This study was to investigate the usefulness of the measures of the Korean Public Library Operation Assessment. The analyzed data were collected through a fulfillment degree of the evaluation indicators and the opinions of librarians for public libraries evaluation indicators. Same time, the comparative analysis of public library statistical indicators and evaluation indicators was performed. Based on the results of the analysis, I was selected assessment items that need to delete and modify. The improvements proposed in this study will provide a direction for the improvement of the Korean Public Library Operation Assessment. And may be applied to improve the process of the public library evaluation.

건설산업연구원은 지난 8월 23일 2시 서울 논현동 건설회관 3층 중회의실에서 '8.31 대책 1년 : 평가와 개선 방향'이라는 주제로 세미나를 개최했다. 이번 세미나에서는 8.31대책 이후 부동산 시장 동향의 평가와 문제점 개선을 위한 규제, 그리고 재건축 재개발 사업의 개선 방향에 대한 주제들을 발표했다.

기후변화에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해서는 기후변화에 따른 수자원가용량의 변화를 정량적으로 평가할 수 있어야 한다. 평가결과의 신뢰도를 높이기 위해서 기후변화 시나리오는 지역기후 및 유역특성에 적합한 결과를 포함하여야 한다. 또한, 기후변화가 유역의 물순환계에 미치는 영향이 있다면, 물순환 개선 기술을 통해 지속가능한 유역 물환경을 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 유역 물순환 개선 기술은 기후변화가 진행 중에 있거나 예상되는 지역에 대하여 강우로부터 발생되는 유출을 지연, 저류, 침투시켜 지속가능한 물순환 체계를 유지하고 회복하도록 하는 기법이라 할 수 있다. 한국건설기술연구원에서는 기후변화에 따른 영향을 평가하고 적응 대책을 수립하기 위한 실무적인 유역 물순환 개선 및 평가 모형인 CAT3(Catchment hydrologic cycle Assessment Tool 3)을 개발하였으며 본 모형은 침투시설, 저류시설, 습지, 빗물저장시설과 같은 물순환 개선시설에 대한 효과를 정량적으로 평가할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 팔당댐 상류의 경안천 유역을 대상으로 APCC 기후변화 시나리오 통계적 상세화 자료를 활용하여 물순환 개선 기술의 적용성을 평가하였다. 통계적 상세화 자료는 APCC에서 개발된 AIMS(APCC Integrated Modeling Solution) 플랫폼을 이용하였다. AIMS는 다양한 기후정보를 기반으로 사용자 관점에서 상세화를 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 상세화 기법은 SDQDM(Spatial Disaggregation Quantile Delta Mapping) 방법을 이용하였다. 상세화된 기후자료는 과거자료의 재현성 및 미래 기간에 대한 왜곡도를 평가하기 위해 극한기후지수(Climate Index)를 이용하는데 본 연구에서는 장기간에 걸친 수자원가용량의 평가 및 예측을 위해 연강수량(PRCPTOT)을 사용하였으며 증발산량의 평가 및 예측에 영향을 미치는 온도 관련 극한기후지수는 평균기온 개념의 DTR(TMAX&TMIN)을 이용하였다. 통계적 상세화 과정을 통해 최종적으로 HadGEM2-CC, INMCM4, CanESM2 시나리오를 선택하였으며 각 시나리오별 물순환 개선 기술을 적용한 후 미래의 수문학적 변동성을 평가하였다.

효율적 의사결정을 위해서는 인간공학을 적용하여 작업장이 개선되었거나 개선안이 나타나면 그에 대한 경제적 평가가 체계적으로 이루어져야 한다. 하지만 인간공학 적용에 따른 개선 효과가 평가될 수 있는 항목이 없는net present value방법으로는 측정이 불가능하다. 반면에 인간공학 분야에서는 경영학 분야에서 고려하는 요소를 고려하지 않는 부분이 존재한다. 경영학 분야와 인간공학 분야에서 서로 일치하지 않는 부분을 보완하고 NPV 공식에 인간공학 개선 효과의 영향을 고려해주는 항목을 추가한다면 보다 정확한 인간공학 적용의 재정적 평가가 가능할 것이다. 그리고 computerized method 를 사용하여 과거 계산하기 힘들었던 분야의 가치평가의 정확도를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 system 의 가치를 평가하는데 난해했던 부분을 보완해 줌으로써 평가의 정확도를 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study has improved the existed physical disturbance evaluation assessment technique in a river and analysed its applicability. The improvements are the quantitative evaluation items instead of qualitative one by providing the background and their evaluation equations, corresponding detailed itemization of evaluation score, and the direct input of hydraulic characteristics and geometrical changes by numerical simulation. In order to confirm the applicability of improved disturbance evaluation technique, the comparison and analysis between the evaluation results of existed and improved techniques have been carried out by applying to the 6 cases of natural, urban, and mountainous streams. Direct input of numerical simulation results of HEC-RAS enables the evaluation simple for 8 evaluation items excluding the items of habitat environment and bottom substrate. The improved disturbance evaluation technique, which evaluates the degree of disturbance sensitively by the quantitative and detailed itemized evaluations, has been confirmed the appropriate applicability by applying to river systems.

게임의 교육적 목적으로의 활용에 대해 관심이 늘고 있다. 이러한 흐름에도 불구하고 교육 분야에서 교육용게임의 채택은 더딘 편이다. 교육용게임의 채택과 확산을 위해서는 교육용게임을 교육을 위해 선택할 수 있는 정보를 학습자와 학부모, 교사들에게 제공해 주는 것이 중요하다. 교육용게임의 효과성평가는 게임의 교육적 효과 및 가능성을 알려줄 수 있기 때문에 교육용게임의 채택과 확산을 위한 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 하지만 기존의 효과성평가방법을 사용한 연구는 학부모와 같은 의사결정권자에게 신뢰받지 못하고 있어, 교육용게임의 확산에 도움을 주지 못하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 기존모형을 사용한 효과성평가 결과는 개발자들에게 게임개선을 위한 자료로서 활용할 수 없게 되어 있어 개발을 위한 개선자료로서 활용하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 교육용게임을 확산시키기 위해서는 기존의 효과성 연구방법개선 또는 수정하는 것이 요구된다. 본 연구는 기존의 교육효과성모형을 교육용게임개발을 이루고 있는 두 이론적 배경인 게임설계이론과 학습이론에 근거하여 기존 효과성평가방법의 문제점을 살펴보고 두 이론에서 공통적인 요소를 도출하여 게임에서 학습결과와 과정을 모두 평가하는 개선된 평가모형을 제안하였다. 기존의 효과성평가가 단순히 학습량을 측정하여 단순하게 효과성의 유무만 보여주고 있다면, 개선된 모형은 효과성 유무와 함께 게임에서 학습의 과정을 보여줌으로서 게임의 관찰 가능한 효과성을 보여줌으로서 혁신의 확산을 촉진할 수 있는 지각된속성(Perceived Attributes)에 대한 정보를 효과성평가의 결과로서 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 모형을 학부모 교사와 같은 교육 분야의 사람과 게임기획자 와 같은 개발자가 모두 만족 할 수 있는 결과를 보여 주는 효과성평가 모형으로 개선하였다는데 의의를 둘 수 있다. 이러한 연구를 통해 교육현장에서 교육용게임의 채택과 확산에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The addition and evaluation of health impact items in Environmental Impact Assessment document are written in hygiene and public health items only for specific development projects and are being reviewed. However, after the publication of the evaluation manual on the addition and evaluation of health impact items in 2011, there is a demand for continuous methodology and improvement plans despite partial improvement. Therefore, in order to propose a methodological improvement of the evaluation manual, this technical paper identified detailed improvement requirements based on the consultation opinions on hygiene and public health items, and investigated and suggested ways to solve this problem by reviewing the contents of the research so far. As for the improvement requirements, the contents related to mitigation plan, post management, effect prediction, assessment, and present-condition investigation were presented in Environmental Impact Assessment documents for the entire development project at a frequency of 93%, 85%, 80%, 74%, and 67%, respectively. Particularly, the detailed improvement requirements related to mitigation plan consisted of an establishment direction and a management of development project. Considering the current evaluation manual and the frequency of improvement requirements, this paper proposed concrete methods or improvement plans for major methodologies for each classification of hygiene and public health items. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation methodology related to whether a project is implemented was proposed, which is not provided in the current assessment manual.

본 연구는 협업 추천 시스템에 적용되는 상품에 대한 고객의 선호도 예측 알고리즘 중 메모리기반 협업필터링 알고리즘의 선호도 예측 특성에 대하여 연구하였다. 메모리기반의 협업필터링 알고리즘은 선호도 예측 대상 고객과 유사한 성향을 가질 것으로 예상되는 고객들의 선호도 평가를 기반으로 특정 상품에 대한 선호도 예측이 이루어진다. 일반적으로 시스템을 이용하는 고객들과 선호성향이 다른 고객들은 선호도 예측 성과가 낮은 것으로 알려져 있으며 이들이 추천시스템의 선호도 예측 정확도를 떨어뜨리는 원인으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 고객이 상품들에 평가한 선호도 평가의 패턴이 선호도 예측 정확도와 관련성이 높음을 보여 선호도 예측 알고리즘의 개선에 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 고객의 선호도 평가 패턴은 과거 고객이 평가한 자료로부터 얻을 수 있는 사전정보로써 선호도 예측 알고리즘을 적용하기 이전에 이용할 수 있는 정보이다. 본 연구에서는 사전정보를 이용하여 고객의 선호도 예측 오차의 특성을 연구함으로써 이들의 선호도 예측 정확도를 개선시킬 수 있는 알고리즘의 보정방법에 대하여 연구한다. 알고리즘의 보정방법을 선호도 예측 이전에 고객의 선호도 평가 특성으로 판단하여 적용함으로써 사전정보를 이용한 선호도 예측 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 접근법은 기존의 이웃 구성의 접근법과 다른 방법을 취함으로써 알고리즘 개선의 새로운 방향을 제시할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to complement the problem of lecture evaluation items and to improve the lecture evaluation items to fit to original purpose of lecture evaluation to enhance the lecture's quality. For this, meanings of good teaching, lecture evaluation domains and elements of preceding study, the contents and problems of lecture evaluation tools in A college were searched, and in this foundation, an improved lecture evaluation tool was suggested. As the result of this study, important features of the improved tool are followed: First, the compositions of evaluation domains, evaluation elements, and evaluation items were reconstituted. Second, to acquire the important information for the better lecture, the items were devised according to the features of good teaching in colleges. Third, the items concerned of evaluation elements which is commonly suggested by the lecture evaluation tools of preceding study were developed. Forth, if there is the information which is required for the enhancement of the lecture quality, the items were developed though the result could not be presented in the arithmetical means. Fifth, evaluation items to improve the problems of lecture evaluation tools which had been carried out in A college were developed.

Many companies have recently apply SLA and execute IT service by using SLA. However, there are no objective standards for selection and improvement of SLA evaluation metrics. We derive and present measurement attributes that are criteria for selection and improvement of SLA evaluation metrics as measurement metrics. We execute a case study based on D company in order to verify whether the measurement metrics are applicable. We apply and evaluate the measurement metrics that are applicable to D company, and then we designate an improvement line. We propose improvement guidelines of the measurement metrics which score is less than the improvement line's and derive SLA evaluation metrics. We prove that the way of selection and improvement is useful by applying SLA evaluation metrics to D company.
