This is an analysis of three hypotheses in the fields of Technology, Innovation, and Management (TIM) analyzing the journal of Jishu Jingji (Technology Economics) which is published by the Chinese Society of Techno-economics. The Jishu Jingji journal is similar to other Chinese journals in TIM as follows: First, it's short in length. Second, there are a few references and foreign references can be counted with fingers of one hand. Third, the journal's scope is similar to others in TIM such as technolog-firm-industry. The differences are as follows: First, they have more general topics on the firm and the economy than other journals in TIM. Second, technologies covered are those of existing industries and infrastructure rather than emerging technologies and industries. Third, editors rarely submit papers to the journal. Finally, the expertise of the editors is diverse which is similar to the scope of the journal. First proposed hypothesis on journals in TIM is that journals represent country specific characteristics over field specificities, and this view is widely accepted in China. Second hypothesis is that editors are representatives of authors, but this hypothesis is rejected, at least in this journal. Third hypothesis is that the composition of editors reflects the scope of journals, and this hypothesis is generally accepted.

본 논문에서는 대용량의 영상을 빠르고 정확하게 편집해야 하는 방송 환경에서 오픈 소스를 활용한 방송용 영상 편집 시스템과 편집 결과를 신속히 통보하는 다기능 알람 시스템에 대하여 다루었다. 디지털 방송에서 사용하는 영상은 매우 고품질이면서 동시에 매우 큰 데이터 용량을 가지고 있으며, 또 방송이라는 매체의 성격상 방송 시간에 맞춰 영상 편집을 완료해야 하는 시간적 부담이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방송 편집 시스템은 갈수록 그 기능이 다양하고 좋은 성능을 보여주는 오픈 소스 영상 처리 소프트웨어를 활용하는 동시에, 분산 처리 시스템을 도입하여 영상의 빠른 편집 기능을 저렴한 도입 비용으로 가능하도록 하였다. 오픈 소스 영상 처리 소프트웨어는 백엔드 모듈로 동작하며, 영상의 다양한 편집 기능들, 예를 들어 영상의 구간 자르기, 붙이기, 자막넣기, 로고 넣기, 비디오/오디오 포맷 변환 등을 수행한다. 사용자 편의성을 위한 프론트엔드 시스템은 자바 기반의 프레임워크를 사용하였으며, 비디오 편집 기능 결과 및 과정에 대한 다기능 알람 기능을 첨가하여 방송 종사자들의 업무 편리를 도모하였다. 본 시스템은 기존의 고가 방송 편집 장비와 비교하여 매우 저렴하면서도 안정된 성능을 보장하여 디지털 방송 시대에 활용 가능성이 매우 높다고 할 수 있다.

This study suggests the operation method for the internationalization of journal during the beginning period of the first publishing, based on the in-depth analysis on two journals in the area of library and information science, Journal of Informetrics and MJLIS. It recommends that we need some kinds of operation methods for the successful internationalization of the journal; firstly, the necessity for the support organizations, the increase of the numbers of the articles, the support of the authors with various nationalities and in the area of published, the editorial board members with various nationalities having the ability to publish the high quality articles and to make the proper self-citation during the beginning periods of the first publishing of the journal.

마인드맵은 브레인스토밍을 할 수 있는 효과적인 도구이다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 마인드맵 서비스가 공동 작업에 한계가 있음을 인지하고, 공동 작업을 지원하는 마인드맵 서비스를 개발하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 해당 연구에서는 프로젝트 구성원이 개별적으로 마인드맵을 편집 및 작성하고, 마인드맵을 통합하며, 마인드맵 편집 과정을 실시간으로 공유할 수 있는 기능을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 HTML과 JavaScript로 개발되었다.

The importance of the composition of the editorial board member is increasing as one of the measures to improve the quality of journals and to increase its international use. In this study, the composition of the Editorial Board Member (EBM) was analyzed for the journals listed in WoS and SCOPUS among domestic journals published in the field of social sciences to derive considerations to promote the internationalization of academic journals. As a result, for the internationalization of academic journals in the social science field, the composition of EBM that can promote the convergence of theory and practice, consideration of the regional aspect for the efficiency of EBM work, the composition of the EBM considering the efficiency of English-based academic communication, participation of researchers in EBM who can connect academics and the field should be considered.

Python은 통합 개발 환경이 구축되어 있지 않아 Python을 이용해 개발하는 경우 대부분 Vi 혹은 Emacs 같은 텍스트 편집기를 이용해 코딩을 하고 다시 터미널 혹은 콘솔로 나와 일일이 디버깅을 해야만 한다. 게다가 import 한 모듈의 API에 대해서 알고 싶으면 Python Interpreter에서 다시 봐야 하는 등 상당한 불편함이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 한 화면에서 편집, 컴파일, 수행결과 보기, 디버거 등을 수행할 수 있는 Python 통합 개발 환경을 구축하였다.
