중국 패션소비자의 쇼핑성향에 따른 인터넷 쇼핑몰 품질지각, 만족, 신뢰, 몰입 및 구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Shopping Mall Quality, Satisfaction, Trust, Commitment and Purchase Intention According to Shopping Propensity of Chinese Consumer)

  • I need to study variations which affect Chinese internet shopping-mall vendor and Chinese buyer's long term relationship and utilize that insight on marketing strategy. For that, I studied effect of shopping propensity, internet shipping-mall quality on satisfaction, trust, commitment and purchase intention of fashion products, mainly fashion goods consumers in their 20s-30s at Shanghai and Beijing. 453 respondents' survey was used for this study by random sample selection and analyzed through frequency analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, cross-tab, ANOVA test with SPSS12.0. Through this study, I found out that Chinese fashion goods consumer can be categorized as information seeker, variety seeker and innovation seeker. Among them, innovation seeker was most sensitive on shopping mall's quality, satisfaction, trust, commitment and purchase intention and Chinese consumer's evaluation on internet shopping-mall' perceived quality affect satisfaction, absorption, trust and fashion goods purchase intention. Based on that, I need to understand more about target consumer before enter the market, because there is difference of shopping-mall quality, satisfaction, trust, absorption and purchase intention according to shopper's propensity and demographic factors.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate if star marketing of on-line shopping malls affects consumers' WOM effect, and to compare the differences of consumption behavior between female teenagers and college students. Two hundred five female teenagers and college students who had purchased fashion goods through internet shopping mall participated in this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, and multiple regression were used. As the results, first, recognition of celebrity advertising models was classified into three factors such as 'trust of product', 'attractiveness of product' and 'leading interest of product' factors. Second, the greater exposure to celebrity models, the greater the good feelings about them, showing respondents' positive consumption behavior. Third, results of multiple regression revealed that behavior of pursuing celebrities' style accounted for 37% of the explained variance WOM behavior. Finally, t-test revealed that female college students were affected more by celebrity style and bought fashion items than female teenagers. However, female teenagers conducted more WOM behavior than college students. Based on these results, on-line fashion marketers would use these data for more their efficient fashion marketing strategies.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 플로우가 패션제품 충동구매를 통해 소비자 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Flow on Consumer Satisfaction through E-impulse Buying for Fashion Products)

  • Fashion products are frequently purchased on impulse and are also one of the most popular product categories sold online. Online environment attributes can facilitate flow experiences that are described as an optimal psychological state reached during an engagement in activities (e.g., games and e-shopping). This study estimated the path model to examine the causal relationships among shopping mall attributes, flow, e-impulse buying, and consumer satisfaction for fashion products. A total of 598 usable questionnaires were obtained from college students who had purchased fashion products through the Internet. Data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results showed that e-shopping mall attributes (visual attributes and product attributes) significantly influenced e-impulse buying (fashion-oriented impulse buying and promotion-oriented impulse buying) which was mediated by the consumer flow experience and then influenced by consumer satisfaction. In the path model, the flow was stimulated by shopping mall attributes, the e-impulse buying was influenced by flow, and the consumer satisfaction was influenced by e-impulse buying. Flow was the most highly related to the fashion-oriented impulse buying, and followed by the relationship of the flow and promotion-oriented impulse buying in the context of e-shopping for fashion products. A managerial implication was discussed for fashion product e-retailers to develop strategies on visual attributes and product attributes that could stimulate and increase the consumer flow to trigger impulse buying as well as consumer satisfaction.

인터넷쇼핑몰의 의류상품정보 제시방법에따른 쇼핑가치와 만족 (Shopping Value and Satisfaction by Presentation Formats of Apparel Products -Information on Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study investigates the effectiveness of fashion coordination presentation formats when people buy apparel products online. This study conducted an online survey with 595 females who shopped online at the simulated website by a single apparel plan picture (n=189), coordination plane picture (n=187), and 3-D coordination image (n=216). For data analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, MANCOVA, ANOVA, Duncan test, correlation analysis, and chi-square are used. The results of this study are: First, the hedonic shopping value was significantly the highest when respondents shopped at a 3-D coordination image shopping mall, the next highest-scored presentation type was the coordination plane picture, and the case of presenting only the single apparel picture was significantly the lowest. The utilitarian shopping value and information shopping value were higher in the coordination plane picture and the 3-D coordination image shopping mall than the single apparel picture. Second, transactions satisfaction was high when respondents shopped at a 3-D coordination image, coordination plane image, and single apparel image in decreasing order.

  • 최근 소득의 증대와 삶의 질의 향상에 따라 패션에 대한정보 습득의 욕구가 증대되고 있다. 많은 인터넷 쇼핑몰이나 패션 업계에서 패션과 관련된 정보들을 웹사이트를 통하여 제공하고 있다. 그러나 사람들에게 단편적인 패션정보가 아닌 패션과 관련된 종합적인 연관 정보들을 제공하는 시스템은 미비하였다. 본 논문에서는 언제 어디서나 휴대 가능한 모바일 디바이스 상에서 패션과 관련된 종합 정보들을 습득 할 수 있는 모바일 패션 정보 제안 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 패션 온톨로지를 XML문서로 구현하며 듀이 넘버(Dewey Number)를 체계를 통하여 LCA(Lowest Common Ancestor)를 빠르게 찾아 사용자가 원하는 정보와 관련된 정보들을 모바일 브라우저 상에 제안한다. 또한 사용자가 촬영한 패션 UCC(User Created Content)를 서버에 등록하는 기능을 제공한다. 본 시스템은 패션 정보 모바일 종합 디스플레이 시스템으로서 모바일 기기와 패션 분야의 접목을 통하여 사용자 맞춤형 패션 정보들을 지능적으로 제공받을 수 있는 새로운 시스템이다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 패션제품 소비자의 위험지각과 위험감소행동에 관한 연구 (Risk Perception and Risk Reduction Behaviors of Fashion Product Consumers in Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study analyzed risk perception and risk reduction behaviors of male and female college students in their twenties who purchased fashion products in internet shopping malls. It also investigated the relationship between risk perception and risk reduction behavior as well as the ways in which groups, categorized by risk perception, differed in their risk reduction behaviors. The results of this study were as follows: first, seven factors of risk perception were identified. These were product quality, shipping, product image, payment, economic feasibility, fear of other people's reactions, and size. Six types of risk reduction behavior were also identified. These were product comparison, word-of-mouth information search, price search, preference for name-brand, service comparison, and referring to experiences. Next, a correlational analysis of the factors of risk perception and those of risk reduction behavior showed several patterns. The highest positive correlation was between economic risk perception and product comparison behavior. In addition, shipping risk perception was positively correlated with service comparison behavior and product quality and product image had a positive correlation with word-of-mouth information search behavior. Third, customers of internet shopping malls could be categorized into three groups: shipping risk perception group, high risk perception group, and product quality risk perception group. The groups were shown by factor analysis to be significantly different to each other. Finally, risk reduction behavior was investigated according to the different groups of risk perception of the internet shopping malls and the results showed significant differences among groups.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate influences of perceived price dimensions and store attributes on store choice behavior. Three major retail formats, department store, discount store, and internet shopping mall in retail industry were compared with respect to store attributes and intention to purchase fashion products. Data were obtained from 427 consumers aged 25-49 years old. The results were as follows. (1) Multidimensional aspects of the price construct were identified: price-quality schema, prestige sensitivity, price mavenism, value consciousness, price consciousness, and sales proneness. (2) Store attributes included product assortment, quality per price (Q/P), service, and symbolic image in general. However, store attribute factors of three retail formats consisted of slightly different items. Department stores presented the highest level of mean scores on product quality, customer service, and symbolic images, while internet mall exhibited highest on product variety, information comparison, and quality per price. (3) Respondents presented high level of intention to purchase fashion products at internet mall, department store, and discount store in that order. (4) Purchase intention at department store was predicted by Q/P, service, symbolic image, prestige sensitivity, product assortment, clothing consumption, and age in order. Purchase intention at discount store was influenced by assortment & Q/P, symbolic image, clothing consumption, and sales proneness, whereas internet mall was predicted by product assortment, Q/P, service, price mavenism, and price-quality schema.

  • This study is aimed at the application of the apparel size system to be applied for the Internet shopping mall in Korea. Especially this is focused on the presumption of the body measurement according to the age groups and the figure groups. In this regard, a sizing system is to be developed that could be used to approach consumers more easily and provide more fitness and accuracy in terms of size. The target study was on a group of women nineteen to forty-nine years of age. The 4th National Anthropometry Survey data were used in the examination. The results in the study are as follows ; (1) On the Internet apparel shopping malls in relation with this study, no matter what size in the ready-to-wear enterprises was selected by the consumers who once put their information in the member registration, the most appropriate sizes for them are automatically given and transferred to the order forms of chosen enterprises with aid of internal programs of the internet webpage. In addition, when consumers enter their body sizes in the units that are familiar to them, such as inches or centimeters, the units are automatically programed so that they can be converted for the sake of convenience. ; (2) To extract an estimation equation of body size through Multiple Regression Analysis, the circumferences of chest and hip could be presumed by stature, weight, and waist circumference of which most consumers were well aware. For more accurate regression equations, groupings were made in the three categories of age(19∼29/30∼39/40∼49) and in the three body types(Type N, A and H). Then, the regression equations were established for three sectors, $\circled1$ 'chest circumference not filled up', $\circled2$ 'hip circumference not filled up' and $\circled3$ 'neither filled up for chest nor for hip circumference'.     • Internet shopping malls for fashion products(e.g., apparel, cosmetics and accessory) may become a major player with a promising future because of its tremendous growth in e-commerce. In addition, the fashion market has been segmented by various types of shopping malls on the internet. For many types of internet shopping malls, literatures give us numerous types, such as general mall, specialty mall, open-market, mall-in-mall, department-mall, brand-mall, and a specialized category mall, etc. Although each mall specializes in different activities, a unified categorization with managerially meaningful implications has not been made. This paper aims to explore criteria of internet shopping malls based on previous research related to shopping mall types for fashion products. The results found that internet shopping malls for fashion products were classified based on physical space, openness of the mall, number of companies, method of profit, specialization of products, number of product categories, and brand products dealt with. Internet shopping mall for fashion products was classified into online malls versus online malls versus offline mall, open mall versus closed mall, single mall versus multi mall, retail-trade mall versus syndicated mall, general mall vs specialize mall, one-product category mall versus multi-product category mall, and brand mall versus non-brand mall. These findings could offer an important contribution in research and practice, and an insight into developing appropriate strategies for effective fashion shopping mall management related products.

    • This study looked into the present status of e-mail marketing, which is conducted in local Internet fashion shopping malls and is being used as a one-to-one marketing method in the e-CRM concept so as to establish an effective e-mail marketing policy by grasping problems based on the current status and by presenting solutions to the problems. This study analyzed the e-mail letters received during a certain period of time by 30 professional Internet fashion shopping malls of with famous goods, brands and non-brands. Four individuals subscribed to shopping mall through the procedure for membership applying for e-mail services. The analysis showed that there were no shopping malls that were doing a differentiated e-mail marketing among Internet shopping malls. As for time factor, they were sending e-mail letters irregularly regardless of a certain cycle. And as for visual factor, they didnt have any standard for the content of the mail. As for content factor, the contents of their mail were not differentiated and all the same. The comparison of fashion malls showed that the brand shopping malls were the most active in e-mail marketing. On the basis of the problems, the direction for the effective e-mail marketing of Internet shopping malls are presented as follows: First, individualized contents fitting for customers should be developed, and differentiated mailing services should be provided thereby. Second, each shopping mall should make periodic tests of mailing to find out the optimal time and day to provide e-mail services to the customers at the designated time. Third, e-mail should be differentiated fitting for the website according to a certain on a certain standard for visual effects and the identity of shopping mall should be established. Firth, in the contents of e-mail, the image and message elements should be properly harmonized and creative policies should be made with interactive or recreational elements. Fifth, a homepage policy which can satisfy customers demand for information when the e-mail is clicked on..
