본 논문은 스마트 TV 플랫폼에서 실행되는 앱이 TV 에 특화된 기능을 수행하기 위해서 필요한 스마트 TV확장 API 의 정의와 그 구현에 대한 내용을 소개한다. 2013 년 3 월 TTA 에서 제정된 "HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼" 표준은 스마트 TV 용으로 제작된 하나의 앱이 다양한 TV 수신기에서 동일한 사용자 경험(UX)을 바탕으로 실행될 수 있는 TV 플랫폼 표준이며, 이는 HTML5 를 포함하는 최신 W3C 기술 규격을 기반으로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 표준에 기술된 사항 중 채널과 프로그램과 같이 TV 에 특화된 기능으로 W3C 에 규격범위에 포함되지 않아 새롭게 정의된 확장 API 의 구조 및 기능에 대해서 설명한다. 확장 API 는 앱, 방송, 수신기의 세가지 항목으로 분류되어 상세한 인터페이스 기능을 정의하고 있으며 스마트 TV 플랫폼의 window 객체 아래에 전역 속성으로 계층 구조를 이루도록 설계되었다. 스마트 TV 앱은 이러한 확장 API 를 호출하여 방송과 연계된 다양한 서비스를 실현할 수 있다. 또한 본 논문은 확장 API 의 유효성 검증을 위하여 표준을 준수하여 구현된 수신기 플랫폼과 앱의 구현과 동작 사례를 제시하고 있으며, 유럽의 스마트 TV 방송 규격인 HbbTV 와의 비교를 통해서 API 의 장단점과 지원 범위를 확인하고 개선 방향을 모색한다.

However, shortage of advanced IT workforce is not limited to the region and urban. But, Previous studies is comprehensive research on human resource development. Human resource development studies, performance analysis and policy studies, are lacking to achieve the characterization in the region. Accordingly, The need for institutional improvement are appearing for activated regional industry through advanced Human resource development and IT convergence. in this study, we propose in order to improve institutions through IT sector performance evaluation.

현재 사격 및 전술훈련에 반드시 필요한 실전적인 소대급 이하에 적용 가능한 범용의 특화된 레이저 발사기를 활용한 사격 및 전술훈련 시스템의 개발이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 사격 및 전술훈련에 필요한 개발 규격 및 사양은 군부대 표준규격을 적용하고, 개발 제품에 대한 성능평가는 군부대 및 경찰사격장 및 전술훈련장에 설치하여 사용자 요구사항을 기준으로 테스트 및 평가하여, 소대급 이하 전문 사격 및 전술훈련용 장비를 개발한다. 실질적인 소대급 이하 사격 및 전술훈련용으로 레이저 발사기, 격발장치, 감적장치, 각종 제어모듈 개발을 통하여 유 무선 송수신을 체계화하여 통합 제어 시스템을 구축함으로써, 실제 총기에 레이저 발사기를 부착하여 사격 및 전술훈련용으로 다양한 기술 확보를 통하여 관련 시장 선점 및 관련 산업활성화에 기대할 것으로 전망된다.

대부분의 웹 검색 엔진들과 많은 특화된 검색 도구들은 웹 페이지의 색인화와 분석을 위한 전처리 단계로 대규모 웹 페이지들을 수집하기 위해 웹 크롤러에 의존한다. 일반적인 웹 크롤러는 몇 주 또는 몇 달의 주기에 걸쳐 수백만 개의 호스트들과 상호작용을 통해 웹 페이지 정보를 수집한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 크롤러의 성능향상과 효율적인 실행을 위해 그리드 미들웨어인 글로버스 툴킷을 이용하여 분산된 크롤러를 제안한다. 본 웹 크롤러의 실행은 그 기능의 분산처리를 위한 각 호스트 서버들을 글로버스로 연결하고, 인증하여, 작업을 할당하는 단계와, 크롤러 프로그램이 실행되어 자료를 수집하는 단계. 마지막으로 이렇게 수집된 웹 페이지 정보들을 처음 명령한 시스템으로 반환하는 단계로 나누어진다. 결과 수집 작업을 보다 분산화 할 수 있게 하였으며 여러 대의 저 비용의 시스템에서 고 비용, 고 사양의 서버의 성능을 얻을 수 있었으며, 확장이 용이하고, 견고한 크롤러 프로그램 및 시스템 환경을 구축할 수 있었다.

단일 호스트 환경에 특화되어 설계되어온 기존 침입탐지 시스템(Intrusion Detection System: IDS)은 침입 시 도메인의 보호만을 그 목적으로 하는 수동적인 성격으로써, 새로운 공격 기법에 대한 탐지 및 대응, 그리고 보다 그 규모가 큰 네트워크로의 확장 면에서 구조적인 결함을 가지고 있다. 이러한 IDS의 구조적 문제점의 해결방안으로 액티브 네트워크 기반의 IDS 에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 액티브 네트워크(Active network)란 패킷 스위칭 네트워크 상에 프로그램 가능한 라우터 등인 액티브 노드들을 배치하고, 사용자의 요구에 상응하는 적절한 연산을 위한 데이터와 프로그램으로 구성된 스마트 패킷(smart packet)에 대하여 수행 가능하게 하는 접근 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 기반으로 자율적이며 지능적인 에이전트로 구성된 멀티 에이전트 기술을 액티브 노드에 적용함으로써 기존 IDS 보안메커니즘에서 보다 러 진보된 능동적이고 적극적인 대응을 위한 보안 메커니즘을 제공하여 네트워크 공격에 의한 피해 최소화와 신속한 대응이 가능한 멀티 에이전트 기반 공격 대응 메커니즘을 제시하고, 이를 적용 가능한 액티브 네트워크 기반 프레임 설계를 제안한다.

This study generated the suggestions to minimize the duplicated cultural programs offered by various regional public service institutions via promoting effective collaboration among the institutions with the limited local resources while making the public libraries as the center of the partnership. We measured the level of program duplicability; conducted statistical analysis of the cultural program offering; and analyzed program participation status as well as the participation surveys. This led to the following results: 1) public libraries focused on offering humanities general education related programs; 2) participants had high expectations on the reading and writing programs; and 3) social welfare organizations offered programs, which targeted the older population, and the corresponding participants had high satisfaction rate. According to the results, the institutions including the public libraries should take into account of the ages and preferences of the potential participants when offering various programs. In addition, the public libraries should continue to offer humanities general education as well as information use programs.

Collaborative filtering(CF) for the personalized recommendation is a successful and popular method in recommender systems. But the mainly researched and implemented cases focus on dealing with independent items with explicit feedback by users. For the domain of TV program recommendation in VOD service platform, we need to consider the unique characteristic and constraints of the domain. In this paper, we studied on the way to convert the viewing history of each TV program episodes to the TV program preference by considering the series structure of TV program. The former is implicit for personalized preference, but the latter tells quite explicitly about the persistent preference. Collaborative filtering is done by the unit of series while data gathering and final recommendation is done by the unit of episodes. As a result, we modified CF to make it more suitable for the domain of TV program VOD recommendation. Our experimental study shows that it is more precise in performance, yet more compact in calculation compared to the plain CF approaches. It can be combined with other existing CF techniques as an algorithm module.

Most public library websites provide unstructured cultural program data, which cannot be produced and utilized systematically as bibliographic information. It is not sufficiently used in existing library big data research or cases, and there is a risk of disappearing when the website is reorganized or the person in charge is changed. This study developed a data schema that can be used in conjunction with bibliographic data by collecting and analyzing cultural programs and community service data produced in an unstructured manner and proposed to share and utilize public library cultural programs and community service data, and establish a library big data platform that can serve as an information channel between librarians who are cultural program planners. Library program data posted on the library website can be integrated and managed through the platform, securing continuity of work, and systematically managing and preserving the specialized service history of individual libraries.

As a case study, this paper aims to analyze the outcome of culture projects that are, like the building project of culture city, comprehensively funded by integrating individual projects with various purposes. Considering that there is no assessment indicators on the performance of culture city building project, it tries to propose and analyze indicators for evaluating the outcome, influence, and effect of the project, by taking into account social, cultural, and economical effect. The analysis result demonstrates the building project of specialized region in culture has bigger income effect than the construction project of cultural facilities or cultural voucher program. Because income growth leads to consumption growth, a project type with bigger income effect has more influence on industrial growth. In other words, the study shows that comprehensive funding projects, by integrating programs related to cultural citizens, cultural programs, and cultural space, is more effective for sustainable cultural development of a region. And it means the way of government assistance for cultural projects does need to change from individual project-based to comprehensive funding project-based.

In this paper, the cooperative curriculum between university and company according to the 'Type of IT Business(TIB)' is proposed for an IT manpower cultivation. The cooperative curriculum is established by the core technology from the matching table between 'Type of IT Business(TIB)' and 'Class of IT Techniques(CIT)'. The company participated in the cooperative curriculum gives a guarantee of the job position to the university students who took this cooperative curriculum. For the cooperative curriculum, the agreement is needed between university and company for the establishment and its operation of UCCCC(University and Company Cooperative Curriculum Council) after an exchange of the Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) including the supply-demand of IT manpower, the core technology, and the job conditions. The cooperative curriculum will be useful for employments of small and medium sized companies.
