  • 우리 헌법은 인간의 존엄과 가치 그리고 행복을 추구할 권리를 보장하고 있으며, 편의증진법과 교통약자법을 통해 장애인등이 교통수단, 여객시설 및 도로 등을 비장애인들과 차별 없이 이용하여 이동하고, 도로와 대중교통수단, 공공 건축물과 주거 등 생활 필수시설에 자유롭게 접근하기 위한 접근권을 보장하고 있다. 우리나라는 이동권의 보장을 편의시설 제도라는 독자적인 체계를 통해 이루어지고 있으며, 이를 실질적으로 보장하기 위하여 장애물 없는 환경 인증 제도(BF 인증제도)를 도입하였다. 시행 15년을 맞은 BF 인증제도는 양적으로는 많은 발전을 가져왔지만, 질적으로 특정 건축물 등 일부에 대한 인증 편중 현상이 있으며 안전취약계층에 대한 재해 안전확보에 대한 고려가 포함되지 않아 부진정한 이동성과 접근성의 보장이라는 한계를 가지고 있다. 이동권 보장이 얼마나 잘 이루어지느냐는 그 나라의 사회 안전망이 얼마나 잘 갖추어져 있는지 판단하는 척도라 할 것이며, 따라서 이러한 이동권 보장은 위험상태에서의 안전한 피난을 함축하고 있으며 중첩적으로 국가의 기본권 보호 의무의 이행과 관련된다. 이에 따라 이동권과 접근권의 증진을 위한 BF 인증 규정을 안전 규범으로 보완하여 장애인과 비장애인이 사회의 일원으로서 평등한 인격적 주체로 공동체에 기여하는 안전한 사회적 환경의 조성이 긴절히 요청된다고 할 수 있다.

Optimal Shape Design of Pyeongyeong Considering Structural and Acoustical Characteristics (구조-음향 특성을 고려한 편경의 최적 형상 설계)

  • An optimal shape design algorithm is suggested to systematically design a traditional Korean musical instrument, the Pyeongyeong. The Pyeongyeong consists of 16 different chime stones called Gyeongpyeons. The first natural vibration frequency of each Gyeongpyeon must be adjusted to its target frequency, which is determined by the traditional sound tuning method. The second and third natural frequencies must be proportional to the first natural frequency with a specific ratio (1:1.498:2.378). The key idea in our suggested design algorithm is to use the sensitivity of natural frequencies to the variation in the length of each side of a Gyeongpyeon. The dimensions of five different Gyeongpyeons are determined by following the suggested algorithm. Changes in natural frequencies with respect to local thickness variation are closely investigated to compensate for errors that may occur during manufacturing.

The Effect of Label Design Images on the Intention of Purchase in Convenience Store Lunch Box (편의점 도시락의 라벨 디자인 이미지가 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the visual element of the label design image of premium lunch boxes and general lunch boxes on purchasing intention. As a method of research, the label design images and purchase intentions of premium lunch boxes and general lunch boxes from the nation's leading convenience store brands, Seven Eleven, GS25, and CU, were investigated through a survey, T-verification was conducted based on the measured average value and standard deviation was completed after analysis with SPSS 21. The results of the study showed that the label design of premium lunch boxes was recognized by consumers as a premium image that was a point of differentiation from general lunch boxes, and that the proportion of "quality" and "menu composition" was high, This indicates that convenience store premium lunch boxes could also offer consumers a competitive edge in value that is considered premium other than "price."

  • Miniaturized specimen technology Permits mechanical behavior to be determined using a minimum volume of material. The technology is useful in case of not collecting a large amount of materials from industrial equipments. Five kinds of accelerated degradation materials were prepared by isothermal aging heat treatment at $630^{\circ}C$. Three kinds of specimens were prepared for impact testing. In order to increase plastic constraint of subsize specimen, side-groove was introduced. Results between subsize and full size impact testing were compared. Size effects correlations were developed for the impact properties of turbine rotor material. These correlations successfully predict the ductile brittle transition temperature (DBTT) of full size Charpy impact specimens based on subsize specimen data.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the consumer's purchasing behavior and its factors when a convenience store brand is marketing new PB products online. For this study, we surveyed 2030 millennials about the purchase behavior of convenience store PB products and the paths to encounter PB products. As a result, consumers who purchase convenience store PB products were exposed to the product through SNS or YouTube, and they tended to join the trend by posting on SNS after purchase. In this study, we want to examine the consumption trends of millennials that have this type of consumption and the concept of online marketing that affects them. It is hoped that future consumer purchases will continue to be valuable consumption rather than relying on trends.

  • The number of users of SNS has been steadily increased along with the popularity of smart phones, since marketing using SNS is easy to communicate and fast to spread, many companies are actively utilizing SNS marketing. In this study, we established a hypothesis by selecting SNS marketing attributes based on prior research as informational, interactive, entertainment and reliability. In this study, we are going to examine the impact on SNS marketing on purchase behavior at the convenient store to provide basic data for sale promotional strategy. Analysis of differences in SNS marketing attributes according to the characteristics of the survey participants showed that differences in information were significant in age and monthly income, and interaction was significantly different from gender. Among SNS marketing attributes, information, entertainment and reliability showed significant positive effects on satisfaction, and the interactivity was rejected because it did not have a significant impact. While interactivity, entertainment, and reliability of SNS marketing attributes significantly affected satisfaction, it was found that information has not significantly affected them. Satisfaction also had a significant impact on purchase intentions.

  • This paper introduces technical methods to improve the accessibility and usability of a WebRTC video conference (VC) application. Simplified login is essential, by applying such as single sign-on (SSO) to improve the accessibility of VC applications. High usability and manageability are also necessary to attract more users, enhance user experiences, and save service management cost. The proposed VC application leverages SAML-based federated identity management (FIM) to enable higher service accessibility. Users can access the application with their organizational ID and SSO authentication. The FIM eases user ID management and indirectly strengthens privacy information protection. Proposed web application has high usability and manageability because users and/or administrators can easily create, join, monitor, or tear down VC sessions through RESTful web service (REST API). We verify the feasibility of the VC application after illustrating the SAML-based identity federation and the designed REST API.

Importance Factor Analysis on Mobility Facilities for the Transportation Disabled by Using Structural Equation Model (구조방정식(SEM)을 활용한 교통약자 이동편의시설의 중요도 분석)

  • In most of mobility enhancing plans for the transportation disabled, decisions for the investment priorities are firstly made by the facilities that have lower installation rate or lower satisfaction rate; the decisions are made without analyzing the importance factor (path loading factor) between the facility installation rate and the satisfaction rate together. In this study, a novel method of finding causality between the exogenous latent variables and the endogenous latent variables is provided by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results show that the most influential facilities for the transportation disabled are bus stops, crosswalks and sidewalks in order. Also, a curb height around bus stops, a smoothness of sidewalks and installation of crosswalks traffic light are identified as an important facilities for the Transportation disabled.

웹디자인 개발전략 수립을 위한 소비자의 인터넷 쇼핑 프로세스에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑시이트의 웹디지인 구성형식에 띠른 소비자의 쇼핑 프로세스의 차이점을 밝히고, 인터넷 쇼핑 사이트에 대한 소비자 만족도와 그 차원을 규명하고, 인터넷 편의성, 만족도 및 구매의도와의 관계를 조사하였다. 본 연구는 설문지조사법과 관찰법을 이용히여 인터넷을 사용하는 소비자로, 남여 대학생 101명을 편의추출히여 조사를 실시하였고, 자료분석방법으로는 기술통계, paired t-test, 요인분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 대부분의 응답자들이 인터넷사용과 인터넷 쇼핑에 어려움을 느끼지 않았으며, 인터넷 정보의 질은 소비자들이 기대수준에 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상품정보 제공 시 사진과 설명을 동시에 사용하는 것을 선호하고 상품 홈페이지 구성의 중요도 중 속도와 정보의 질을 중요시 여기는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인터넷 쇼핑 프로세스의 관찰 결과 처음 쇼핑을 시도할 경우 인석하기 쉬운 기능키나 단어로 된 메뉴를 이용하는 경우가 대부분이며, 쇼핑 과정은 대부분 10번의 클릭으로 이루어졌고, 쇼핑과정 동안 쇼핑에 재미를 느끼지 못하는 경우도 많았으며 마음에 들지 않거나 선호하는 상품이 없는 경우 쇼핑을 중단하는 것이 대부분이었다. 그리고 매장구성은 텍스트보다는 그림을 선호하는 경우가 많았다. 셋째, 인터넷 쇼핑에 대한 소비자 만족요소 중에 '직접 가지 않아도 되는 것'과 '시간, 장소에 구애받지 않는다'는 항목에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났으나 상품의 구색이나 가격, 유통업자 및 상품의 신뢰도 요인에 대한 만족도가 낮게 나타났으며 만족/불만족 요인으로는 주문처리의 정확성/다양성, 인터넷 쇼핑의 편의성, 상품의 다양성/신뢰성, 주문 방법의 편의/경제성, 쇼핑 방법의 용이성의 5가지 요인으로 나타났다. 넷째, 인터넷 편의성은 소비자 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 인터넷 쇼핑의 만족은 구매의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 쇼핑의 만족도가 높을수록 구매의도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 상품의 다양성/신뢰성 요인에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 구매의도가 가장 높아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 인터넷 쇼핑 사이트에서 소비자들은 전형적인 의복구매행동과 유사하거나 오히려 더 많은 정보와 서비스롤 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 직접 보지 못하고 구매해야 한다는 데 대한 두려움과 거부감을 많이 나타내고 쇼핑 시 즐거움에 대한 중요도도 높게 나타났다.

  • Due to the rapid development of information and communication, we live in the smart age of information society. Smart Factory, which integrates Information and communication technology, is being hailed as the technology of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution. As a result of entering the information society, the factory has made a lot of progress in automation. In this thesis, we used kinetization to research and implement the leisure system of the factory through motion. Kinect provides users with various convenience because they can take advantage of the user's actions and control the system through information. This study is expected to produce a smart factory with video processing, and it is expected to affect the efficiency of the production by providing various conveniences for people working in factories.
