엘리트 펜싱 선수들의 팡트 동작에 따른 무릎 신전근 근력과 각가속도의 상관 (Correlation of isokinetic strength and angular velocity of knee during Fente motion in elite fencer)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 펜싱의 각 세부종목과 성별에 따른 팡트 동작에서의 무릎관절 운동역학을 분석하고 무릎 신전근의 다양한 속도에 대한 등속성 근력을 측정하여, 이들의 상관관계를 확인함으로써 펜싱 세부종목과 성별에 따른 훈련프로그램 및 재활프로그램을 개발하는 데에 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 대한민국 국가대표 선수촌에서 훈련 중인 플뢰레 10명 (남자4명), 에페 10명 (남자 6명), 사브르 11명 (남자 5명) 등 총 31명의 엘리트 펜싱선수들을 대상으로 하였고, $60^{\circ}/s$, $180^{\circ}/s$, $300^{\circ}/s$의 각속도에 대한 무릎 신전근의 원심성 및 구심성 등속성 근력(PT/BW, WK/BW)과 팡트 동작에서 발생하는 무릎관절의 굴곡 (P1) 및 신전 (P2) 각가속도를 측정하였다. 무릎 신전근과 무릎관절 각가속도의 상관관계를 피어슨의 상관관계 계수 (r)를 통해 확인하였고, 모든 통계적 유의수준은 ${\alpha}=.05$로 설정하였다. 펜싱에서 기본이 되는 팡트 동작에서의 무릎관절 움직임에 있어서 요구되는 무릎 신전근의 근력이 펜싱의 세부종목과 성별에 따라 차이가 난다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

펜싱 플러레 공격 기술중 마르쉬 팡트 동작의 운동학적 분석 (Kinematic Analysis of Marche Fente Motion in a Fleuret Attack Technique)

  • This study was designed to examine the kinematic factors in the phase during the marche fente motion. For this study, the subjects were 5 elite male fencing players. The direct linear transformation (DLT) method was used in calculating 3-D coordinate of the digitized body parts. The cubic spline function was used for smoothing and the kinematic data for displacement, velocity, angle variables were calculated for Kwon3d ver 2.1. And the following conclusions were drawn; 1. It show that the marche phase appeared to longer time than the pante phase In the performance time. For the fast attack, it showed that the subjects should be moving in a short stride width. 2. For a fast and stable movement posture in the marche phase, the vertical change of COG must be maintain the same position as possible, but all subjects appeared to decrease the COG because of a excessive the knee flection. 3. In the COG velocity change, all the subjects showed to the same change in both the marche and the fente phase. However in the attack extremity velocity, it increased velocity in order of upper arm, fore arm, and hand in the marche phase, but it showed different velocity among each subjects at the moment of stabbing. So that in order to do effective stabbing, they have to extend their upper extremity max and do faster the distal segment than the proximal segment. 4. It showed to take a fast and stable movement, because some subjects showed the big anteroposterior angle of the trunk flexed max shoulder angle and elbow angle of their attack arm and the other upper extremity.

펜싱 팡트 동작 숙련도에 따른 세 그룹간의 운동학적 비교분석 (Kinematic Analysis between Three Groups according to Proficiency in Fencer's Fente Movement)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyse and comparison the differences of kinematic variables for Fente skill in Fencing. Method: For this, 15 people were selected as 5 beginners with less than 2 years of experience, 5 intermediate-class people with more than 2 years and less than 4 years, and 5 experts-class people with more than 4 years. Through the comparison of Marche Fente motion according to proficiency, for the necessary time, travel distance, the kinematical factor of joint angle, oneway ANOVA was performed in order to identify differences according to variables by phase. Results: The time required for each phase was shown to be shorter for all phases experts than for beginners and intermediates. At the horizontal displacement of the foot, the right foot left out the last phase and the experts appeared long. The left foot showed short beginners in all phases. The angle of forward lean showed that the angle of forward lean was tilted forward by the experts of all phases. There was a difference between the left and right joint angles of the lower limb, both of the ankle, knee and hip joints. Conclusion: In overall, Beginners should quickly widen the distance of their feet when they make a Fente movement. The beginner shall tilt the upper body forward in order to increase the angle of forward lean. The beginner shall, in the last phase, have a smaller angle on the hip joint.
