Planning for Operation of Dispersed Generation Systems considering Load Unbalance in Distribution Systems (배전계통에서 부하불평형을 고려한 분산형 전원의 운영 계획)

  • This paper presents a scheme for the placement of dispersed generator systems(DGs) based on load model in unbalanced systems. Groups of each individual load model consist of residential, industrial, commercial, official and agricultural load The main idea of solving fuzzy goal programming is to transform the original objective function and constraints into the equivalent multi-objectives functions with fuzzy sets to evaluate their imprecise nature for the criterion of power loss minimization, the number or total capacity of DGs and the bus voltage deviation, and then solve the problem using genetic algorithm The method proposed is applied to IEEE 13 bus unbalanced distribution systems to demonstrate its effectiveness.

A Study on the Analysis of the Competitiveness Level in Masan Port (마산항 경쟁력 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Masan port is a representative port of Kyungnam region, and proceeds to work port development for the future. However, Analytical research related to current competitiveness and strategies for the future of Masan port have been little studied since then. Thus, the aim of this paper is to analyze the current competitiveness level of Masan port. To achieve this abjective, evaluation model based on empirical data was established. And then FHP-based index model that calculate competitiveness level of port was adopted. To analysis competitiveness of Masan port, Data from shippers calling at Masan port were collected. The result of data analysis showed that current competitiveness level of Masan port was 63.

Filling of Incomplete Rainfall Data Using Fuzzy-Genetic Algorithm (퍼지-유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 결측 강우량의 보정)

  • As the distributed model is developed and widely used, the accuracy of a rainfall measurement and more dense rainfall observation network are required for the reflection of various spatial properties. However, in reality, it is not easy to get the accurate data from dense network. Generally, we could not have the proper rainfall gages in space and even we have proper network for rainfall gages it is not easy to reflect the variations of rainfall in space and time. Often, we do also have missing rainfall data at the rainfall gage stations due to various reasons. We estimate the distribution of mean areal rainfall data from the point rainfalls. So, in the aspect of continuous rainfall property in time, we should fill the missing rainfall data then we can represent the spatial distribution of rainfall data. This study uses the Fuzzy-Genetic algorithm as a interpolation method for filling the missing rainfall data. We compare the Fuzzy-Genetic algorithm with arithmetic average method, inverse distance method, normal ratio method, and ratio of distance and elevation method which are widely used previously. As the results, the previous methods showed the accuracy of 70 to 80 % but the Fuzzy-Genetic algorithm showed that of 90 %. Especially, from the sensitivity analysis, we suggest the values of power in the equation for filling the missing data according to the distance and elevation.

Implementation of Daily Water Supply Prediction System by Artificial Intelligence Models (일급수량 예측을 위한 인공지능모형 구축)

  • It is very important to forecast water supply for reasonal operation and management of water utilities. In this paper, water supply forecasting models using artificial intelligence are developed. Artificial intelligence models shows better results by using Temperature(t), water supply discharge (t-1) and water supply discharge (t-2), which are expressed by neural network(LMNNWS; Levenberg-Marquardt Neural Network for Water Supply, MDNNWS; MoDular Neural Network for Water Supply) and neuro fuzzy(ANASWS; Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference Systems for Water Supply). ANFISWS model which is applied for water supply forecasting shows stable application to the variable water supply data. As results, MDNNWS model shows the highest overall accuracy among proposed water supply forecasting models and the lowest estimation error with the order of ANFISWS, LMNNWS model.

  • Neuro-Fuzzy modeling approach is proposed to predict the dynamic behavior of a single-degree-of-freedom structure that is equipped with hybrid base isolation system. Hybrid base isolation system consists of friction pendulum systems (FPS) and a magnetorheological (MR) damper. Fuzzy model of the M damper is trained by ANFIS using various displacement, velocity, and voltage combinations that are obtained from a series of performance tests. Modelling of the FPS is carried out with a nonlinear analytical equation that is derived in this study and neuro-fuzzy training. Fuzzy logic controller is employed to control the command voltage that is sent to MR damper. The dynamic responses or experimental structure subjected to various earthquake excitations are compared with numerically simulated results using neuro-fuzzy modeling method. Numerical simulation using neuro-fuzzy models of the MR damper and FPS predict response of the hybrid base isolation system very well.

  • As many organizations are searching for ways to compete more effectively in today's market environment. Image of Product is become the most important fact to improve their competition. The objectives of this paper are to provide an overview of PDM(Purchasing Decision Factor) and to discuss how to measure it more efficiently. This study develops a conceptual 'relation model of the purchasing decision factor', which identifies only performance based measurement, and proposes Fuzzy Measuring Method which uses the Fuzzy rule based algorithm to adept survey to date sets.

  • 본 논문에서는 Manta 형상 무인잠수정의 자유항주모델을 설계하였고 이를 이용하여 제어실험을 실시하였다. 제작된 MUUTV모형은 직진방향으로 1개의 추진기를 가지고 있으며, 승강타와 방향타를 이용하여 수심 및 방향 제어를 실시하게된다. MUUTV는 수심제어시 사용되는 수심을 측정하기 위한 압력센서, 방향제어를 위해 방향각 측정을 위한 마그네틱 컴파스가 설치되어있으며, 잠수정의 전체적인 운용을 위한 Windows XP기반의 소형 On-board PC104가 장착되어있다. 시뮬레이션에 사용된 6자유도 운동모델은 PMM실험과 이론적 추정을 통해 얻어진 유체동역학계수와 파라미터를 이용하여 구성된다. 잠수정의 운동성능과 제어응답을 비교하기 위해 PID, 슬라이딩모드, 퍼지, 제어기가 설계되었으며, 이를 통해 제어 성능을 비교하고자 하였다. 또한 제작된 모델을 이용하여 수심 및 방향제어 실험을 수조에서 실시하였다.

Fuzzy KANO Model: Fuzzy Set-Based Classification of Customer Requirements (Kano 모형에 기반한 소비자 요구사항 분류: 퍼지 접근방법)

  • Kano model distinguishes three types of customer requirements, namely, one-dimensional quality, must-be quality, and attractive quality. There are a few methods for classifying a given customer requirement into one of the Kano's quality elements. However, the existing methods have a common limitation in that they are based on Kano evaluation table. Kano evaluation table is not always effective for the classification task, and suffers from a significant information loss. This paper proposes an alternative to Kano's evaluation table and a new classification scheme based on fuzzy set concept. The proposed method is illustrated using a case study on the ADSL service.

  • 현대의 선박운항에 있어서 선내 노동의 경감과 운항의 안정성 및 경제성 확보를 위하여 선박 자동차 및 원격 조종화가 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 선박조종 및 작업제어를 위하여 컴퓨터를 이용한 통합제어 시스템에 관한 연구도 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 소형선박 및 어선과 같은 환경에서의 지능형 시스템에 관한 연구는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 선박을 구현하기 위한 기반 연구로서 선박 운항자의 원격지시로 선박의 조타기를 제어하는 지능형 조타제어시스템을 구축하여 실용화를 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 구체적인 연구결과로는 지능형 학습 기법을 바탕으로 하는 퍼지 조타수 조작 모델을 구축하여 조타제어 시스템을 구현하였고. 모형선박(Miniature Ship)의 조타 시스템을 PC 상에서 원격으로 제어하기 위한 시뮬레이션 시스템을 구축하여 그 유효성을 확인하였다.

웹사이트 디자인을 위한 요인분석에서 퍼지인식도의 활용 방법론

  • 전자상거래를 위한 인터넷의 웹사이트 구축 문제는 기업이나 조직의 중요한 새로운 마케팅 창구로서의 역할 때문에 그 중요성을 인식하고 효과적 디자인을 기반한 사이트구축이 이슈화 되었다. 그리하여 성공적인 인터넷 비즈니스를 위한 웹사이트의 구축 방법론이나 가이드라인의 연구가 필요하게 되며, 최근 소비자의 행동을 분석하여 이를 소비자 구매욕구를 증진시키는 방안으로 활용하여 전략적인 웹사이트를 구축하도록 제시하는 많은 연구들이 제시되고 있다. 그러나 전략적인 관점에서 웹사이트를 구축하거나 이미 구축된 웹사이트를 전략적 관점에서 개편하려고 할 때 사용될 수 있는 뚜렷한 방법론이 존재하지 않기 때문에 이런 관점의 분석모형이 절대적으로 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전략 형성과정에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 FCM(Fuzzy Cognitive Map)을 소개하고 이를 바탕으로 보다 구체적인 웹사이트 디자인 요소를 분석, 평가 할 수있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 FCM기반의 분석은 웹사이트의 성공요인들로 꼽히는 요인들간의 인과관계를 고려하여 웹사이트 구축의 요인간의 영향력의 민감도 분석을 할 수 있는 접근법으로서의 활용도가 기대된다.
