  • 무선 통신망의 수요가 급격히 증가하여 기존의 무선통신 대역이 조만간에 포화될 것으로 예측됨에 따라, 새로운 밀리메터파 대역 통신에 대한 연구 관심이 높아지고 있다. 광 밀리메터파 발생 및 전송 시스템은 밀리메터 반송파 발생이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 밀리메터파 광중계기 구현에 그대로 적용되기 때문에, 차세대 밀리메터파 통신 시스템 구현의 핵심기술로서 연구관심의 대상이 되어왔다. 광 밀리메터파 발생 방법으로는 두 개의 레이저를 이용하는 광파 혼합과 외부 변조기로 직접변조하는 방법 등이 있다. (중략)

Nonlinear Diffraction of Incident Waves with Side-band Disturbances by a Thin Wedge (변조된 입사파의 쐐기에 의한 산란)

  • The nonlinear forward diffraction of a modulated wave train by a thin wedge has been studied analytically. Since the physical variables involved in the problem have vastly different scales, the multiple scale expansion method has been used to obtain an approximate solution. To simplify the problem. the wedge is assumed to be thin and the parabolic approximation is utilized. The wave evolution can be described by a kind of the cubic Schrodinger equation. which consists of the linear time evolution. the lateral dispersion and the nonlinearity. Numerical results indicate that the nonlinearity. which it defined by the ratio of the ratio of the incident wave to the wedge angle. governs the amplitude and the stability of diffracted waves. The instability of dirffracted waves becomes more pronounced as the nonlinearity increases and the modulation ratio decreases. It is also found that the stem waves. initially developed along the wedge. can not sustain for a long time.

  • A super widely amplitude modulating AM modulator system, utilizing the impedance trasformation characteristics of transmission line is presented. The analyses and oscillograms obtained from the AM modulator systems using VHF tube, FET or VVC diode as an active element are added to verify the principle of the system.

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털 영상의 변조를 확인함과 동시에 변조의 위치를 확인하는 DCT 기반의 fragile watermarking을 제안한다. 디지털 영상의 인증과 무결성을 위해 기존의 Wong이 사용한 해쉬 함수와 비대칭키 암호 알고리즘을 사용하며, 영상에 DCT 변환을 함으로서 영상의 모든 픽셀에 워터마크를 삽입하지 않고서도 변조의 유무를 확인하는 것이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 DCT 계수 중 일부 저주파 계수의 하위 비트에 워터마크를 삽입하여 워터마크의 비가시성과 연성을 만족하며 변조의 유무와 위치를 확인한 수 있게 된다.

  • This paper proposes a novel Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method for microprocessor implementation of full-bridge PWM inverters. In the method, the period of unipolar full-bridge inverters is divided equally into the frequency modulation ratio and the reference fundamental amplitude and the inverter output fundamental amplitude are compared. Using this method, the turn-on time computation of each interval is very favored for the microprocessor implementation. The harmonic analysis shows that the harmonics can be ignored when the modulation ratio is enough large. The simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

  • The automatic modulation recognition of a radio signal is a major task of an intelligent receiver, with various civilian and military applications. In this paper, we propose a method to recognize the modulation of radio signals in wireless communication based on the deep neural network. We classify the modulation pattern of radio signal by using the LSTM model, which can catch the long-term pattern for the sequential data as the input data of the deep neural network. The amplitude and phase of the modulated signal, the in-phase carrier, and the quadrature-phase carrier are used as input data in the LSTM model. In order to verify the performance of the proposed learning method, we use a large dataset for training and test, including the ten types of modulation signal under various signal-to-noise ratios.

  • 계통의 전류 고조파는 전압 고조파에 의해 야기된다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 전압 고좌에 해당하는 임피던스를 설계함으로써 전류 고조파를 원하는 크기로 제안할 수 있다. 전압 고조파는 직류단 전압, Modulation index 등에 의해서 결정되며, 허용되는 전류 고조파의 크기는 해당 시스템의 용량과 주파수에 따라 달라진다. 본 논문은 더블 푸리에 변환을 통해 전압 고조파를 식으로 풀어 주파수와 변조지수에 따른 정규화 된 전압 고조파 표를 이용해, 임의의 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 L 필터 설계 절차를 제안한다.

  • This paper dells with the impedance variations of the IMPATT diode depending upon the small a.c. coomponent superimposed on the d.c. bias. The frequency deviation of the modulated wave is measured using a carrier null method on microwave spectrum analyser. Frequency modulation is achieved by the weack a.c. signal superimposed on the d.c. bias. The bandwidth rapidly increase with increasing modulation signal magnitude for constant modulation frquency and slightly decrease with decreasing modulation frequency for constant modulation signal magnitude.

  • In this study, a OFDM mode, unlike traditional single carrier mode, is that a great number of carrier in multi-channel environment is transmitted by modulating objective Data parallel in order to execute high speed Data translation and make frequency orthogonal to offer high spectrum efficiency. As a result, this method is adopted to a variety of fields and is being actively studied. In this papers, the efficiency of OFDM wireless-communication systems is evaluated by modulation methods through computer simulation. M-PSK and M-QAM are used as modulation methods. The simulation is executed in a real channel and a virtual channel included multi-path, AWGN, Peak Power clipping, Frame Start Time Error As a result of simulation, it is confirmed that M-QAM method is superior to M-PSK in OFDM systems in terms of the transmission methods.
