Design of Web Retrieval Component for Marine Leisure Information Database (해양레저정보 데이터베이스 구축을 위한 웹 탐색 컴포넌트 설계)

  • According as marine leisure industry has developed and the demand of leisure culture has increased rapidly, a desire about service which supply marine safety and connect marine information is enlarging. We wish to develop contents of download form that supply geographic information of Electronic Navigational Chart(ENC) in the marine that is digitalized to carrying along terminal of WIPI base and various informations for marine leisure. For this, DB that offer ENC and additional information should be constructed. Also, we need server(CPS; Contents provider Server) that offer required contents. In this paper, we design web retrieval component which store request information to database. When consumer required necessary information through personal mobile device, CPS can inform that. So, we wish to develop web retrieval agent component that parse informations in various World Wide Webs, and store to database.

  • When Digital Contents goes through production${\cdot}$delivery${\cdot}$consumption, MPEG(Moving Picture Expers Group)-21 IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection) defines standard which have defined by FCD(Final Committee Draft) level to keep the Digital Contents in safety. And development of system which applied to latest standard to protect and manage the broadcasting contents is required. Currently, the system to protect and manage the broadcast contents consists of fourth organizations which means production server, tool server, license server, consumption server. In this paper, we made production server to parse REL(Right Expression Language) document that has right information for content from license server, and create metadata based on MPEG-21 IPMP about the content that applied to watermark. then, after it do remuxing, transmit the protected data to consumption server.

  • Recently, In order to provide ubiquitous service, we develop each middleware and interface for sensors networks, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and GPS(Global Positioning System). We use GPS for the location-based services, RFID for identifying the distribution logistics services, sensor networks for collecting the context data such as temperature, humidity, barometric pressure. Recently, there is increasing the need of integrated interface for using these sensor elements complexly in agriculture and livestock, construction, medical applications and, etc. This paper developments a integrated common interface for supporting efficiently process of sensing data using RFID, GPS and sensor network. This interface have the filtering function, parsing function, queuing function, interface management function, access function and, etc. We present the integrated frame structure combined with the collected context data in GPS, RFID and sensor networks and, support the open interface for providing complex ubiquitous application systems. Therefore, this interface will be efficiently used the system using RFID, GPS and sensor network, and supported many ubiquitous application services.

  • For the sharing and exchange of information between medical clinics, the clinical document has to be built on a standardized protocol such as a HL7-CDA. But it is difficult to exchange information between medical clinics because clinical document such as electronic medical record that include text and image, have different structure of document and type of expression. In this paper, we propose the electronic medical record system based on HL7-CDA that can share and exchange clinical information between medical institute. For this purpose, we have to design the schema of the clinical document architecture after we select the essential items of medical record and define templates. The proposed system can minimize integrating process and save parsing time when clinical information exchange and refer, by converting electronic medical record to base64 encoding scheme and integrate it in a XML document.

  • In the paper, the design and the implementation of the netscape plug-in and the speech synthesis enginegenerating the speech sounds from the text information of the web pages are described. The steps of the generating speech sound from an web pages are the speech synthesis plug-in is activated when the netscape finds the audio/xesp MIME data type embedded in the browsed web page; the HTML file referenced in the EMBED MTML tag is down loaded from the referenced URL to send to the commander object located in the said plug-in; The speech synthesis engine control tags and the text characters are extracted from the down loaded HTML document by the commander object the synthesized speech sounds are generated by the speech synthesis engine. The speech synthesis engine interprets the command streams from the commander objects to call the member functions for the processing of the speech segment data in the data banks. The commander object and the speech synthesis engine are designed as an independent object to enhancethe flexitility and the portability.

  • In general, it is essential that contents are to be provided with proper bitrate according to network conditions in order to support higher quality of video streaming services over wired and wireless networks. Recently, DASH is adopted by the MPEG as the standard for HTTP based adaptive streaming technology and consists of the server and clients. The clients should parse XML files from the server and play contents after accessing the finely divided segments into various bitrates. In this paper, we designed a Smart AP(Access Point) which exists between DASH contents server and Non-DASH clients enables provide DASH services to Non-DASH clients. In addition, proposed Smart AP provides DASH service to various types of clients as maintaining the existing environment without additional development costs.

  • Wire, wireless digital broadcasting has sharply expanded with the birth of high definition TV since 2010, the use of duplex contents as well as simplex contents has rapidly increased. Currently, our satellite communications system adopted DVB by European digital broadcasting standardization organization as a standard of domestic data broadcasting, the method how to use selective contents has been studied variously according to the development of IPTV. Digital broadcasting utilizes the method using Transport Stream Packet(TSP) by the way of multiplexing of information in order to send multimedia information such as video, audio and data of MPEG-2, this streams include detail information on TV guide and program as well as video and audio information. In order to understand these data broadcasting system, this study realized TS analyzer that divides transport stream (TS) by packet in Linux environment, analyzes and prints by function, it can help the understanding of TS, the enhancement of stream parsing ability.

  • SQLite database is a file-based DBMS(Database Management System) that provides transactions, and it is loaded on smartphone because it is appropriate for lightweight platform. AS the usage of smartphone increased, SQLite-related crimes can occur. In this paper, we proposed a new concealing method for SQLite db file and a detection method against it. As a result of concealing experiments, it is possible to intentionally conceal 70bytes in the DB file header and conceal original data by inserting artificial pages. But it can be detected by parsing 70bytes based on SQLite structure or using the number of record and index. After that, we proposed detection algorithm for concealed data.

  • Cellular phones have been popularized and some of them even have access to the Internet. But the utilization of mobile phones has not been for education but only focused on particular services due to the text-based low capacity. This thesis proposes a multimedia education system using cell phones with SMIL. We can decrease the size of the parser and refute the resources of CPU by designing SMIL tag only, which is needed for multimedia education. In addition, the macro method for producing information for lectures will make possible decreased transmission quantity of multimedia contents and increased transmission efficiency. This will lead to overcoming the matter of insufficient CPU and memory, which is common to most mobile phone terminals.
