Development of the Online Activity Index of K-pop Fans

  • This study aims to empirically measure K-pop fans' content and the extent of online activities. To achieve the purpose of the study, the researchers identify the statistically significant online activities that determine the intensity of fan attachment toward K-pop artists. Further, the research confirms the relative importance of various meaningful online activities. Consequently, we can develop the K-pop Online Activity Index (KOAI) model and apply it to this index model empirically for each respondent. We found that the model consists of five online activities of K-pop fans: whether joining the fan club or not, whether paying per view V live+ or not, whether watching VODs associated with artists or not, the degree of fan club writing, the degree of watching a lot on YouTube to improve the value of my artists. This study has practical significance in that it allows K-pop marketers to improve their marketing performance by providing content that will enable them to more efficiently and effectively allocate marketing resources to various online activities to get fan responses. It allows accumulating academic knowledge to understand the behavior in the field of online behavior for K-pop fans.

A Study on Three-Dimensional Flow Analysis and Noise Source of Sirocco Fan (시로코 팬의 3차원 유동해석 및 소음원에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined the flow and noise inside a sirocco fan for ventilation as a commercial program. To confirm only the location and power of the noise source, flow analysis was performed with steady state flow analysis. Through flow analysis, the flow was observed in the sirocco fan and the velocity vector. The pressure distribution inside was observed with contours. From the results of steady analysis, the position and size of the noise source could be seen using the 'Curle surface acoustic power' and 'Proudman acoustic power'. The Curle surface acoustic power can be used to observe the noise from the surface. The Proudman acoustic power can be used to detect noise generated in the flow region because the position and size of the noise source generated inside the sirocco fan can be seen only in the steady state. Therefore it is necessary to further analyze the unsteady state to check the frequency of the noise generated. This study provides basic data for improving the performance of the Sirocco fan and reducing the noise.

A Study on Cooling Condition for Quality Improvement of Rotary Molding Machine (회전성형기의 품질 향상을 위한 냉각 조건에 관한 연구)

  • The molding for hollow products used widely in industry is rotational molding by heating and cooling. Uniform cooling is required to improve the quality of the product, and rapid cooling is required to improve the productivity. In this paper, the cooling condition is largely classified into the case of no forced cooling by the fan and forced cooling by the fan. In addition, when forced cooling by the fan is not performed, the condition for stopping the molding machine horizontally and the condition for stopping the molding machine vertically were classified. To confirm the forced cooling by the fan, the conditions were set such that only the molding machine rotates while the fan is not running and the upper and lower fans operate when only the lower fan is operated. The surface temperature of the rotary molding machine was analyzed by the STAR-CCM+ program for the case of air-cooling. The temperature distribution of the rotary molding machine was analyzed for five conditions and the temperature distribution for cooling was compared under each condition. Among the five cases, Case 4 was lowest at approximately 35 ℃ after 900sec.

  • The axial fan is an element of a blower used for ventilation in various industrial fields. Many studies on aerodynamic performance have been conducted to assess axial fans using fluid dynamics. The subject was a large axial fan size, 1800 mm in diameter with 100 horsepower. The blower's axial fan consisted of blades, hubs, hub caps, and bosses are important components. The blade design has a great influence on the aerodynamic performance. 3D point data is extracted using an aerodynamic performance prediction program, and a 3D modeling shape is generated. The blades and hubs, which are important components, can be easily modified if processed by cutting owing to the environment in which blades and hubs are manufactured through die casting or gravity casting. In this study, the structural safety of components and the analysis results of weak areas at the rated operating speed of the axial fan were verified using the maximum stress and safety factor. The tip clearance reflected in the design was the rotation of the blade. To check whether there is interference with other components, the displacement result was derived to verify the structural safety of the axial fan.

  • 차세데 홈네트워크 환경하에서는 다양한 데이터 통신 무선기기들이 홈/오피스에서 공존할 것이다. 예를들어 무선랜, 블루투스(Bluetooth), 지그비(Zigbee), 무선 USB, UWB(Ultra Wideband) 등이 함께 주파수를 공유하게 될 것이며, 특히 ISM 대역은 서비스, 산업, 의료용 등으로 다양한 응용이 가느하기 때문에 전파 간섭이 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.11b 무선랜(WLAN)과 IEEE 802.15.4 저전력 저속 무선팬(WPAN) 무선기기에 대하여 간섭실험을 하였으며 두 무선기기가 상호 공존할 수 있는 공유 조건에 대해 분석하였다. 무선랜(WLAN)과 무선팬(WPAN)의 주파수 대역이 완전히 오버랩된 경우 간섭 레벨과 무선팬의 패킷 전송 횟수를 변화 시켜 상호간의 간섭 영향 저도를 측정하고 상호 무선기기간의 간섭 결과를 바탕으로 상호 무선기기간의 주파수 공유 조건을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Under the long-term influence of COVID-19, offline activities were interrupted and online communication became the main way. With the rapid development of Korean Wave and network information technology, there have been many entertainment communication platforms. Fans can communicate with stars and other fans and share information through entertainment and communication platforms. This can improve users' perception of the value of entertainment communication platforms, arouse emotional resonance and have a positive impact on users' platform recommendation intention. In this study, the influence of user interaction, identity and recommendation intention of entertainment communication platforms was investigated by questionnaire. The results are as follows: First, the interaction between fans and content has a positive effect on psychological and behavioral identity. Second, the interaction between fans does not affect their psychological and behavioral identity. Third, the interaction between fans and stars has a positive impact on psychological identity and behavior identity. Fourth, psychological identity and behavioral identity have a positive impact on community members' willingness to recommend. Behavioral identity plays a partial mediating role between psychological identity and recommendation intention. Based on the above analysis results, the present situation, limitations and future research directions of this study are put forward.
