators. The problems of the evaluation system were felt in the survey of the education field, which was conducted through interviews and phone interviews with the Office of Education's archives managers and researchers. Among the problems found were the assessment period, the number of indicators, evaluation process, the assessment indicators, and the best practices. Moreover, this study summarized the comments of the archives managers on what they believed are needed to improve the field. As a result, it confirmed that structural and fundamental changes in the institutional evaluation system are needed. Based on these findings, this study hopes that an archives management business for the public institutions of the Republic of Korea would be developed in the future.

사고관리 방안의 타당성에 대한 면밀한 정토를 위하여 제안된 방안에 대한 운전원의 수행 가능성을 평가하는 과정이 있다. 수행 가능성의 평가에서 기존의 적용 사례와 인적 오류 분석 기법들을 검토하여 기존의 인간 신뢰도 분석 기법을 활용하는데 발생하는 여러가지 문제를 점토하고 새로운 기법의 요건과 방향을 제시하였다. 또한, 산업안전관리 분야에서 사용되고 있는 IAD(industrial Accident Dynamics)를 기반으로 인적오류의 가능성을 분석하는 절차를 제안하였다

본 논문은 ISO 관련 소음 측정 표준안(1995년 8월 기준)들에 포함된 기본적 측정량들의 정의, 그들의 측정 및 분석 방법의 간략한 소개와 더불어 이들 규격의 활용 방안을 예시한다. 제 2절에서 소음 측정관련 기본 양들의 정의와 전문 용어들을 간략히 소개한다. 이러한 측정치를 이용하여 우리 주위에서 가장 가까이 있는 컴퓨터의 소음 측정 및 평가 방안을 제 3장에서 토의 한다. 그리고, 전기 기기류의 대표적 소음원이며 산업의 동력원인 모터 및 발전기의 소음 측정 및 특성 평가방안을 검토한다. 끝으로, 우리 산업계와 소음 관련 업무의 향후 나아갈 길을 제 5장에서 요약한다.

본 연구에서는 가뭄과 연관되는 다양한 관련 요인을 포함한 가뭄취약성 평가방안을 수립하고 이를 적용하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 평가기법은 평가인자와 가중치 선정, 평가자료 데이터베이스 구축, 평가자료와 가중치를 조합한 평가의 세 단계로 구성되었으며 평가인자 및 가중치 선정에는 Delphi 조사기법을 적용하고 평가기법으로는 최근 널리 적용되고 있는 MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision Making) 방법인 TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) 기법을 활용하였다. 평가인자는 기상분야(Meteorological factors), 농업분야(Agricultural factors), 사회경제분야(Socioeconomic factors), 환경분야(Natural System)로 구성하였으며 선정된 인자에 대한 데이터베이스를 구성하기 위하여 기상청, 농어촌공사, 수자원공사 등의 관계기관이 관리하는 자료를 수집하였다. 수립한 가뭄취약성 평가방안을 2016년 3월부터 2019년 9월까지 우리나라 시군구 행정구역 단위, 총 167개 지역이며 순위법, 비율법, fuzzy 등 가중치 선정방법에 따라 결과에 약간의 차이가 나타난다. 가뭄예보결과와 취약성 평가결과를 비교해 보면 충청남도 홍성군이 동기간 동안 가뭄예경보 발령 횟수가 가장 많았으며, 충청남도 보령시와 서산시도 매우 높은 빈도로 확인되었다. 평가 결과, 충청북도, 경상남도, 전라남도에 가뭄 취약지역이 다수 도출 되어 이들 지역에 대한 가뭄 대응 방안 수립이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

Geological heritages can be defined conveniently as geological records worthy of conservation, and are represented in most cases by geological outcrops. So survey and evaluation of geologic outcrops are necessary for better conservation of geological heritages. As a measure to prevent potential destruction of geological heritages from various development projects, I propose construction of database based on survey and evaluation forms of geological outcrop, which can also be used for environmental impact assessment. The geological survey form consists of survey area, category, subcategory, location, dimension, geologic features, photo, description, and investigator. The evaluation form consists of evaluation category, detailed evaluation, comprehensive evaluation, and evaluation grade. The evaluation category is divided into academic aspect, education effect and landscape. The detailed evaluation items for academic aspects and education effect are representativeness, rarity, diversity and typicality, while those for geomorphology and landscape are peculiarity, aesthetics and naturalness. The evaluation grades are divided into five, where the first grade means a must of conservation.

Citizen participatory appraisal is a methodology of record practice that draws citizen participation in the evaluation process in various forms based on evaluation documentation. This study aims to address practical concerns about what kind of citizen participatory appraisal can be used locally and what specific design can be drawn. To this end, this study designs specific measures for citizens to recognize and monitor the responsibility of the national archives in the domestic record appraisal environment, focusing on thorough appraisal documentation and disclosure, the introduction of public consultation, and the initiative of citizen agenda.

기존에 제안된 K-NN 기반 추천 방안은 타겟 유저와 유사한 유저들 중 소수만이 높은 평점을 부여한 아이템을 높게 평가하는 문제점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 유사한 유저들 중 일부만 평가한 아이템은 추천에서 제외하는 방안을 제안하고, 실험을 통해 제안하는 방안의 정확성을 검증하였다.

본 연구에서는 해상교통안전진단제도 시행관련 제도의 고도화 및 효율적 운영을 위해, 제도 운영 및 관리를 위한 부분을 검토 및 개선 향상방안을 모색하고자 수행하게 되었다. 해상교통안전진단제도 운영관련 안전진단서 평가 및 절차에 관한 부분을 분석 및 개선점을 도출하고 제언을 하고자 한다. 해상교통안전진단제도의 시행경과가 3년이 되는 현시점에서 해상교통안전진단관련 수행방법 및 기술적인 부분과 더불어 진단서 평가방법, 심사위원회의 운영 방안 등 제도 운영부분에 대한 검토 도출된 사항을 제언하여 제도의 효율적 운영 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

일반적인 소프트웨어 품질평가 모형은 범용 MMDBMS의 특성과 사용자 관점을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC 9126 모형을 바탕으로 MMDBMS의 품질특성을 결합하여 품질평가 모형을 개발하고 구체적인 적용 방안을 연구한다. 품질평가 모형과 적용 방안은 전문가 집단의 검토와 합의를 거쳐서 제3의 기관의 측정을 통해 그 유효성을 확인한다. 본 논문은 품질평가 모형과 함께 구체적인 적용 방안을 제시하고 있어 실제적인 소프트웨어 품질평가의 기준으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.
