중국의 저임금 시대가 저물고 있다. 올 들어 법정 최저임금이 평균20%나 급등한 가운데 임금 인상을 요구하는 파업도 잇따르고 있어 '세계공장'의 지위가 흔들리지 않을까라는 우려가 고조되고 있다. 이번 최저임금 인상률이 유난히 커 보인 것은 2009년의 미반영분까지 반영했기 때문이다. 중국의 임금 수준은 베트남, 인도 등 신흥국가와의 격차가 점차 벌어지고 있지만 아직 멕시코 등 일부 개발도상국의 절반 수준이어서 경제발전수준과 임금간의 괴리가 있다. 중국정부는 임금 인상을 경제구조전환, 양극화 해소 및 사회불안 요인을 선제적으로 차단하기 위한 다목적 카드로 삼고 있다. 중국 근로자들의 권익의식 제고 및 신세대 농민공들의 부상으로 노동분쟁의 발생가능성도 배제할 수 없다. 일부 저임 제조업 공장이 밀집한 지역을 중심으로 노동력 부족 현장이 주기적으로 나타날 기능성이 높다. 중국정부가 2015년까지 평균 임금을 현재의 두 배로 올린다는 목표를 세운 만큼 향후 임금 상승세가 더욱 거세질 전망이다. 생산성을 초월해 임금상승이 이뤄지면 기업의 부담을 가중시키고 이로 인해 산업간의 양극화가 더욱 심해질 수 있다. 그러나 인건비 이외에 양호한 물류 인프라와 제조업 클러스터, 제도적 환경, 특히 거대한 내수시장의 잠재력은 중국이 생산지로서 갖고 있는 남다른 매력이다. 인건비 상승의 충격을 이겨낼 수 있는 고부가가치화와 전략적 전환이 필요하다.

본 연구에서는 가솔린 시계열 예측전문가들이 수요를 예측하고, 더 나아가 직감적으로 행하고 있는 보정과정을 자동화하기 위해 신경망을 사용한다. 가솔린 수요 예측분야에서 보정을 위해 사용되는 전형적인 판단요소는 정부 에너지 절약 정책, 에너지 산업의 파업, 공휴일 등이 있다. 주요 추세가 순환신경망에 의해 예측되고 이들 판단요소의 효과가 다층신경망에 의해 탐지되어 보정된다. 가솔린 수요에 대한 실험결과는 보정과정을 갖는 예측구조가 하나의 신경망을 사용하는 예측구조 보다 더 나은 예측력을 보였다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제시한 접근방법이 순환신경망이나 ARIMA 모델을 사용하는 것보다 더 나은 결과를 가졌다.

반도체 칩 부족에 따른 신차 생산 중단 및 중고차 가격 급상승, 항구 파업으로 수입 차량 인도 지연 등 예측 불가능한 사회 현상이 빈번히 발생하는 상황에서도 신속히 대응하며 운영해야하는 자동차 딜러쉽의 총괄 관리자 역할은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 캐나다 온타리오 주 내 현대자동차 딜러쉽을 대표하는 8명의 지점장들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. AHP 기법을 통해 총괄 관리자에게 가장 중요한 핵심 역량을 파악하였고, 의사 결정, 직원과의 관계, 코칭 및 멘토링 등이 핵심 역량으로 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 채용 과정에서 평가 지표로 활용될 수 있고, 현직 총괄 관리자들의 역량 향상을 위한 교육 시스템 구축 및 적용을 통해 딜러쉽의 성공적인 운영과 더 큰 성과 창출에도 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

We report and analyze the Korean physicians' recent general strike over the implementation of the Separation of Prescribing and Dispensing Practice (SPDP) in which more than 18,000 private clinics and 280 hospitals participated. Utilizing game-theoretic models of bargaining we explain why the Korean physicians were so successful in organizing intense collective action against the government and securing very favorable policy outcomes. In particular, we highlight the role of distributional conflict among social actors in shaping the details of institutional reform. The introduction of the SPDP was a necessary first step in the overall reform of health care system in Korea. However, the SPDP was perceived to be a serious threat to the economic viability of their profession by the vast majority of Korean physicians who had long been relied on the profits from selling medicines to compensate for the loss of income due to the low service fee under the previous health care system. The strong political coalition among heterogeneous physicians enabled them to organize an intense form of collective action, the general strike. Thus, physicians were successful not only in dragging the government to a bargaining table, but also winning in the bargaining and securing an outcome vastly favorable to them. On the other hand, the lack of an overall reform plan in the health care policy area, especially the finance of the National Health Insurance and the need for maintaining an image as a successful reform initiator, motivated the government to reach a quick resolution with the striking physicians.

움직이는 물체 영역 검출 시 연속된 두 영상간의 차영상을 통하여 구하는 방법은 가장 간단하고 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 능동 카메라를 이용하여 실험할 경우 두 연속된 영상 간 배경의 움직임, 즉 카메라의 움직임 영역이 함께 포함되기 때문에 실제로 움직인 물체만을 찾아내기에는 어려움이 있다. 이를 보정하는 방법 영상의 처리를 통만 배경의 예측 및 보정, 그리고 센서를 통해 카메라가 움직인 각도를 측정하여 이를 보정해주는 방법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 팬틸트 장비에 장착된 카메라에 센서를 부착하여 각 시간 간격 당 움직인 각도를 획득, 이를 이용하여 이전 영상과 현재 영상에서의 픽셀 위치 변화 관계를 구하여 카메라의 움직임을 보정한다. 그리고 보정된 영상과 이전 영상간의 비교 통해 움직임 영역을 구하고 움직인 물체의 센트로이드를 구한다. 이때 센트로이드가 항상 이미지 플레인의 중심점과 일치하도록 팬틸트 파업을 수행한다.

Recently industries have started to recognize the importance of word-of-mouth marketing and human resource management especially for airline industries who suffer from pilot shortage. Pilots are very important component of airline company and require a lot of money and time to assession, training and maintaining certified license validity. This study is to test the effect of airline pilot's organizational identification, emotional exhaustion and perceived justice on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth on airline union pilots returned from the strike. This study used both literary method and empirical method. The researcher did literary study based on the previous study, designed the research model and hypothesis, did questionnaire survey to the Union member pilot from year 2005 strike for the subject of study to verify hypothesis and analysed empirically the finding using SPSS12.0 program. The major findings of this study may be summarized as follows, (1) organizational identification has a negative effect on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth, (2) emotional exhaustion has a positive effect on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth, (3) perceived justice has a negative effect on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth.

A method of detecting charged particles in an allyl diglycol carbonate material (PN-3) which is available, amorphous, optically clear and thermoset plastic in which nuclear particle tracks could be revealed by etching in hot NaOH solutions, has been investigated. It has been applied to the study of alpha particle tracks over an energy range of 3.17～5.49 MeV which has been obtained after having passed through several sheets of polycarbonate. The dose equivalent rate of the alpha source was calculated and the spark chamber was used in order to measure the range of alpha particles after having passed through different number of absorbers. The etching characteristics and the detection response of PN-3 have been studied as a funcion of lengths of etched tracks against the parameters of energies and of the track etching rate(V$_{T}$). The investigation of the etching process for alpha particles in the PN-3 provided the most interesting results.s.

This study conducted semiotic analysis of drama . Based on Paradigm, Syntagm concept, I apprehended the characteristics of descriptive structure of drama, characters and contemplated on ideology reflected in the drama. As a result, it has approaching method of Critical Pluralism which strongly exposes resistance ideology. The drama intensified Classical Ideology such as gender role, hero, and family ideology, also it consists of Humane Introspection Ideology such as self-understanding, mutual-understanding, and self-serving bias.

The increased number of organized employees and amount of collective bargaining in the public sector has caused many industrial relations students to pay attention to the compulsory arbitration mechanism. Some of these have criticized the compulsory arbitration on the grounds that it tends to replace collective bargain ing itself. They argue that each party lacks the incentive to concede and compromise that is so necessary in reaching agreements as long as the threat and/or use of strike is unavailable to them. On the other hand, the proponents of the compulsory arbitration maintain that compulsory arbitration carries out a strike like function by imposing the cost of disagreement. This paper is primarily concerned with these contradictory issues. More particularly, an attempt is made to analyze the impact of the compulsory arbitration mechanism upon the collective bargaining process by developing a bargaining model with explicit considerations of the determinants of the concession behavior of each party as a function of the cost of disagreement and the risk willingness relationship between the parties. The analysis in this paper leads to a synthesis of the above competing arguments, and shows that those contradictory views on the effect of the compulsory arbitration are mainly due to their failure to con sider the concession process.

In recent days, the issues regarding the artists' status as labor and improvements of laboring circumstances, creating the well-fare system for artists are raised in our society. This paper searches for the process of various artists unions which are performing the important roles in the musical theatre industry in the U.S.A. The artists unions have developed the bargaining contracts and strengthened the protection of their original works. The discussions among many unions provide useful information to the independent artists when they make contracts in our Korean musical theatre market.
