In this study, liquefaction evaluation was performed by applying liquefaction evaluation criteria commonly applied in Korea and recently revised evaluation criteria to five sites where liquefaction was observed or potential for liquefaction was high during the 2017 Pohang earthquake. The purpose of this study is to examine the validity of the revised domestic liquefaction evaluation criteria by comparing and reviewing the results of the theoretical liquefaction evaluation with the actual liquefaction occurrence at the sites. For the analysis of earthquakes for the evaluation of the liquefaction, the actual Pohang earthquake wave, as well as the waves that was conventionally used in Korea, was used. The magnitude of the peak ground acceleration of analysis earthquake varied from 0.097 g to 0.2713 g. From the analysis results, the validity of the liquefaction evaluation criteria presented in the 2016 Foundation Design Criteria, which has been commonly applied in Korea, was evaluated. From the evaluation results, the improvement of the existing criteria was suggested, and the suitability of revised items of liquefaction evaluation criteria presented in the Seismic Design General established in 2018 was confirmed.

상수도시설은 준공후 관련지자체에 이관 관리하는 시설로서 사용관종이 현재 다양하게 생산 보급되고 있어 관종 선정시 다각적인 측면에서 검토하여 채택하여야 한다. 최근 한국토지공사에서 사용하고 있는 상수도 관종은 대부분 택지개발계획 등 인허가 당시부터 관리주체인 지방자치단체 등과의 협의과정을 거쳐 선정되는 경우가 많아 자재선택에 한계성이 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 자재 성능에 대한 공사내 명확한 기준이 제시되어야 한다. 상수관종을 선정하기 위한 가장 중요한 요소는 경제성으로 판단되는데, 관종의 경제성은 시공비와 자재비를 포함한 단순 공사비에만 국한되는 것이 아니라 유지관리비용을 포함한 생애주기비용(LCC: Life Cycle Cost)을 평가하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국토지공사에서 택지지구 조성을 위해 사용한 배수관.급수관용 상수관종에 대한 경제성 평가기준을 제시하였고, 평가기준에 따라 각각의 택지지구 조성사례별로 종합적인 경제성 평가를 수행하였다. 보다 풍부한 자료를 바탕으로 객관적인 경제성평가 기준을 수립하기 위한 전(前)과정으로 이해되길 바라며, 설계시부터 객관적인 평가기준을 통해 합리적인 상수관을 선정하여 지금까지의 상수관종 자재선택의 한계를 최소한으로 축소하고자 하는데 가장 큰 목표를 가지고 있다.

공개 경쟁에 의한 제안 업체 선정과 객관적이고 공정한 제안서의 평가는 공공IT 부문에 있어서 성공적인 사업 수행을 위한 필수요소이다. '소프트웨어 기술성 평가기준 적용 가이드'에서는 소프트웨어 기술성 평가기준을 적용하는데 필요한 절차와 단계별 적용방법 및 세부내용 해설과 평가척도 예시를 제시하여 활용이 가능하도록 하였다. 그러나 기술성을 평가하기 위한 평가부문별 평가항목 및 평가기준에 대한 부분이 구체적이지 않아 경쟁력 있는 제안 업체의 기술성을 정확하고 공정하게 평가하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제안 업체의 기술성을 정확하게 평가하기 위하여 평가요소 중에서 기술 평가요소에 대한 부분을 평가지표로 선정하고 통계 기법으로 평가지표를 검증하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 행정기관 홈페이지 평가 항목 중에 접근성에 관한 새로운 세부항목 평가 기준을 제시하고 시각디자인적인 요소를 중심으로 웹사이트 평가를 행한 결과를 제시한다 평가 기준을 가독성, 위치성, 구조성, 심미성, 편의성 등의 6 가지 기준으로 나누고 평가한 결과, 현재 공공기관 웹사이트는 심미성, 위치성에 관한 항목들이 매우 잘 만들어져 가고 있는 반면, 기관들의 웹사이트 가독성과 일관성의 통합 작업이 부족함을 알게 되고 보완의 가이드 라인을 제시할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과가 시각디자인 요소를 중심으로 한 사용자 인터페이스 디자인의 표준모델의 일부로 활용되어 공공기관 웹사이트를 이용한 대민 서비스의 질적 향상과 기관 이미지 제고에 이바지 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 안전한 디지털 음악 유통 실현을 위한 오디오 워터마크 기술의 국제적인 평가 기준 연구와 평가 기준에 따른 오디오 워터마크 알고리즘의 평가 및 강인성 분석에 관한 내용이다. 현재 디지털 음악에 대한 저작권 보호 기술로서 많은 오디오 워터마크 알고리즘이 개발되어 제품화되어 지고 있다. 이러한 워터마크 알고리즘의 기술적 평가클 위해 여러 국가에서 각각의 평가 기준을 제시하고 있다. 기존에 나와있는 평가기준에 따라 오디오 워터마크 알고리즘을 분석하고, 이로 인한 각 알고리즘의 취약점 및 앞으로의 알고리즘 개발 방향에 대하여 알아본다.

본 연구의 의의는 최종이용자(end-user)를 대상으로, 이미 기존에 설정된 평가기준의 적용성을 검증해 보게 하는데 있다. 이용하는 목적과 분야에 따라 평가기준 및 확신도 (confidence)가 어떻게 달라지는지 살펴보고, 높은 비율의 확신도를 갖는 순위별로 리스트를 추출해 본다. 이용분야는 크게 인문사회주제와 자연과학주제로 나뉘며, 평가기준을 제시하기 전과 후의 차이는 어떻게 다른지 알아본다.

The purpose of this paper is to establish an evaluation criteria for pavement condition in bicycle road. The suggested criteria would help in the activation policy of bicycle use. The conventional evaluation criteria is difficult to be applied for the bicycle road since the bicycle road is sensitive to changes in the driving environments such as obstacles and bumps. This study presents the evaluation criteria that is suitable for bicycle road. The criteria was suggested in 5 grades through the impact acceleration range of RMSI (Road Monitoring System using ICT). The grades of the criteria are divided into a range of grade A to E. The grade A is a very good condition, while the grade E is a state that requires immediate maintenance. This study were confirmed the validity through the survey of user's satisfaction. According to the results of survey, the grade A was shown correlation of 91%. The grade E requiring immediate repair was presented correlation of 94%. It showed that the results of surveying the bicycle road users are highly correlated with the suggested criteria for pavement condition. It showed that the criteria are highly correlated with the survey results. Suggested criteria using the RMSI is expected to be effective for maintenance of the bicycle road. In addition, it is expected to ensure the serviceability and safety for the bicycle users.

It needs theoretical assessment fundamental for informatics curriculum to judge appropriate grades and measure academic standard of an learner according to be included in the conventional curriculum. Thus this study tried to present an criteria on programming area of an informatics curriculum through bloom taxonomy and knowledge type. And it presented assessment criterion on each steps from "Remember" to "Create". And we presented knowledge type examples of programming such as Factual to Metacognitive based on Bloom's knowledge types. Also we analysed that most important level or type is Apply Level, Create Level and Procedural Knowledge. We investigated for each criterion of programming assessment based on bloom's theory through Delphi method. And the result of this investigation was that area of bloom's taxonomy was CVR 0.90, Validity 0.85 and area of knowledge type was CVR 0.90, Validity 0.79. So it can decide to accept for our assessment criteria of programming education based on Bloom theory.

국외의 경우엔 일찍부터 컴퓨터 시스템 평가기준이 제정되어 활용중이나 국내의 경우엔 아직 평가기준이 없는 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 정보시스템의 보안 요구사항과 보증 요구사항을 바탕으로 리눅스 기반 PC의 보안성 평가기준을 제안하고자 한다. 평가등급은 KL(Korea Linux)1, KL2, KL3 등의 3등급으로 분류하였다. 제안된 평가기준은 오픈 소스기반의 리눅스를 이용하여 보안기능을 강화한 운영체제 개발방향을 제시하였고, 보안 시스템 구축의 방향 및 보안표준에 대한 복잡한 문제를 줄였다. 또한 국제공통평가기준(CC : Common Criteria)의 보안기능부분과 보증부분을 거의 수용함으로써, 외국의 보안성 평가기준과 상호 운용이 가능하다.

The purpose of this study is to provide general principles to be used in designing university websites from the perspective of information architecture. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria of web sites were developed based on information architecture principles. The students taking IA class were directly involved in constructing the evaluation criteria and they can be classified into four categories: 1) information organization; 2) navigation system; 3) labeling system; and searching system. These criteria were employed in evaluating twenty randomly selected university websites in Korea. General principles to be used in designing university websites were developed based on the findings of the study. They are composed of four major components in designing: 1) systematic information organization; 2) flexible navigation system; 3) consistent labeling system; and 4) efficient searching system.
