Effect of a Spiritual Care Empowerment Program on Psychological Empowerment of Nursing Students (영적 간호임파워먼트 프로그램이 간호대학생의 심리적 임파워먼트에 미치는 효과)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to test the effects of a spiritual care empowerment (SCE) program on the psychological empowerment for nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The participants were 80 nursing students (41 in the experimental and 39 in the control group) recruited from the D and S universities. The SCE program used in this study was developed based on the Zimmerman's Psychological Empowerment Model. The experimental group attended 9 sessions of a SCE program. Sessions were 90 minutes each, held twice per week for 5 weeks. Data were analyzed using Chi-square, Fisher's exact test, and t-test using SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Intrapersonal (self esteem and existential well-being), interactional (empathy), and behavioral (spiritual care competence) components were significantly improved in the experimental group after the intervention compared to the control group. Conclusion: The results show that the SCE program could be effective in improving the psychological empowerment of nursing students. Accordingly, the SCE program would be applied to the nursing curriculum that enhances students' psychological empowerment.

대기압 플라즈마를 이용한 ZnO 박막 형성 연구

  • DC Arc Plasmatron을 이용하여 대기압에서 ZnO 박막을 형성하였다. Zinc acetyl acetonate, diethylzinc, zinc power들을 precursor로 사용하여 박막을 형성하였다. 100 nm/min에 달하는 박막 형성 속도가 관측되었다. 기판의 온도와 압력, 플라즈마트론의 파워 등에 따라 박막은 amorphous와 poly-crystal 상을 나타내었다. XRD, SEM, XPS 등을 이용하여 박막의 특성을 조사하였고, 박막의 전기전도도를 증가시키기 위하여 수소분위기에서의 annealing 효과를 조사하였다.

  • Nonlinear acoustic effect has been considered as an effective tool for the evaluation of material degradation. In this paper, the applicability of nonlinear acoustic effect to the evaluation of degraded 2.25Cr-1Mo steel is investigated. Firstly, artificial aging was performed to simulate the microstructural degradation in 2.25Cr-1Mo steel arising from long time exposure at $540^{\circ}C$. Secondly, ultrasonic nonlinear parameter was quantitatively measured by bi-spectrum and power spectrum. Nonlinear acoustic parameter from bi-spectrum was found to be clearly sensitive to the aging time.

Effects of Empowerment and Academic Resilience on Positive Psychological Capital of Nursing Students (간호대학생의 임파워먼트, 학업탄력성이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 효과)

  • This purpose of this study was to examine relationships among empowerment, academic resilience and positive psychological capital and identify the factors that influence on positive psychological capital in the nursing students. The data were collected from 200 nursing students in the three colleges located Y and S city and 20 April 2019 to 10 May 2019. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 20.0. program. Positive psychological capital in nursing students was significantly correlated with empowerment(r=.610, p<.001) and academic resilience(r=669, p<.001). The result of the multiple regression indicates the academic resilience predict 58.7%(F=19.47, p<.001) of positive psychological capital. Therefore, it is necessary to develop academic resilience increase education program for strategy positive psychological capital in nursing students.

  • This paper is a study of a prevention of power folding controller's thermal degradation. Power folding technology has been applied for many fields such as side rear vision mirror of vehicles, windshield wiper, antenna, power window. These controllers have been comprised with traditional DC moors, Switching electronic devices, and relays. But this methods have a limitation to overcome such problems of product reliability, endurance, noise margins. Therefore on this paper, to detect the movement of motor, sensing motor brush noise on a load sensing part has been used and controlling a precise RC timing control minimizes the thermal deterioration of motor. And using MOS FETs as a electronic switching device increases life-time and liability of control circuit. After testing such circuit and control method, repetition of operating time, cut-off time, wide operation voltage, power noise margin ware increased over eleven-fold.

  • This study is conducted to verify the effect on the job performance mediating job satisfaction of participant's self-leadership and empowerment for Senior Employment Programs. The questionnaire research targets, a total of 158, are used analysis on participants for Senior Employment Programs in Gwang-ju, Jeollanam-do, Jeollabuk-do, Jeju. In order to derive research result to use a SPSS Version 12.0 for Window program, and factorial analysis, reliability verification for each variable were used. Additionally, It was used to carry out hypothesis verification for Regression analysis. As a result, the study shows that the job performance is maximized by the mediation effect of job satisfaction with self-leadership and empowerment of participants on Senior Employment Programs. On the base of study result, this paper suggest for participants in Senior Employment Program to enforce method about Natural Reward Strategies, Meaning, Confidence, Impact.

펄스 직류 전원 $BCl_3$/He 플라즈마를 이용한 GaAs 건식 식각

  • 펄스 직류 전원 $BCl_3$/He 플라즈마를 사용하여 GaAs의 건식 식각을 연구하였다. 공정 변수는 가스 유량 (0~100% $BCl_3$ in $BCl_3$/He), 펄스 파워 ($450{\sim}600\;{\nu}$), 펄스 주파수 (100~250 KHz), 펄스 시간 ($0.4{\sim}1.2\;{\mu}s$)이었다. 식각 공정 후 식각률, 포토레지스트에 대한 식각 선택도, 표면 거칠기는 표면 단차 측정기를 이용하였다. 식각 공정 동안 플라즈마 광 특성 분석은 광학 발광분석기 (Optical emission spectroscopy)를 사용하였다. 실험 후 주사 전자 현미경을 이용, 식각 후 시료의 단면과 표면을 관찰하였다. 실험 결과에 의하면 1) 펄스 파워, 주파수, 시간을 고정 ($500\;{\nu}$, $0.7\;{\mu}s$, 200 KHz)하고 10% He 가스가 혼합되어 있는 조건에서 GaAs의 식각률이 순수한 $BCl_3$를 사용한 것보다 높았다. 이를 통해 식각 공정에서 일정량 이하의 He 혼합은 GaAs 식각률을 증가시키는 시너지효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 2) 그러나 약 20% 이상의 He 가스의 혼합은 GaAs의 식각 속도를 저하시켰다. 3) 10% He (9 sccm $BCl_3/1$ sccm He), 200 KHz 펄스 주파수, $0.7\;{\mu}s$ 펄스 시간의 조건에서 펄스 파워가 증가함에 따라 GaAs의 식각률 또한 선형적으로 증가하였다. 4) 특히, $600\;{\nu}$의 파워에서 식각률은 ${\sim}0.5\;{\mu}m/min$로 가장 높았다. 5) 표면 단차 측정기와 전자현미경을 이용하여 식각한 GaAs를 분석한 결과 10% He이 혼합되어 있는 조건에서는 우수한 수직 측벽과 매끈한 표면 (RMS roughness <1 nm)을 관찰할 수 있었다. 6) 10% He이 혼합된 $BCl_3$/He 펄스 직류 플라즈마 식각 후 XPS 분석결과에서도 기준 샘플과 비교하였을 때, 공정 후의 GaAs 표면이 화학적으로 깨끗하며 잔류물이 거의 검출되지 않았다. 위의 결과를 정리하였을 때, 펄스 직류 $BCl_3$/He 플라즈마는 GaAs의 식각에서 매우 우수한 공정 결과를 나타내었다.
