기업 성공에 있어 인재 평가와 선발만큼 중요한 일을 찾기란 어렵다. 특히 상위 경영자 선발에서 주관적 판단에 의해 잘못된 인사결정이 이루어지는 경우에 그 손해는 크고 파장도 오래간다. 그래서 인재를 보는 안목을 높이기 위한 기업의 노력도 더욱 정교해지고 있다. 인재를 제대로 볼 수 있는 안목은 성공적 인사결정 나아가 기업 성공의 첫 걸음이다.

Science field trip on historical heritages in Korea has developed since 1998. There are a few discussion of effectiveness of science field trip on historical heritages. In this research, the aim of science field trip on historical heritages was discussed in view of developing scientific perspectives on historical heritages with cases of science field trip of Hwasong fortress. Material for science field trip of Hwasong fortress was developed and instructional strategy was designed. The material contained convergent and divergent scientific inquiry activities. The goal of the activity was to help students to build scientific perspectives on the historical heritage, so they can evaluate the scientific excellency of historical heritage. The subjects were ten ninth grade students of middle school science club in Seoul. A questionnaire, "evaluation of scientific excellency of historical heritage" was administered before and after the field trip. From the analysis of a change in perspective by field trip, it was investigated how the scientific perspective on historical heritages was developed. The first draft of material for science field trip of Hwasong fortress was developed based on science education experts' discussion. The material has three parts; activities before the trip, activities during the trip and activities after trip. Instructor's guide has the same structure. Before the field trip, students watched the videotape and learned the short history lesson about Hwasong fortress to develop familiarity. During the trip, there were exploring stage and intensive inquiring stage. These activities were designed to develop scientific perspective on historical heritage. After the field trip, evaluation activity about scientific value of Hwasong was done based on the activities done during the trip. After the science field trip of Hwasong fortress, most of students showed positive changes. Some of them reflected on their previous thoughts. Some recognized the necessity of the proper criteria for scientific excellency of historical heritage. All changed in their perspective on evaluating scientific aspects on historical heritage, such as considering the social environment, scientific principles and the influence of science and technology of that age on the society, when the fortress was built. These results show that the science field trip focused on the criteria for evaluating the scientific excellency of historical heritage was significant in helping students to develop the scientific perspective on historical heritage.

"한국사상사대계"는 우리 사상의 발달과 전개과정을 체계적으로 보여주는 데는 다소 미흡한 '방대한 논문모음'이라는 일각의 비판에도 불구하고 학제간의 공동연구의 산물이라는 점에서, 거시적 안목에서 한민족의 정신문화를 조감할 수 있게 했다는 점에서 상당한 의의를 가진다고 학계에서 평가되고 있다.

본 연구는 국내에서 제작한 데이터베이스의 품질을 평가하고자 4개의 문헌 데이터베이스를 선정하여 각 데이터베이스를 정확성, 일관성, 완전성, 현행성 등 네가지 기준에 따라 분석하였다. 실험결과는 각 평가기준별로 정리되었으며 그에 대한 최우선 대책을 제안했다. 데이터베이스의 품질은 정보 검색과 서비스에서 매우 중요한 것이므로 시스템 설계자나 이용자 모두 데이터베이스의 품질에 대해 넓은 안목을 갖추고 체계적인 분석을 수행하여야 하며 이와 함께 제도적인 뒷받침도 이루어져야 할 것이다.

This study redefines information literacy (IL) and recommends its contents and media (platforms). Redefinition of IL was based on concepts such as 'Information Literacy 2.0', 'Social Context', 'Metaliteracy', 'Transliteracy', 'Social Media Literacy' and related researches. 'Social Relationship', 'Media Convergence', 'Critical and Evaluative Insight on Information' was extracted by major contents of new IL. To determine program methods, mass media's 'ubiquity' was applied to the study. Some social statistics reports proved that ubiquity of social media is quite high. Finally, proposed empirical study of IL using social media by follow-up study.

유도무기는 개발에서 폐기까지 최소한 십년 이상이 소요되는 장기사업이며, 현재 전자파 환경이 급속히 복잡, 강력화 되는 추세일 뿐만아니라 적의 기만전술인 전자파 대항 기법의 발전추세를 비추어 볼때, 실로 장기적인 안목에서 대처해야 할 것이다. 특히 전기기폭장치(EED)의 오작동시 미칠 영향을 고려한다면, 전자파에 대한 안전을 최대한 강구해야함은 물론 상대적으로 낙후되어 있는 전자파 시험평가시설 및 기술의 선진화가 추진되어야 할 것이다

열펌프는 에너지 부존자원이 빈약한 우리나라에서는 에너지 이용 합리화 측면에서 볼 때 매우 중요한 장치라는 것은 재론의 여지가 없다. 선발 이용국가의 예를 거울삼아 끌질긴 선각자정 신에 의한 이용 기술 개발과 보급노력을 하므로서 그 결과 에너지절약 의식의 보급과 수많은 경험, 그리고 실적이 평가될 때 열펌프의 우수성이 뿌리 깊이 인식될 것이다. 열펌프의 특수성 으로 보아 연구개발 없는 국내 실용화와 보급노력은 실효를 얻기 어렵다고 본다. 현 단계에서 다소 석유가가 안정세에 놓여 있다고 하지만 열펌프에 대한 정부와 국민의 관심이 점차 제고될 수 있는 분위기가 조성된다면 장기적인 안목에서의 우리의 에너지절약 목표에 보탬이 될 수 있 으리라고 본다.

현재 우리나라에는 3기의 원전이 운전중에 있으며 6기가 건설중에 있다. 즉, 2기의 가압경수로(PWR)의 1기의 가압중수로(HWR)가 운전중에 있으며 건설중인 것은 모두 PWR이다. 현재 추진되고 있는 원전계획을 수행하면, 1990년에는 사용후핵연료가 년간 약200톤씩 방출될 것이며, 2000년에는 500톤 정도가 방출되게 된다. 이와 같은 핵사용후연료는 현재 소내저장하고 있으나 '90년대 중반 부터는 소내저장용량이 한계에 달하게 될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 따라서 본교에서의 이와 같은 소내저장 한계성에 대처할 수 있는 가능한 방안을 검토하고, 이를 경제성 측면에서 분석하고자 하였다. 사용후핵연료의 관리방안에 대한 경제성 분석을 위해서는 장래의 원전계획, 원자로형 및 핵연료주기방식 등에 대한 여러 가지 가정이 필요하게 된다. 원전계획은 정부에서 발표한 $\ulcorner$5차5개년 수정계획$\lrcorner$에 의거하여 원전시설용량은 현재의 2GWe에서 2000년에는 22GWe로, 2025년에는 44GWe로 늘어나는 것으로 보았다. 이와 같은 원전계획을 바탕으로 6가지 핵연료주기에 관한 시나리오를 설정하였다. 즉, 사용후핵연료를 비순환방식으로 운영하는 2가지 경우, 순환방식으로 운영되는 3가지 경우 그리고 FBR에 활용하는 1가지의 경우에 대하여 검토하였다. 사용후핵연료의 관리방식에 따른 장기적인 안목에서의 경제성 분석은 핵연료주기비용 뿐만아니라 원전의 투자비도 함께 분석하는 것이 합리적이며, 따라서 본교에서는 계획기간 동안의 6가지 시나리로에 따른 원전 및 핵연료주기에 관한 총 투자비를 비교하였고, 1982년 가격으로 현가화한 단가도 비교${\cdot}$검토 하였다. 이와 같은 6가지 시나리오에 대한 경제성을 비교해 본 결과, 핵연료주기선택의 경제성평가에 큰 영향을 주는 핵연료주기요소는 재처리비, 재처리시 방출되는 폐기물의 처리${\cdot}$처분비 그리고 사용후핵연료 저장방식으로 판명되었으며 6가지 시나리오에 대한 경제성 비교평가 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 단기적인 안목에서는 소내저장용량을 확장하는 방안이 가장 바람직하며, 중기적인 관점에서는 소외집중저장설비가 활발히 수행되는 시점에서는 사용후핵연료를 재처리하여 재활용하는 방안도 강구되어야 할 것이다.

This study is designed for helping elementary school teachers have an insight into making or choosing questions of descriptive assessment in mathematics. For this, it is analyzed 30 descriptive mathematical questions produced by Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education in 2011 and 2012 and 3rd to 6th grade students' papers marked by their teachers in charge from 2 elementary schools located in Gyeonggi Province. The main focus of analysis is the errors of students' answers and teachers' marking not from their own mistakes but from the defects of questions themselves. As a result of analysis, 7 cases of problematic situations are induced and they are reorganized into 3 categories as follow: i) case of not performing unique purpose of descriptive assessment, ii) case of inducing the problem of fairness of grading, iii) case of leading students erroneous direction.

Korean economy has experienced rapid expansion of the service sector at the expense of the manufacturing sector since 1988, which was caused by the wage increase and the appreciation of Won. The government worried about the deindustrialization and the erosion of the international competitiveness, and various measures were taken to enduce labor force into the manufacturing sector. However, this article argues that the expansion of the service sector is inevitable phenomenon in the process of economic development, and the balanced industrial policies are desirable. In addition, the Uruguay Round Service Negotiations require liberalization of the service market and internationalization of the service industries.
