이제 커피자동판매기에서 국내산 차를 판매하지 않아도 된다. 현행 커피자판기에 국내산 차를 강제적으로 1/3 이상 적용 판매하라는 규정이 삭제되게 되는 것이다. 보건복지부 식품정책과는 7월 19일 이같은 내용을 담은 "식품위생법 시행령 및 시행규칙" 개정안을 입법예고 했다. 이번 개정안이 마련된게 된 것은 한국자동판매기 공업협회의 적극적인 개정건의 작업의 결과이다. 한국자동판매기공업협회는 커피자판기 국내산 차 판매로 인한 여러 문제점들과 민원이 야기되자, 지난 2009년 11월초 보건복지부 식품정책과를 대상으로 "다류 식품자동판매기 국내산 차 의무 판매 규정"을 삭제해 줄 것을 개정 건의한 바 있다. 협회는 대형 커피자판기의 경우 커피의 판매 규정이 국내산 차 1/3 이상이어야 한다는 의무규정으로 인해 단일 커피자판기에도 싫든 좋든 국내산 차를 적용 판매함으로서 자판기 운영에 있어 큰 애로점으로 작용해 왔다고 주장했다. 또한 국내산 차 적용 판매가 소비자들에서 위생에 대한 취약성을 더 노출시킨다는 사실을 적극 어필을 했다. 이같은 협회의 주장을 보건복지부 식품정책과는 합리적으로 수용했다. 커피자판기의 국내산 차 적용 판매가 영업의 재량권만 침해할 뿐 규제 명분을 상실했다고 판단했다. 또 서울시나 식약청의 자판기 위생검사시에 상대적으로 국내산 차의 불량률이 높게 나타난 점도 주요인으로 작용했다. 이번 국내산 차 판매 의무 조항 삭제 입법예고로 커피자판기 시장은 새로운 흐름이 주도될 수 있을 것으로 보여진다. 업계에서 원하지 않는 조항이 삭제된 만큼 커피자판기 시장 활성화에도 적지 않은 도움을 주리라 기대된다. 이번에 입법예고된 개정안을 세부적으로 살펴보고, 과연 시장에 어떠한 긍정적 영향들을 미칠지를 분석해 봤다.

Throughout the nation, each local Agricultural Cooperative (AC) has built its own agri-products processing factory in order to provide the steady demand source for the locally produced agri-products. However, each factory of AC has performed poorly with no competitive advantages against the national brands of private companies. Thus, from the perspective of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (NACF), the current situation of unorganized and inefficient management of the factories under the control of each local AC needs to be improved. In this case analysis, we introduce the problems of the AC factories and discuss the NACF's approach to solve the problems. In particular, given that AC as well as NACF are the non-profit organizations, it is worthwhile to fay special attention to the process of restructuring the system of distribution channels for the processed agri-products with the concept of marketing.

Two of most important industries in Changwon, the distribution industry and the construction industry have been threatened by the recent economic downturn. Rehabilitating plans for traditional markets tend to focus on renovation of facilities rather than on the managerial solution. Traditional market plays vital roles as a social safety net and a source of development of regional economy. Modernization of facilities and differentiation of business areas are two most important issues for the revitalization of the traditional market. Traditional markets should adopt a strategy which can make a difference in characteristics of the market, regional culture, regional industry and consumer behavior of the region. Purposes of this study are: first, to understand characteristics of traditional markets in Changwon, second, to draw implications for administrative and financial supports for traditional markets in Changwon.

Bovine serum albumin(BSA), $\alpha$-lactalbumin($\alpha$-LA), $\beta$-lactoglobulin($\beta$-LG) and bovine immunoglobulin G (IgG) were investigated the cytotoxicity on tumor cell lines. $\alpha$-LA was showned a tendency of dose dependaent on cytotoxicity using WiDr. The growth of WiDr was inhibited 82% by 1mg/ml of $\alpha$-LA. However, IgG, BSA and $\beta$-LG were not shown the cytotoxicity on WiDr. When $\alpha$-LA was purified by using high pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC), the main component($\alpha$-LA) was eluted at 33.057 min and extremely small quantities eluted at 32.310 min. The cytotoxicity of main component (eluted at 33.057 min peak) was lower than commercial $\alpha$-LA. And the cytotoxic activity of hydrolyzed $\alpha$-LA and $\alpha$-LA treated with EDTA were lower than commercial $\alpha$-LA on tumor cells.

This study focuses on an M/M/1 queue with an attached continuous-type inventory. The customers arrive into the system according to the Poisson process, and are served in their arrival order; i.e., first-come-first-served. The service times are assumed to be independent and identically distributed exponential random variable. At a service completion epoch, the customer consumes a random amount of inventory. The inventory is controlled by the traditional (s, S)-inventory policy with a generally distributed lead time. A customer that arrives during a stock-out period assumed to be lost. For the number of customers and the inventory size, we derive a product-form stationary joint probability distribution and provide some numerical examples. Besides, an operational strategy for the inventory that minimizes the long-term cost will also be discussed.

General finger splint manufactured and sold domestically could have been of great help to patients with disabilities due to damage to the body's. However, it reminded the wearer of his disability that he wanted to hide. This has had a negative effect on the psychological side of self-absorption and depression. If this avoids or rejects wearing, the role of ancillary rehabilitation is lost. This does not meet the user's requirements. Thus, in this study, 3D printing was used to better reflect user requirements. Next, the study examined existing prior studies to identify the characteristics and criteria of each study. It also examined medical finger aids that were being sold in the auxiliary device market. The assessment criteria were derived by compiling and interpreting user surveys of each finger splint device. Based on the evaluation criteria derived, the design guidelines for finger splint were presented using FDM-style 3D printers. Finally, we proposed a finger splint design according to the proposed design guideline.

Specially, Multimedia Personal Computer and fast diffusion of a digital television are acting role such as catalyst that promote easy purchase and consumption of multimedia contents of good qualify. However, this system is no method that can sell digital contents and express right that original owner for the contents can insist nothing but consume. Because consumer can distribute to another person copying contents that buy because of and user can distribute producing ashes again according to necessary field by oneself as well as, can lose meaning for original contents. In this paper, Text editing system for XrML (extensible Rights Markup Language) that describe about integrity of message and entity authentication in addition to necessary rights, fees, condition etc. and this to do fetters XML (eXtensible Markup Language) for copyright protection for digital contents in treatise that see hereupon and use digital contents design and embody.

The logistic environment of Korean companies faces very challenging circumstances due to lack of resources and tough price competitions. It is obvious that such a load of logistic cost becomes an obstacle to national or business competition advantages in the era of unlimited market competition. Prior studies concerning these issues sought to express a large-scale distribution network in a unified numerical formula using defined symbols and could take systematic approaches to distribution network. But inventory policy and operation in material distribution system have been limited to conventional methodology. so they are exposed to many questions in practical applications. This study analyzed distribution system cost and developed a relevant model for operation policy of distribution system for the efficeient treating of stockout. allowing practical applications, so that it will contribute to saving operational cost related to material distribution system.

The purpose of this study is to analyze local cultural festivals hosted contact-free in the corona era and to suggest the direction for sustainable festivals in the post-corona era. To this end, by analyzing the cases of well-known festivals held contact-free in 2020 and 2021, we tried to get implications for the festivals in the post-corona era from there. As a result of this study, contact-free festivals had the following characteristics. First, the on-tact method, which produces and transmits a video or allows interaction through real-time participation, was prominent. Second, in order to compensate for the shortcomings of the contact-free method, various efforts have been made to enable on-tact experience by making and delivering experience kits in the case of experiential elements of the festival in advance. Third, communication was secured through real-time comments, and fourth, products were sold through the Internet and live commerce channels, and a certain effect was obtained. In particular, in the case of online festivals, there is a problem of loss of the sense of place of the festival, but there are cases of online festivals with more participation than offline festivals. It is judged that the problem of how to achieve this will become a reference material for the future development of contact-free festival contents.
